    I have never written a review for anything but had to after my encounter today. Went to return my gold earrings for silver and the elderly lady who served me the day prior was there today again. As soon as i entered the shop, she scoffed and whispered to the other lady (clearly not very quietly) "this is the one who kept changing her mind yesterday". She did not have a very friendly demeanour and was being condescending for me wanting to exchange something. As a customer who is spending close to $90 at your shop, I have every right to change my mind and exchange any item I like. Some people just do not have a knack for customer service, i guess. However, the other workers were quite nice and professional. Overall, I have to say I am quite disappointed and will not be returning to this store any time soon.

    First ever bad review I’m leaving for anyone. Bought a Silver ball bracelet from the silver shop $359 about 5 years ago. I fully understand it’s not under warrantee any longer. Just need it to be fix which one of the staff members told me previously to bring it in and they can send it away. (I would pay for everything which I had no problem with). Marcella, the manager tried every excuse not to help me. I can even understand that they might not have the same size silver ball but I suggested maybe two smaller balls on the silver chain. I suggested another clasp. Even any other colour ball. Marcella just refuse to help me in any way. Very disappointed... Shocking customer service.

    Very happy with my experience at the Robina store. The sales assistant and manager were both very helpful and engaged with me until I found exactly what I needed for both my son and my husband. I would recommend this shop to anyone seeking great jewellery pieces and great service to match!

    I went here last night with my boyfriend (Robina store) and it was understandably a little busy, however, we waited 20 minutes to even get a simple "hello" or to have a staff member even acknowledge us. Being a tiny store, this isn't really plausible. We knew what we wanted to look at as soon as we came in. When one of the staff members was done serving another customer, she walked over to another staff member and started having a chat about her rings. When we were finally acknowledged, they simply opened the cabinet for us and got out the necklace for us to view and then walked away to serve someone else. We realised it wasn't what we wanted so we put the necklace back on the stand and my partner tried to catch a staff members eye to hand the necklace stand back (to put in the cabinet). Since nobody was acknowledging us, he politely interrupted a staff member serving someone and set the stand down in front of her to give back, which she LAUGHED at and looked at him awkwardly. Nobody even thanked us or asked if we needed any extra help, definitely will keep going to the pacific fair store, as the service here was just laughable.

    I had the unfortunate event of witnessing a horrible customer abuse staff early Boxing Day morning over something that was far beyond the control of the staff. The staff treated her with the upmost respect and could not have been more accommodating whilst assisting to her idiotic request. I then went on to have possibly the best jewellery purchase experience I have ever had. Marcella was absolutely amazing, she knew the product and it’s history, she listened to my requests and I couldn’t be happier! So incredibly impressed

    Just tried to contact the Robina Store for the third time now and they do not answer their phone at all. Call 1 - 12:13pm Call 2 - 12:19pm Call 3 - 12:30 these calls were made today. 07/12/2021 I can understand if they are busy at this time, but please consider the fact that you may be under staffed, if all your staff is busy with customers and can not answer the phone. Not impressed, cheers

    Any negative review about this store and team I feel can be put down to the customers having a bad day and the negative reviews should ignored because I have not had one negative experience since shopping at the Robina store. The team instore are friendly and attentive and have always gone the extra mile, always remembering something about me personally as well. I haven't seen an upset customer instore once and all the girls in the store are always doing whatever they can. Great team and amazing store! 😍

    The customer service is great. Marcella was very helpful. I had a problem with one set of earrings and they were sent away and returned without delay. Have purchased other beautiful jewelery items here since.

    Beautiful looking jewelry. Breaks easily though. They are nice until you buy the goods. If you come back after it falls apart they tell you to go elsewhere to have it fixed. Manager very rude. Girls who work there are nice though.

    Biggest Karen alert if your a male in his fifties looking at buying something and you get treated like you don’t exist go to this shop Went there after lunch to buy two gifts one for myself and a surprise couple of gifts for my wife the Karen sales assistant was behind the counter I didn’t know she was serving no acknowledgment or anything I ask if I could of have a look at something that’s when my head got snapped of and then ignored ,my wife and I felt embarrassed and left and no birthday present for my wife so thank you for nothing

    The ladies at the Robina store are so lovely and helpful! My sister and I went into the store the other day to exchange a present I had purchased for her. When exchanging or refunding at some retailers you are sometimes made to feel a nuisance but they all made us feel so comfortable and made the whole shopping experience so pleasant. Thank you ladies, we will definitely be back! :)

    Purchased a couple of bracelets online to then, 2 days later, after i chased them find out that they didnt have in stock and were trying to push stock from Robina and all of that not been clear with me ( the customer) . Bad customer service for this day and age which where technology its not an excuse. Bad service Unbelievable poor staff customer service

    My Girlfriend and I went to the Silvershop Robina three times. We loved the shop, the jewellery and the customer service, especially Marcela. They care for guests wishes and for what people like and they make you feel comfortable in taking any decision.

    Thanks again to the amazing staff at the Silvershop Robina! It is always a pleasure to visit this store. They went out of their way to find exactly what I was looking for (even when it was out of stock after the busy Christmas period) and they arranged to have it sent directly to my door.     Was here yesterday with my wife who has been looking for a silver bangle. First shop assistant pretty useless and not helpful. She needed larger size than on display, they offered to order in didn't say how long it would take, but not helpful as we live in Brisbane. If they had stocked her size you would have made a $300 + sale but we went elsewhere

    Terrible customer service, my sister and i went into the store today. we had to ask for help, which seemed like a hassle to the two ladies working there, whom were clearly interested in something else. My younger sister was looking at buying some earings, and comparing them. The red haired women was shaking her head at my sister in the mirror, after she had looked at a few pairs (probably as we were taking up her very valuable time in customer service!). Her attitude was completely unwelcoming. My sister asked me if we could leave and she didn't want to buy anything from there as she felt unwelcomed and a hassle to them. Both of us work in customer service and were appalled, and are also regularly customers at the silver shop branches and have never had such a shameful experience before! Because of your personal behaviour, rude attitude and lack of customer service, today, you lost a sale and customers. Poor behaviour like that especially in customer service in retail is the reason why so many people prefer to buy online!

    I went into the robina store today looking for a pair of earings and a necklace and the two older women that work there were so rude and off-putting. I had to ask them twice for help as the one woman kept walking away and then on the second time I asked for help the two of them were chatting to each other (completely not acknowledging me). As I was looking at different earrings, holding them up to my face in the mirror, I could see the one woman (with bright red hair) shaking her head at the other woman about me. I found this extremely unprofessional and I felt like I was intruding on their “chat time” and so instead of buying the earrings I wanted, I left the store because I did not want to support them. I felt like saying something to her as this was a great way to make a customer leave, lose a sale and now I probably won’t go back to that store. Very poor customer service.
