Animal Kingdom's new dog boarding service is FIRST CLASS. Previously when out-of-town we've left the hound in a kennel - there are a couple of well known ones on the GC. The staff at the kennel were very friendly, but the "dog experience" was poor, probably because the conditions are similar to what you'd imagine a dog pound to be like - basic, but functional and clean. No doubt the animals were cared for at the kennel, but our one emerged with a changed temperment that took time to readjust back to normal. Aminal Kingdom's canine lodging service is great for peace of mind. You can be assured that your dogs are being treated with love with their needs thoughtfully attended to so you can enjoy your break... just as much as our puppies enjoyed theirs! Happiness is a puppy or two from Animal Kingdom!

Paul was incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me when I was looking for a new fur friend for my Jack Russell X. Nothing was too much trouble. I am delighted with my new cavoodle family addition! Paul went out of his way when Louie had an upset stomach shortly after I brought him home - took him to the vet and kept me informed. Animal Kingdom’s promise of continued support with your new puppy is for real and Louie is now bouncing around and chasing his big sister….much to her annoyance. Paul from Animal Kingdom has been a pleasure to deal with. As our puppy was a christmas present, Paul was ever so kind in allowing us to keep our new family member within his pet shop until closer to Christmas. Paul arranged all the paperwork and her flight from the Gold Coast to Sydney. All communication was conducted via email or by text message and some assistance from my sister who lives on the Gold Coast. Extremely well priced not a rip off for anything from pet foods to accessories to puppies! Customer support is above and beyond not just sell you a puppy and that's it we had some concerns wiyh our puppy i called up and Paul and his wife were at our house that morning to come and check it out and have provided postitive reassuring support throughout the whole process.

We collected our gorgeous little pup from Animal Kingdom last week. He has clearly been so well looked after before coming to us as he has settled so well. I got my puppy Mash Potato (Mash or Spud for short) at 9 weeks old in August. He is training to be my psychiatric service dog. The staff in store helped me pick the right puppy based on temperament and trainability and they nailed it for me. He's been an absolute dream boy. They didn't rush my choosing of him, and gave me lots of time to sit with him and see his behaviour. I visited in the morning, met him, and then came back that afternoon to check him again and decided to take him home. ❤

I'm from Melbourne and i brought a mini-fox terrier x from Paul. The experience was smooth and easy. Paul sent me videos of the pup, picture of the vet check and vaccination. He also organised transport from Nerang to Melbourne and kept me updated up until the puppy left Nerang. Paul went above and beyond to make sure the puppy a could be transported safety to Melbourne, during the Qld and NSW floods. He also followed up to make sure the puppy arrived safety. The communication and service was just excellent. I was very concerned about purchasing a dog especially interstate. We are so happy with our new addition from Paul at Animal Kingdom. I called up just before closing and Paul stayed open so we could come have a look. Our little Chihuahua Pablo, is just perfect. He is very healthy and sociable. The whole process was easy and they talked us through all the health checks, food etc. He has since been vet checked over and is in fantastic health. The pricing is very good when compared to other breeders and you can tell that Paul and staff truely love these animals. I recommend Animal Kingdom to anyone thinking of purchasing a new animal.

Paul was great - very organised with paperwork - great instructions and advice - when at the vets for their second vaccinations -they were thankful that everything was recorded so clearly. went to look at 1 puppy - came home with 2! Born a week apart - totally different breeds but get on so well! Loved the photos of the parents there as well. They are growing like crazy and are totally awesome - thanks guys - great additions to our family 👍👍👍 very clean and Paul is obviously an animal lover! Highly recommended
