Paramaribo’s own city beach with beach bar. Plenty of sofas to hang out in while you watch the river flow by...

The restaurant is subpar, and the environment is the worst for obvious reasons, because it's in the center of town in a ghetto- looking neighborhood that lacks hygiene to say the least.

This is actually a hangout and restaurant for locals. I guess the food is also based on that. Open during afternoons and evenings. But travelers should be aware that safety can be sometimes an issue here during late hours. Stay alert for hustles and small crime.

Nice little place at the water. Very peaceful location. Often the only place that's open when ervything else is closed.

Friday night 🎤 karaoke!!

Probably my favorite place to eat and drink in Paramaribo these days. Authentic vibe. Don't expect luxury though, food has to be ordered at the kitchen, and food will arrive after 8-9. Take your time to enjoy the atmosphere and the riverside.
