They had the order processed the same day and somehow managed to get Australia Post to deliver to Perth in 3 days which is practically unheard of. Great customer service and prompt delivery. Pippa was wearing her Rex Specs within 5 days of ordering. She loves them. She is used to wearing Doggles for the past 3 years (also purchased here) so the transition was easy. These specs are comfortable for her to wear, give her clearer vision (especially peripheral) and don't move around. She now enjoys sticking her head out of the car windows. I can't tell you how much my kittens love their 'buzzy bee' cat wand - I even have to put it in time out or else they would play with it 24/7. It's beautifully made with leather so I don't worry about cheap string snapping (and potentially swallowed) - also came beautifully and thoughtfully packaged. Highly recommend.

Ordered dog motorcycle goggles. Happy with the quality. Prompt delivery. Pooch not entirely happy with the goggles - but will get used to them over time.

Speedy delivery. Cat collar made of cotton, soft, adjustable with bell attached and sits nicely around the cat’s neck. Many colours to choose from. Cat is happier as less scratching! Most pet store don’t seem to sell cotton made collars! Highly recommended.

Found this great Store, Sacred Pet Boutique, to buy online for the Chief of Staff in our little Castle. Loads of great toys were purchased. Very pleased with the professional service and friendly communication, product was exactly as described and very nicely packaged and sent promptly, 10/10 for online sales, will definitely buy from them again. My old boy Fergus has adjusted quickly to the Specs, by following the manufacturer's acclimatisation instructions. Definitely recommend trying this product if you're thinking about doing so.

Delivery was Quick. Incorrect lenses were sent, but very quickly rectified, with the correct ones promptly sent. Dozer is still getting used to them, but leaves them on longer each time. I like the fact that they also keep the bugs out when he is hanging out the window. I think that his Doggles look cool and like the fact that he puts smiles on a lot of faces. Very highly recommended.

Our little (4.5kg) Jack Russell was recently diagnosed with SARDS. We were given some information about the best way to protect her eyes and the Rex Specs had the best reviews. They are amazing, using the measuring guide we got the exact right size, and she is slowly getting use to them. She has found a way to get them off if we leave her alone for too long, but that is to be expected. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more in the future.
