Birdcage is a fantastic and enjoyable place with a unique atmosphere, attentive staff, and exceptional culinary offerings. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience. If you're a fan of seafood, meat, or vegetarian cuisine, there is something to satisfy you.

Great place. Great food, staff are just brilliant. Apparently the chef walked out yesterday. But they still delivered. The assistant chef turned up when he needed to and was all over it. Massive well done, when we arrived it was a restaurant full of people and having worked in kitchens in my younger years I know how hard it is for a restaurant to run smoothly. Can't praise them enough.

The food was amazing & service fantastic. Oysters were cold and delicious 😋 We will definitely be back. Thank you Team for a lovely night.

Asian fusion at its absolute best! A flavour sensation beyond our wildest expectations that drowned our brains in dopamine, served "tapas-style" in a stylish setting by professional staff. Our 5pm booking meant the atmosphere was still very quiet, allowing us to talk without having to shout across the table. We left beyond satisfied and can guarantee we'll be saying "what an amazing dinner" for months to come; I have finally found a favourite restaurant to bring my family when they visit. Will be returning. Often.

All the food we ordered was perfectly good. The chicken karage is one of my fav and the mackerol. Highly reccomended. I will comeback here with my friends and family.

First time I have been at the birdcage and I’m so impressed with the service and the food. I would most definitely 100% recommend the dumplings so delicious.

First timers to the Birdcage and we loved it. Food was amazing and staff on the ball and very friendly. Not many people there when we dined, so atmosphere a bit low, but we could feel the vibe later in our session as more people started to arrive. We will be back!

We were delighted with our first experience at the Birdcage. The selection of shared dishes for lunch was superb. Delicious! The atmosphere and interior is gorgeous and the service was exceptional. Well worth experiencing the Birdcage for lunch or dinner. Our table all came away impressed. We'll be back again soon.

Food: Ah-May-Zing!! We will be back ASAP!! Seating: I could recommend that they change the seating arrangements. They have tables of 2 in between tables of 4, so my romantic birthday dinner was out shone by the 2 tables of 4 next to us... Maybe change the seating arrangements to all 2's down one side or 2,2,4 if it helps the waiters? But I absolutely cannot complain about the food, it was amazing. We will be back as soon as we can.

The last time I dined here was pre-extensions. At that time I could not praise it highly enough. I don’t know if it’s shortage of staff to man the floor now they’ve extended, insufficient kitchen staff, or lack of organisation & communication with staff on duty. What I do know is I can’t possibly recommend to others & I will not be going back. We waited for 1/2 hr to get water, which we had to ask for, repeatedly. Longer for the cocktails we ordered, nothing special there. It took a lengthy time to have food order taken, but nothing in comparison to food arriving. Way over an hour. The food was not good. That is an understatement. There was uncooked pumpkin, cold soggy crab that should have been hot & crispy. None of the share plates were great. None of the plates we used to eat from were removed between dishes. Not all of our dishes arrived & in the end we cancelled them. Some orders they informed us they didn’t have everything for those dishes…..over an hour after we’d ordered. When it was pointed out how disappointed we were the staff member serving got upset & someone else took over. We would have spent much more but we just want to go home…& have some good food. I’m not one to put up bad reviews. If it’s not to my liking I’d prefer to say nothing. I put up reviews praising the great things I experience. This however was too awful to not comment.

After extensive and repeated clarification with staff as to whether the food they state is gluten free (GF) actually is, I left severely sick with an allergic reaction shortly after which is the same reaction I get when I eat gluten. The food was great and would have come back as regulars, however to get this so wrong is disgraceful. What’s worse is I emailed the restaurant about this and they just ignored my email and never replied. If you have an allergy DO NOT go to this restaurant as they clearly don’t understand what Gluten Free is.

I had my Hens dinner at this restaurant organised by my Made of Honour. This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I was so impressed with the service, food and atmosphere. The girl who served us most of the night was Natalia. I liked that she used a bit of humour. She had amazing customers serves, was very helpful, friendly and polite. It was lovely to receive a complimentary glass of wine on the house. Our food arrived reasonably quickly and everything tasted amazing. The food seemed to be cooked perfectly, and the combination of flavours was perfect.

Amazing food, cocktails, service, location and ambiance. The food was delicious, so many different flavours with perfect portion sizes to try a few dishes. Each dish arrived quickly, but not too quick that you couldn’t enjoy each one. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful with food choices, and fun!

Upon entry, we were greeted very warmly by the staff, and were given a lovely, quiet table for two which we’d requested upon booking. We were then pleasantly surprised to have been served complimentary drinks as a celebration for our dinner occasion! We took the bread and pork dumplings as entree and for the main ordered the fillet Mignon (for 2). Can say that all 3 dishes were spectacular! It will be hard not to order the same plates on our next visit.

The staff were attentive in just the right way, the food was absolutely incredible and cocktails had an extra special touch. Loved the atmosphere and even the background tunes. Just an awesome dining experience - really looking forward to next time!

First time dining here. Service from Camila was great. Atmosphere (we sat outside on a nice sunny day) was superb. The food was amazing. Lost to choose from and reasonable prices. Definitely going back. Highly recommend

The food was amazing, we ordered different entries and we can’t decide which one was the best. The Chocolate Martini was our favourite beverage. The attention was really good, the staff is kind and friendly. Definitely we will be back :)

Gorgeous restaurant, small space but lovely! The customer service was really accommodating as we had a child and they had no high chair. The food was great! And I had a lychee martini which was made to perfection! Late afternoon there was a violinist and playing outside the restaurant, it was so beautiful. The whole vibe was great, definitely be back! 🍸

What a great little place. Food and wine amazing. But stand out was our waitress. Customer service was incredible especially when the the restaurant was at capacity. Nothing was a problem. She smiled the whole time. Well done we will be back 🙏

We had a fantastic dining experience. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The wine list has an excellent range and great to see some European wines. You will not be disappointed. The new fit out and interior design provides a high end but relaxing feel. Well done folks you are doing a great job - a big up to the front of house lady who greeted us, super friendly and welcoming ( like the other staff) and the new cocktail she recommended was delicious.

Surprisingly large servings of delicious, perfectly cooked and well presented cuisine, catering for all palates. Tiger Beer on Tap. Limited but adequate wine list. very attentive service and lovely ambience.

A very good restaurant. Very thoughtfully executed with attentive and helpful staff; truly excellent cocktails, and the menu is a delight with an intriguing variety of dishes, sourced from both East and West culinary traditions. Many of the dishes are designed for sharing, though the portions are attractively super-sized. The food is a wonder - excellent ingredients, perfectly cooked, and well presented. Its the sort of place that, were one a local, I imagine you'd become a regular.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Service was on point and the food was to die for!!! Highly recommend the tuna sashimi and the cheese board for dessert! We will absolutely be back!

This hidden gem offers the full package: fantastic service, great atmosphere, delicious food and wonderful cocktails. The arancini are a must, as are signature cocktails. We'll most certainly be back!

Dined at Birdcage on the 21st of August and it was and amazing experience. The food was incredibly delicious and well presented and the atmosphere was a delight. The service we were given by Elysha was phenomenal, our table was tended to very well and she was so friendly and offered terrific assistance when needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Great service, great cocktails and beautiful food. We had a great night and our Waitress Morgan was a magnificent host . I highly recommend this bird cage to all flock’s
