Went into Rolex earlier as we saw some pieces for exhibition displayed on the show glass so we decided to enquire from one of the SA and he just replied there is nothing to sell now, then silence. There was a weird moment suddenly, as I was wondering why is the store even open if there is nothing to sell, and without further discussion, they just let us walk out without further assistance. I just find it rather rude being a Rolex representative, if you have nothing to sell or not going to help your customer further, why bother to keep the exhibition pieces in the store or open the store… how disappointing…

Dear Langfords Broadbeach, 21 DEC 2021 I phoned your store. A sales representative that identified himself as David answered my call. I found David’s customer service appalling and I wish to bring this to your principles attention. I am currently looking for a few day to day pieces including one investment piece. I frequently phone your Broadbeach store and have always been spoken to in a professional manor with the exception of David. David's manor was that he simply was just too busy to answer any questions. I literally had to drag the most basic information out of him. My view is that Rolex stores do not see massive foot traffic and with the very little available stock for immediate purchase therefore I find David's lack of professionalism and curtesy inexcusable. At one stage David very rudely asked what I wanted from him ? I replied, firstly I wished to be spoken to in courtesy manor which every person deserves. One need not be exceptionally knowledgable in their job or their products, however being polite does go a long way. Instead of asking me what time pieces I am looking for, David choose to attempt to belittle me by asking me and I quote, "how many Rolex have you have purchased"? This has no relevance, hence I did not answer, I was then told and I quote “see you not even customer”. The phone call ended when David began yelling at me asking me to come in to the store. It's a shame I must write this review because all other staff I have been greeted by in store or spoken with over the phone have always been polite, however David was reluctant to provide me with his direct managers details so I could make a direct complaint. Understand this experience was inexcusable, unacceptable and a plain rude.

What's the point of opening the store when you have no stock for sale? Edit: Please do not bother me after the snub by your staff. Your staff rudely snubbed me with a single line, "No stock in the store" without even looking at me in the eye. No follow up on asking what I am looking for. I would rather take my money and spend it elsewhere. Please review your staff's attitude and service.

Your staff Michael really got serious attitude problem，very impatiently and arrogant. doesn‘t want to serve customer selecting watches or try to sell. understand that there is no stock in store, but your staff did not even provide IPad for us to order. You really need to review your staff performance or reinforce some customer service training. I am a returned customer because I had a good experience last time shopping this time is really a disappointing one!

I visited the Rolex Boutique on Saturday with my wife and 3 month old son looking for a watch to commemorate my 30th birthday. We were warmly greeted at the door by Shay and after a lengthy discussion about various configurations of Datejusts and an expression of interest placed, we left incredibly impressed. The boutique looks fantastic and Shay was fantastic! She was incredibly kind and patient with my family and I and she was very knowledgeable. As a watch collector it’s always nice to have a genuine conversation about watches and I left with more knowledge than I came with. Shay was also very helpful when it came to helping me decide which watch I’d like to order and allowed me to try on various models to get an understanding of fit. I left very happy with the experience and excited about purchasing my first Rolex when available. Thank you Shay!

I recently (28/03/23) had the pleasure of visiting the Rolex Boutique Langfords Jewellers, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. The store itself is beautifully designed and exudes luxury, but what really stood out to me was the friendly and professional service provided by Ella. As a watch enthusiast, trying on the Rolex Explorer 36mm for the first time was a dream come true, and Ella made the experience all the more enjoyable. Her warm demeanour and compliments made me feel valued as a customer. I have been waiting for quite some time to purchase the Explorer, and I am hoping that it becomes available for purchase in time for my wedding in November 2024. I would be honored to wear the Rolex Explorer 36mm on my special day, and I am confident that the team at Rolex Boutique Langfords Jewellers will do everything in their power to make that dream a reality. The pure professionalism from the staff far exceeded the already high standard of service you would automatically expect when purchasing such an expensive time piece. The initial wait (nearly 14 x months) was far forgotten when I received the call from Wyatt saying that he had obtained my New Blue Submariner, 40 mm, Oystersteel and yellow gold. I was recommended to come see Wyatt at Langfords and showed up unannounced as I was in the area. While Wyatt wasn't working on the day, I was met by Shay. She had just started at the time but was very professional and courteous with plenty of knowledge of individual pieces. It was a great experience with shopping at Langfords Gold Coast store, team members are friendly and patient. David was the sales we spoke with, who was very professional and knowledgeable in watches, he gave us a lot of suggestions when he knew we are choosing parents the 40th anniversary gifts, and accurately helped us to find the suitable watches for them.
