Danny modified our Green Cheek Conure's play-stand, replaced the dowel sticks with branches to make it feet and claw friendly. Our little guy couldn't be happier, and so are his parents with the great service and even better price!

This place is obviously a passion for the owners. Good advice and everything reasonably priced. We drove an hour and a half to get there, but we'll go back. ALSO, drop in next door and see what great things they're doing with birds for people with ptsd, etc. Definitely going back.

Went in yesterday with young man under my care with sensory issues. The change in his demeanor while we were there was amazing. He just loved the birds so much. The staff are amazing and so willing to assist. Such an awesome and worthwhile cause.

Here you will find the freshest seed for you bird. My birds won't eat anything else. Also there are numerous natural toys for your birds to enjoy creating an enriching environment. They also sell some beautiful hand tame birds.

Very disappointed. AUTOMATIC BIRD BATH WITH TOYS it advertised. Cost me nearly 50 dollars with postage less than an hour away. The item came in packaging that clearly stated children's toy kitchen sink and was so flimsy like it was bought from a two dollar shop. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a feather baby then this is a must visit place. Danny was great to deal with and have now been back a number of times. Birds paradise provides natural gyms, perches, food and toys. We brought oneof the gyms for Chappie and he absolutely loves it including his favourite toy... the metal bells! Thanks Danny

Birds of Paradise have a HUGE range of cages, bird feeders, natural perches (Danny makes these and my birds LOVE them), and he also carries a huge range of seed and food treats.. Very affordable and quality, well-thought-out play gyms. Bought a play gym for my cockatiel and green cheek conure about 5 months ago and they're still loving it.

Genuinely such a fantastic store- the owner is super friendly and nice. This has become my regular store whenever I need to grab something for my birds- I can shop with confidence knowing everything stocked is bird-safe and the range is so much better than any pet store.

After looking for an Avi one cage for our little Green Cheek Conure, I found Birds Paradise at Arundel, and the name really does fit. Not only was the cage I wanted $150 cheaper than another well-know pet shop, Thursdays are 10% off! The range of toys is great and the owner, Danny, builds superb bird play-gyms and will craft stuff to order. You can see he loves birds, hence a few tame chickens walking around and couldn't be more helpful. Danny, that is, not the chickens!

We don't live on the Gold Coast, so when we were on our way home, we popped in and bought a bird back pack. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend them.

Birds Paradise definitely lives up to its name. Natural bird perches and play gyms are custom made on site. Great selection of healthy bird foods, treats and toys. My cockatiel loves the pine cone treats and the natural perch made for her. She is getting used to her aviator harness and I’m loving the freedom it provides for her to come outside with us without her having to be in a cage. Owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will be going back there for all my cockatiels needs.
