My
partner
&
I
recently
moved
our
care
for
our
4
month
old
to
Growlife
Medical
on
the
back
of
a
glowing
review
from
our
midwife.
Unfortunately
our
experience
has
been
nothing
but
appalling.
For
a
place
that
apparently
"prides
themselves
on
the
smiles
and
laughter
that
often
come
from
reception",
we
have
only
been
met
with
cold,
tactless
&
unhelpful
reception
staff.
Today
my
partner
went
to
drop
off
a
pathology
sample
for
our
baby,
a
task
you
would
think
would
take
no
longer
than
5
minutes.
It
ended
up
taking
an
hour
and
leaving
my
partner
in
tears
due
to
the
unhelpful
reception
staff.
My
partner
called
the
number
on
the
door
of
Growlife
upon
arrival
as
it
says
you
are
supposed
to
do
before
entering.
She
was
hung
up
on
before
she
was
able
to
ask
exactly
where
to
drop
off
the
pathology
sample.
Her
second
phone
call
she
was
informed
to
call
and
leave
a
message
with
the
pathologist,
and
to
continue
to
wait
outside.
After
trying
to
call
the
pathologist
10
times,
having
her
mother
in
law
try
to
call
19
times
with
no
answer,
the
pathologist
finally
came
outside
an
hour
later
to
take
a
another
patient
in
for
a
blood
test
and
inform
them
that
her
phone
wasn't
working.
My
partner
who
was
now
in
tears,
frustrated
with
a
hungry
crying
baby
then
called
reception
to
tell
them
she
had
been
waiting
outside
for
an
hour
to
only
be
lied
to
by
reception
who
told
her
that
they
had
told
her
to
come
inside
beforehand.
With
my
partner
visibly
crying,
there
wasn't
much
in
the
way
of
compassion
or
an
apology
from
staff.
With
the
high
prevalence
of
postpartum
depression
and
anxiety,
you
would
think
that
staff
would
show
a
little
more
compassion
to
a
crying
mother.
We
have
however
had
a
positive
experience
with
one
of
the
lovely
doctors,
Dr.
McFerran.
