I went to Larsen Jewellery looking for an engagement ring. I booked an appointment to meet with Alex to discuss options. It was an incredible experience. He took the time to show me a range of diamonds and ring designs and was always helpful answering any questions i had. After our meeting we had come up with the design for the engagement ring. Alex and the team at Larsen Jewellery were amazing throughout the whole experience. They are very professional and their jewellery is amazing. I was so happy with how the finished ring turned out and would happily return to them in the future for any jewellery.

We went there for wedding bands and we had no idea what to choose at the beginning. Ben was so kind and showed us different options at the first appointment. He was so informative and told us quite a lot knowledge about getting the right rings. Then we came up with a design and they deliver the ring beyond our expectation. The communication was awesome. Ben always get my requirements and give even better suggestions. Maybe the BNE branch is newly opened, so they only have 15 reviews, which is quite less comparing with other stores. BUT THEY ARE AWESOME, don't let the number of reviews stops you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience to design a ring to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It looks so beautiful and I am thrilled by how it looks! Alex was a pleasure to deal with, was knowledgeable and patient. My main stone was slightly damaged upon being set and it lost a very small percentage of carat upon being reset. It would have been so easy for this blemish to not be disclosed to me (it was not visible to the eye and my choice to reset it) but as someone in business myself, it is how a business deals with and communicates problems that I respect the most.

Larsen Jewellery in Brisbane and Georgia were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They helped us choose the diamond and advised us on which setting suited our needs. We never felt pressured to rush our decisions and ended up with a fantastic custom ring that shows off our personality!

Wonderful experience with Larsen, Alex and his team was great, the attention Alex gave to the detail was something else, was honest open and went out of his way to get the exact ring and design I wanted, leading with expert opinions along the way. After making a custom engagement ring for my wife at the Sydney branch a while back, we were devastated that there wasn't a local branch in Brisbane. Until now. Larsen have done a truly amazing job crafting a bespoke wedding band for my wife, to perfectly match her engagement ring. Alex understood our vision and brought it to life, more than exceeding our expectations. We could not recommend Larsen at Brisbane City more!

Purchased an engagement ring for my partner from Larsen which she absolutely loved. Whole experience was great, Ben gave sound advice throughout giving great opinions regarding stone size for the setting, sizing etc. One of the key differences that you will notice is that you are speaking to someone who is actually involved in the design and making of jewellery themselves. In most other shops you are effectively dealing with sales people and the range of different things that you get told is amazing. Communication was great throughout and they pulled out all the stops to meet a short deadline so that I could propose when we went away on holiday. End result is that we came away with a beautiful, very classy ring. Don't think we will even bother looking elsewhere to compare when we are picking wedding rings, that in itself probably says it all.

Had a custom ring made by Alex at Larsens Brisbane. Was a great experience from beginning to end. After showing Alex some photos of what I liked and was looking for in a ring he was able to completely understand what I wanted and how to make it my own. We agreed on an Australian Sapphire, which he ordered in and a few and we got to pick our stone which are the little things that really make the process special. All while meeting our budget request.
