My experience with this medical centre has been all positive. I’ve been here four times, and each time Dr Behrouz has been on time, professional and knowledgeable. I understand that the is a bulk billing practice, and as such, schedules and appointments may be delayed for many a reason. Try is comes with the territory. Staff are courteous, and there is plenty of space in the waiting area.

Our 6 yr old son had an appointment here today and we were very disappointed to say the least. After waiting for over an hour, we were in with Dr Bromberg for no more than 5 minutes at the most. He was obviously very busy, which we can appreciate & understand would be challenging, but he was extremely dismissive and certainly did not take any time to listen to our concerns. My husband had to request the doctor listen to our son’s chest among other things, as once he had seen our sons ear was red declared he’d ‘found the issue and there was no point’ doing further investigations. Worrying that a parents concerns could be so easily ignored. We definitely won’t be going back & would certainly not recommend this practice for children (or anyone really!).

Excellent service and knowledgeable doctor. Easy free-parking in the centre. Spotless waiting room, efficient and friendly receptionist (which seems rare on the Gold Coast) . Perfect consultation from Dr Nora on a Sunday evening. Just in time for dinner in China town! 5 stars!

Dr Justin and Vanessa are amazing! Receptionists and nurses are so helpful and welcoming! Dr Justin is absolutely a gem! He patiently listens to what we are concerned about and tries everything to help you, he is the one trying to help patients and not rush you to leave during the appointment. Thank you Dr Justin, he is friendly and kind! Wish we could visit you earlier if we could! Dr Vanessa is talented, also could speak Mandarin and Cantonese. She is efficient and spot on. It is good for people who speak Chinese and can fully understand what the doctor says. Thank you guys! We are happy to stick with this clinic (bulk bill) !

I had to find a new doctor as the doctors i was seeing from other practices kept coming and going. I found Southport Metro and it has doctors who have been there long term, my first visit was very positive and i really like the fact it has a pathology dept attached. Its nice to have a doctor who knows and understands your medical history and can provide appropriate medical requirements.

Dr Justin is a very professional and caring doctor, a good listener as well He explained my lab results one by one clearly. Not every GP will do that. I feel very comfortable while talking with Dr Justin I think I finally found my GP in gold coast.

Doctor Justin Wong is really attentive to all my concerns and he made sure that my health is my priority. I would highly recommend Southport Metro Medical Center to anyone who needs medical advise. Staff are quite busy but doing their best to attend to all their patients. Keep up the good work guys and stay safe♥️

The receptionist and Dr Vanessa Chin were friendly and helpful. Dr Chin listened patiently and carefully, and clearly advised me about the best course of action for my presenting health issue. I am very happy with the service and will definitely make it my clinic of choice.

Had the best service with Dr. Bromberg at Southport Metro Medical Center. He picked a melanoma that I didn't even knew I had. He is a very thorough and charismatic doctor. I would recommend him to everyone. He is honestly the best doctor I've had.

Happy to say, this was a very good experience. I had to make a sudden visit (during my lunch hour) to this clinic (as a new patient), and the lovely polite receptionist was efficient and managed to fit me in immediately. I filled out the forms in the sitting room; then was seen by the UK doctor - he was caring, made sure I was informed and that I had all the correct information before he administered the correct medicine; then made me sit for 15 minutes after, before leaving the clinic. I really cannot complain about the service or treatment - thank you.

Very happy with Dr Justin Wong he is a great GP!! And the Nurse is very pleasant!! & The ladies at Reception are always helpful . Blood test lady is great also . Happy new year to all .

Wow! First time visiting this practice and even though it was on a Sunday the level of service was exceptional. From the Receptionist to the Nurse and then the Doctor their courtesy and understanding was amazing. Very impressed.

It was my 1st appointment at Southport Metro Medical Centre today. The clinic is easy to access, is extremely clean & staff were welcoming. The Doctor was excellent & explained everything in detail. I have found my new GP on the Gold Coast

Was a first time visitor of this medical centre and can recommend this place. A receptionist (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) booked me in straight away and explained everything in detail. Doctor Sergey is a legend, he examined my ears and referred me to a nurse, who was able to help me just within 5 minutes. After that Dr. Sergey examined me one more time and prescribed me drops to help with an ear infection. In general everything went so smoothly and the staff are so caring and attentive, I can’t find words to thank them enough for solving my health issue that quickly. Highly recommend this medical centre to everyone

My experience with all the team including the Doctors, nurse and practice staff has been excellent. They have all been professional and able to accommodate my needs at short notice. I also appreciate them having extended hours including weekends for my convenience. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Sarah, is amazing she actually listens and understood my situation not once did she put pressure on me to do anything I did not want to do or say and I did NOT feel rushed at all. She actually listens. Also the receptionist was so sweet and helps you with anything also she was very inviting it was my first visit.

I booked an appointment at this doctor surgery as means of a second opinion. I’m overjoyed that I booked it because Dr Sadek was extremely thorough and nurturing at the same time. I appreciated her willingness to get the bottom of my issues. Would definitely recommend!

The receptionist was the calmest and polite young lady. The a doctor I saw was so eager to ensure I had the proper medical care. As a first time patient, I was extremely happy.

Receptionist was lovely and courteous. She informed us when we would be next for our appointment. Dr Morrell is kind, helpful and very understanding. My young daughter wasn’t afraid of going to the doctors after the appointment we had. :)

My wife and I have been to this practice twice; both were served by Dr Sarah Morrell. Sarah is a five star GP with great clinical acumen and professionalism. The only area where they could improve is time management. The first day it was 50 minutes late and today 20 minutes late. Saying that, I appreciate its hard to finish a consultation within 10 minutes when you are trying to provide holistic care. The surgery is well maintained, clean with a professional receptionist.

We attended an appointment with Dr Sarah Morell who was profesional and caring as always, the receptionist was kind as well. The only difficulty was to find parking in the area. Metro parking is great but it closes at 10 pm.

The receptionist is very friendly and accomodating. She smiled as I booked my appointment and it made me comfortable, especially I have anxiety. Doc. Valerie Tan is very professional. She listened to me and answered my questions. She did not rush me which shows that she is kind and compassionate. Thank you. Will recommend this medical centre to my friends and family. 😊

It was a real pleasure to visit Dr. Sarah Morrell again and both my wife and I were very impressed with the professionalism and friendly attitude and manner of the staff. Went there and saw dr Sergey and I had a very bad cough he prescribed me a medicine and said you don’t need antibiotic and it did nothing I was coughing all day non stop went to another medical centre at night because it gotten worse and the dr said I have infection in my lungs and gave me antibiotics and it got so much better after meds. what a waste of time won’t be going there again Also husband went 2 months ago for a pain in his knee saw dr raham and he was so uncomfortable and very unprofessional he did not explain anything basically it was useless seeing him

Doesnt want to prescribe pain killers for broken hand. Doesnt prescribe diazepam for leg implant despite other transfer doctor prescribing over a year in right dosage. Dont see justin wong. Joke of a doctor and probably joke of a surgery. Avoid at all costs !!!!! 2023 feb

Dr Sarah was great! Super knowledgeable and friendly. I would give 5/5 if they were bulk billed too but I understand that's asking a bit much in these financial times ;)

Great staff on reception very caring and polite. The doctors are busy there but cover all issues professionally. I found Doctor Sergey Bromberg an excelle nt and extremely knowledgable. His experience, professional attitude and education in health surpasses many. I am seeing him again for pain management. I saw him previously prior to my right hip surgery three years ago. It is great to see a doctor for accupunture that I know and trust. Dr Sergey is attentive and supportive. I have had a couple of falls. This is the reason I am back to see him for treament now. Parking at Metro is free for 2 hrs as is Australia Fair across the road. Escalator to Metro health is convenient from car park. Also Very interesting asian market in centre. Happy to recommend metro health. Joylene.

We were on holidays and they easily fitted our 1 year old in. What a bonus that the GP was a Paediatrician who diagnosed his issue immediately! So impressed and happy to find this Medical Centre - I would highly recommend it.

Could not be more impressed with my two visits to Southport Metro Medical recently. I saw Dr Wong who was excellent - friendly, thorough and followed up with my blood test results. My child saw Dr Andy who was friendly and great with kids. So thankful to have been able to get appointments when needed, reception staff were fabulous, and there is a pathology clinic inside - amazing! Great Medical Centre.

An absolutely fantastic Doctors Office! Dr Sarah Morrell is a perfect doctor with the greatest care for myself and my family. The waiting room is always tidy and clean and the wait is not too long. The reception staff are always nice and welcoming. We drive 30 mins to come here because we know we are looked after.

PARENTS READ: I do not recommend Dr Bromberg at all. I have had 2 experiences with him, one where he prescribed me Panadine Forte one week after my baby was born and I told him I was breastfeeding and didn't want anything strong that could affect my newborn. I recently found out this medicine is not recommended by the Australian Association for breastfeeding as it has codeine which affects the baby. He said he gives this to all his mothers! Extremely concerning!!! Second interaction, he was completely rough with my baby, and had less than 3 mins to give us when we booked a long appointment with him. He handled my baby so roughly and was incredibly rude when we asked him one simple question. Our usual Dr is Dr Justin Wong, who is extremely thorough, caring and really takes his time to assess the issues and care for his patients. Do yourself a favour and only book Dr Wong if you want a real service from this clinic!!

My appointment was at 7pm Tuesday, 28 February 2023 with Dr. Sarah Morrell at Southport Metro Doctors, located in the Australia Fair METRO building. I have not been here before, but what a nice, quiet, clean, peaceful, polite, and friendly, atmosphere permeated the evening air here. Added to all of the above, is a clear sense of professionalism and dignity. Ollie (I hope I got his name right) was very helpful. On mobile phone he directed our way to them so I could see my doctor, and he also assisted us to transfer our medical records from one practice to Southport Metro Doctors. Very grateful my doctor is at Southport Metro Doctor's. I highly recommend this medical establishment 💯💯💯
