Great for kids on the beach... safe surf... nice beach... good amenities!

Beautiful little place..... we went here for a little break after a day in Byron Bay and the Lighthouse.... it's just around the corner and easy to access... loved it!!!

It's a lovely stretch of beach mostly used by local residents and the wise traveller. It's lifesaver patrolled, it has a decent walking path, good grass areas and a busy coffee / breakfast lunch place to relax in and enjoy a chat, good food and coffee. It is a chilled beach and residential area full of life and good surfing.

Great spot for a relaxing picnic

We had our Easter Family BBQ here with sack races too, good sized shelter shed with public toilets right there and a fenced playground for the kids. The beach is right there also if you feel like a dip after your BBQ or a game of beach cricket like we did.

Nice place to bike too, careful footpath is very busy, best to stay on the road.
