The atmosphere is perfect; the place has a beautiful view of the Jules Wijdenbosch bridge; they offered a limited brunch menu, but the food flavors are fantastic, and the attention is excellent; the price is very affordable, and I recommend it for families or couples; even an informal business meeting can take place here. I hope you enjoy it as I did!

Beautiful atmosphere, nice view overlooking the Suriname river, excellent service along with fantastic food. I'd say a top class restaurant in the heart of downtown Paramaribo at a place with sooo much history. Keep it up guys, the food and service was just Fantastic!

The host is really good at his job. Staff is friendly. Before we went, we had already dined at another restaurant. So our visit was sudden, after visiting the museum above and around Baka Foto. We therefore only had appetizers and drinks. But the food was really delicious. The classy ambiance goes well with the historic architecture and location across the Suriname river. Planning a visit soon!

Class ---- reminds me of Toronto' Keg Mansion. Friendly, knowledgable staff. You can talk wine regions and the nuances of a good steak with the staff. A must-visit place immersed in the type of northern ambience in the tropics. The steak is like New York's Peter Lugar. Can't say enough about this place

The food was OK (relatively expensive for what you get) but the service was terrible (the worst we experienced during our 2 weeks in Suriname). Waiters are not interested and do not pay attention to detail. For example, we were with 4 and the table we sat down at was set for 3. No one added cutlery until we asked for it . If you charge high end prices, your service should be better!

Great chicken on this Caesar salad. Probably the nicest restaurant you are going to find in Paramaribo. Decent wine selection, and a Parbo bier is a must.

Just too expensive, so did not bother ordering anything else than wine and water. Nice view from the garden. Friendly staff.

Slightly overrated, although for Surinamese standards not bad at all. Prices are at the high end. The fort has a grim history but the restaurant is pretty cosy.

5 star service, ambiance, view, food and drinks! Originally went for just a cocktail and loved the place so much came back for dinner the next night. Amazing meal!
