Amazing stay, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff were amazing, couldn't have asked for more. Definitely coming back!

We stayed in the 3 bed apartment for 3 nights. Don't think you could find a better location for the Theme Parks! Apartment was brilliant, clean and well designed. Attached to the hotel, but located so that no noise intrusion. Room service app was good as well. Absolutely can't rate this place high enough.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I booked two nights at the Hinterland. I was hoping the photos on the website were accurate. I shouldn't have worried. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The rain shower head was wonderful. It did take a while for the water to come through hot but when it did it was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The view from the balcony was awesome. Pity it was raining so we couldn't sit out there but with the sliding doors open it felt like you were outside. The staff in the hotel were great& the food was excellent with a gret variety. Will definately stay here again.

Outstanding beds! Great rooms. Only downfall was a squeaky bathroom door. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Lovely view, quiet, good internet/Wifi. Great room service. Booking direct through the hotel - Complimentary bottled water and breakfast packs. The meals were a great size and beautiful. Close to all amenities ie. shops, cafe, Hwy,

No soundproofing so the live band at the pub was very loud til the wee hours, and the beer garden is right outside the room, so theres no peace. Queen bed in the ad but we got a double bed. Very expensive.

I was here in the day of the OPTUS outage. I cannot thank Lysandra on the front-desk enough for her kindness in printig out navigation maps for me and even highlighting all the major turns. She was amazing. The beds and pillows are also very comfortable.

Not just another ALH pub this is definitely one to take the drive to find, nightcap team were amazing to us and were more then accommodating to any request we had. We ordered both room service and food in the restaurant cannot fault, even after coming in at 8.50 for a meal the restaurant supervisor went out of her way to look after us I can't give a shoot out to anyone in particular because you all gave us a great experience! Thanks for a great stay

The girl at reception for the hotel was a fantastic friendly and looked after us.I would recommend staying here and the food at restaurant was good value for money free drinks made it cost effective!

Room was fantastic but the light from outside was shocking needs top window curtain and the air conditioner needs to be serviced as the filters were full

Great venue. Rooms are modern and clean. Beautiful food. Friendly staff. Had a small drama when checking in, but the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to compensate for the hassle.

Our family stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 nights, we has so much space. The beds were fantasticly comfortable, rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean and the showers were great. Great location for the Hinterland wedding venues like Coolibah Downs at Mount Nathan. We will definitely stay again

First night, there was no hot water, we were told the hot water system had been turned off, and was only just turned back on, so there wouldnt be any hot water the first night. Aircon barely did anything and was so incredibly loud that we couldn't even sleep though the noise. No hair-dryer. Only lamps worked in the sleeping area (no main light). In the morning of new years day, we had put the 'Do not disturb' sign on our door, which made no difference, because the cleaner wouldn't stop knocking and yelling as us through the door "HOUSEKEEPING!!!" Despite telling her 3 times "please come back later". Eventually we had to get out of bed, and go open the door and asked her to come back in half an hour (since she'd rudely ignored our 'do not disturb' sign, and woken us up, we figured we might as well leave.) We left the room 20mins later since she assured us she would return, which of course, she didn't. So when we got back to the room later that evening, we didn't have any clean towels. We paid $580 for 2 nights for this.. very expensive for such lack of amenities and service.

Room was very spacious! Modern decor and fittings. Staff were all very accommodating and pleasant. Bathroom was a good size. It didn't feel cramped at all. Room was 9/10 clean, we just felt that the table tops and bedside tables could have cleaned better. Just because they were very dusty, we had to wipe them all down before we used them. Bed, pillows, linen were all perfect! So comfortable! Even the sofa bed was big and comfortable. Convenient location, very near the theme parks by car. Coles, Aldi and Dan Murphy's are literally next door. Easy check out. Just leave the key card in the box. The car park situation was weird. Luckily our room was close to the access door. Some cars weren't properly parked so they took up 2 spaces. We had to go to a different level. Table tops and bedside tables weren't wiped and were very dusty. The mugs were stained and weren't properly washed. We asked for clean mugs, the replacement mugs they gave us were still stained. So we just decided to scrub them thoroughly, the stain came off. I guess their dishwasher just wasn't doing a very good job. Lol We just didn't like the idea that we could smell the cigarette smoke from the other rooms even when our doors were all shut.

Rooms are really good. King bed is comfortable AF, room service is really good. Only dislike is the bathroom set up but other then that it's a great place to stay

Don’t stay in the hotel here. The rooms are completely adjacent to the bar. Music and drunkards outside your room all night makes it a terrible place to sleep. Good times are great and all, but when you have drunk people outside your room screaming laughing and yelling all night, it makes sleeping impossible. Fine place for a drink, but the hotel is not worth it.
