    Manager is extremely rude, she is disrespectful to customers. I had to call regional, as dealing with her was horrendous. I was called a slur under her breath, this was so traumatising, I had to also discuss with police to see the options avaiable after regional never followed up. Will never shop there again and dont bother trying to get anything refunded or resized whole process was miserable with her. extremely disapointed with how she handled everything, this experience happened over a year ago and still terrfied to go back.

    Worse online customer service I have experienced. The lack of communication with a paying customer by Shiels is shocking! When I enquired about a purchase and a shipment date it felt like they just didn’t care! Shiels you have lost a customer!

    Ordered items online for Christmas only to be told 2 days later they don’t have the items in stock and that it would take a week after Christmas to arrive. We asked for a refund and they said it takes 20 something business days to process. Absolute rubbish. If I could rate no stars I would!! Do not shop here!!

    If you’re buying a watch, don’t waste your time. They promise that they will install everything on it for you, and come back another day when they’re not to busy. We installed some of the details onto the watch, and went back to the shop for more advice that we were told to come back for the next day, only to be told we have to go to the company of the watch for more information. Rang the company and I would buy the watch online over going to a shop like this . Useless...

    Absolutely useless and disappointing customer service. Have been into Hyperdome store 4 times now and been given the run around each time, and now that the 30 day period is up, they couldn't care less. I originally went in a week after purchase, but kept getting different problems like "our systems are down, we're doing stock take, systems are down again, ring can be resized, then it can't be resized"... Now I'm left with a useless ring. Definetly won't be going back there and happy to tell others the same. Waste of money, time and effort. Shiels Jewellers Hyperdome store.

    If you want a warranty claim, do NOT use this store! The manager is very rude and arrogant. Very first thing she does is blame you and absolutely refuses to resolve the problem. Call the head office straight up people!

    The staff here were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. I wanted something from the catalogue which they didn't have in store and there was no drama ordering it in for me. This is great customer service from friendly staff.

    We have been here multiple times and always leave very pleased, excellent customer service from Dale. If you go to Shiels at the Hyperdome definitely ask for Dale she is the best there is! Thank you so much for all of your assistance with helping us get the perfect item every time.

    We wanted to leave Kristy a raving review. She served us Saturday. We have been ring shopping for awhile, and she went above and beyond for us. Her service was pure quality, her patience was plentiful, her knowledge was exceptional. We walked away so happy, she made it so easy for us and you even had my ring size in stock unlike a lot of other jewellers. Please ensure she is treated like the customer service queen she is 👸 👑

    Make sure you check exactly what you are getting. I bought what I was told was a 55cm 9ct gold chain 8 years ago. Paid over $1000 for it. I just went to sell it and was told its copper. Gold plated. Not even 9ct gold. Not impressed.

    Website said open 8.30. Finally at 9.05 the doors opened. Commented on time and was told they never open at 8.30. My granddaughter had rung Sunday to ask about getting an item x2 and was told they had plenty, no need to hold. At store 8.30 Monday morning and she was told they don’t have any and was asked, rudely, why she didn’t have them held. Simply because she was told she didn’t have to. Rang another store, where they had two left. She asked for them to be held. Drove straight there. Items were still in the window and could have been sold because no one knew about them being on hold. Must also be a prerequisite of how rude and abrupt you can be to customers when applying for the job. My granddaughter has decided she won’t ever be shopping there again.

    Went to Shiels and got served buy Aimee B. Went to Shiels to get a water resistant watch for water sports/kayaking etc. The whole experience was 11/10 i cant thank you enough. I got a low cost watch and i was treated like i bought a real expensive one. Aimee set the watch up, wrote out the warranty card for the watch, explained everything warranty wise etc, packed it very nicely too. Aimee you are the best. I walked out of the store happy my daughter said "What a lovely lady" Again thank you Aimee and Shiels for employing a great staff member. Totally Reccomend Shiels. Great work!

    Aimee was great. Both staff were. Unfortunately I missed the other's name. Aimee took over my enquiry. Firstly we worked out the initial bracelet might not fit my wife's wrist. She reiterated my budget. She complimented me on the choice. It was a nominal spend and it was a nice gesture. We went above the price of the first item. Which was fine. I'll be back.

    I went into the shop to purchase earrings. The shop was empty and the shop assistants were talking amongst themselves then after waiting for a while someone rudely asked me "you alright". I felt uncomfortable as I felt I was bothering them so left the shop without the earrings. Won't shop there again.

    Twice we have spent a lot of money once on a necklace and once on a bracelet. Both times in the first 12 months they have broke at the seal . Once the necklace just fell off and so did the bracelet .the bracelet you could see broke at the solduer. Both times we had to pay to have it fixed . Never ever again . Why should we have to pay because your product is weak at the seal ?or faulty.

    They had a sapphire cross exactly what I was looking for something unique and goes with my rings... after three years looking at different jewellers finally found a cross that captured my eye .... I wanted something unique.... best thing its suits my rings and me September baby ....happy customer 🙂 it real sapphire with diamond cluster bedded into a gold cross frame just beautiful .... thank you Shiels Jewellers

    Absolutely wonderful people who are really willing to help with anything they can. 100/10 would recommend getting the care plan with any peice of jewelry in case of jewels falling out..

    I leave a poor rating only because of Michelle, during the process of getting a quote on a repair that happened only to break again in a different place 2 days later she was rude, condescending, unprofessional, and belittling but worst of all i felt bullied and intimidated on every occasion i had to deal with her. Debbie, Dale, and Billie-jean on the other hand are BRILLIANT representatives of this store, thank goodness for them or I'd still be waiting for a resolution

    Very VERY poor customer service..it all seemed to hard and then I had to look up the code on THEIR website as they were not interested in making the sale. All staff seem like it's the end of the world, no one smiles or have a friendly greeting. Very sad :( - PS go to Butterfly Silver!!!

    Shiels loganholme ,Have a problem ordering online and the staff told me it cannot be fix because i had a faulty order online and she said it’s not their problem it’s different online and at the shop just wasted for an hour driving and they don’t care , what a shame denying their shop online and store get a grip mate

    Although the jewellery isn't the greatest quality, problems get rectified quickly - IF you go directly to head office. Otherwise you may as well bang your head against the wall. Staff aren't overall cheery or helpful.

    Debbie G at the loganholme Shiels is fantastic. She greeted us on arrival, listened to what we wanted, gave great advice and we ended up buying both our wedding rings from her. Great asset to the store!

    Mother ordered a specialised ring, Told the assistant repeatedly to ensure the spelling etc was correct as the assistant constantly wrote down the incorrect spelling for the names on the ring despite also having a drawn out diagram infront of them. Receipt still showed incorrect name even though she was told again to check the spelling. Nevertheless receipt showed incorrect name and the ring had incorrect spelling when checked over, communication apparantly wasnt the greatest on their end as we were assured it would be fine. Managed to receive a refund as they only offered to get the correct ring "whenever it was ready however long it took" which wasn't really acceptable as that could be months for all we know. Disappointed as we could have gone to a more local jeweller if we knew this was going to happen.
