Had
a
really
unfortunate
experience
dealing
with
Vogue
Holiday
homes
and
Luxico,
we
had
booked
with
this
company
last
year
in
February
2021
with
the
intentions
of
holidaying
in
July
of
that
year,
unfortunately
due
to
COVID-19
we
had
to
reschedule
twice
as
we
were
entering
from
Victoria,
finally
we
had
booked
for
Feb
2022,
up
until
the
day
of
check
in
we
hadn't
received
any
type
of
communication
from
the
company
barring
the
Sunday
before
where
I
had
to
fill
in
the
pre-check
in
form
along
with
the
guest
information
of
who
was
staying
at
the
property.
It
was
10am
on
check
in
day
and
they
still
hadn't
sent
me
the
address
of
the
property
even
with
the
numerous
phone
calls
I
had
made
and
constant
emails,
they
kept
saying
someone
would
email
me
the
details
or
someone
would
call
me
back,
It
wasnt
until
my
friends
had
already
landed
(I
previously
moved
to
GC
a
few
months
ago)
that
they
finally
spoke
to
me
on
the
phone
profiling
me
and
claiming
that
because
I
live
in
Surfers
Paradise,
I
register
a
"red
flag"
and
then
LYING
and
saying
that
they
only
accept
bookings
of
people
who
are
over
28
years
old,
when
in
fact
on
their
website
and
pre
check-in
forms
it
states
you
need
to
be
over
24
to
book,
mind
you
we're
in
a
group
where
majority
are
26
turning
27
this
year,
they
then
refused
to
give
me
the
address
until
we
paid
another
$2000
bond
on
top
of
what
was
already
required
-
The
hesitation
and
reluctancy
I
received
from
Karen
on
the
phone
about
our
stay
was
really
unwelcoming
and
rude,
trying
to
turn
the
blame
on
us
about
receiving
the
details
of
guest
so
late
but
really
the
form
was
sent
3
days
prior
to
check
in,
no
accountability
taken
and
then
after
we
were
told
that
we
had
to
pay
an
extra
$2000
you
would
assume
that
they
would
do
whatever
it
took
to
get
that
sorted
straight
away
but
they
actually
kept
us
waiting
another
2
hours
before
they
confirmed
anything
and
the
address.
Wanted
to
leave
this
review
as
soon
as
this
incident
occurred
but
was
honestly
thought
that
they
would
evict
us
from
the
house
because
of
how
they
had
dealt
with
everything
else,
will
never
use
this
company
ever
again
and
I
highly
recommend
everyone
else
to
do
that
same,
extremely
disappointing
because
they
really
do
have
amazing
houses
but
lack
of
service
and
the
profiling
and
discrimination
really
isn't
worth
it.
