The
roti
was
really
good,
one
of
the
tastier
roti’s
in
Suriname.
The
only
minor
thing
is
their
service.
I
was
next
in
line
but
suddenly
the
guy
went
to
the
back
and
I
was
waiting
15
minutes
without
any
word
from
the
other
staff.
First,
I
thought
he
went
to
the
toilet.
During
that
time,
the
line
behind
me
was
getting
longer
and
I
heard
some
in
the
back
starting
to
complain
in
silence.
So
when
he
finally
came
back,
I
asked
him
if
he
went
to
the
toilet,
in
which
he
replied
no
he
was
making
roti
in
the
back
and
asked
me
why?
I
told
him
because
you
let
the
people
behind
me
wait
for
a
while,
and
he
said
he
can’t
help
it,
they’re
understaffed.
I
understand
his
frustration
too,
but
what
I
don’t
get
is
how
the
business
can
let
the
cashier
also
do
prep
work,
especially
when
he
can
also
clearly
see
that
there’s
a
line.
It’s
not
a
great
image
for
the
business
no
matter
how
good
the
food
is.
And
from
what
I
saw,
there
are
at
least
3
people
in
the
back.
None
of
the
3
can
make
the
roti?
It’s
a
bad
image
to
let
your
customers
wait
for
15+
mins
to
see
nobody
at
the
front
desk
to
get
orders.
But
other
than
that,
the
food
is
really
good.
I
would
give
them
a
second
chance.
