Played both courses this week. Was told when we got there that the courses have had major work to them this past year. Would have been good to know this when tee times were made. Estates was hard to enjoy overseed/dirt all over the course ( no heads up when tee time was made) , greens were fair, cart path only. Links was in very good shape comparatively , greens very slow , cart path only again. Way better shape and aesthetically pleasing course than estates this week. The bunkers on both courses were a treat , fluffy sand. Both of these courses will Likley be very nice when they grow in 12-24 months from now I would guess. Lots of construction going on at the Biltmore in general.

I realize it’s summer but these are some of the worst greens in the valley right now. Western skies for example is half the price and the greens are leaps and bounds better. I’d look elsewhere for awhile the greens need a lot of work. Pro shop staff is meh, Cart girl was friendly, the older guy working the cart barn is absolutely miserable.

My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. My spouse and I stayed at the Biltmore Hotel (which is lovely) and we’re expecting a quality golf experience as well. We had a 1pm tee time on the Adobe course. There was no starter and no Marshall’s. We were given minimal directions on where to go. The course is jammed among the range and all the holes are very close together. Conditions were poor, and every hole is just straight and boring. However, the lack of management of play is just inexcusable for the greens fees. We played the first 6 holes in an hour and I was pleased. It then took an hour to play 7,8,9. Another hour + to play 10,11,12 and by this point it became clear we weren’t going to finish, despite teeing off close to 5 hours before dark. The tedium of playing such a short, poorly maintained course with 3 groups on every hole became too much and we left. Never to return. There was plenty of staff working the pro shop and cart area, they surely could have had a starter and marshall. The Biltmore resort is beautiful. Play your golf somewhere else though.

Staff was great. $130 to play the Links course in mid-September is some of the worst money I’ve ever spent on golf. Greens were slow and weeded out, driving range and putting green were closed, and even tipped out, it’s an entirely uninspiring 6300 yard layout. Maybe I’m too new to the Valley to understand prices here, but $130 is a BIG ask for that golf course.

Golf course under Reno, but entire staff is fantastic.. from check in, on course, great half way house. The check in desk best in the region, knows how to customize to our needs. We have a couple top juniors training by doing rounds, and the golf course is very supportive day of. Beth and Matt are great employees. Kudos Happy New Year

I’m new to the area and made a last minute afternoon tee time on a Saturday. The course was in really good condition. The staff at the golf shop were really helpful. Beautiful views throughout the course and can catch a gorgeous sunset from 15 and 16 of the links course.

I understand that every course goes through rough times. But paying 60 dollars for this dog track on a Monday afternoon in the middle of summer is unacceptable. Highly do not recommend playing here till overseed is over

As an avid golfer, I was left in awe by the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, Arizona. This remarkable golf club boasts two distinct 18-hole courses, the classic Adobe Course and the challenging Links Course, catering to players of all skill levels. The courses' pristine condition, coupled with the magnificent Phoenix Mountain Preserve backdrop, create a truly captivating golfing experience. The Spanish Colonial-style clubhouse is not only visually appealing but also offers excellent amenities, such as The Adobe Restaurant and The Spoke and Wheel Tavern, which serve delicious cuisine and refreshing beverages. Additionally, the brand new pro shop and practice facilities ensure golfers have everything they need for a perfect round. What truly sets Arizona Biltmore Golf Club apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend this golf club for an unforgettable golfing adventure in Phoenix.

Overpriced football field. Last week of Jan 2023 we booked a foursome at $150 PER player - no problem - it is that time of the year... BUT we were moved to the links course (not what we booked) plus there was a delay and NO parking -- construction and MUD everywhere- we walked through a dirty cart barn to get to the old musty club house. Many tee boxes in poor condition AND there is no topographical variation on the Links course - just back and forth back and forth - there are HUNDREDS for courses in the area - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

As prestigious as the resort is, the golf course is an embarrassment. This is the worst kept course in the valley. Every tee box is so full of divots that you can't find a place to tee off. The whole place is really beat up. Cart paths in disrepair. I could go on. Spend your money elsewhere

I get the summer heat can really affect things but to charge me 75 dollars to hit and putt off of dirt 90% of the time? Outside of that pretty boring track.

Always a great golf experience at the Biltmore. The course is in a little tough shape due to transition to summer grasses. Greens are also not the best. Could use a good rolling to smooth them out.

Wonderful celebrating The Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders and alumni for the Teri Bode Inspiration award. Wonderful service, beautiful room and even better outside for drinks following! Wonderful!

The golf course plays well and is pretty typical of the overpriced courses around the valley. You can get better deals elsewhere. The pro shop is similar - lots of nice, overpriced items. The guy who runs the pro shop on Sunday evenings has a real attitude. I showed up one evening about 15 minutes before close to buy a shirt for a friend for Father's Day, and he quietly waited until 6pm, when he announced that they were closed, not allowing us to purchase anything. I arrived the following week at the same time and immediately grabbed the shirt I wanted. The gentleman had already closed up shop and was counting cash from the register, ignoring us and hoping that we would leave. After I politely announced my presence, he then proceeded to make a big deal of how he had to turn his computer on again to ring me up. If I'm voluntarily spending $100 on a polo shirt, shouldn't I expect better service? Come on.

Very disappointed....i had the 2 egg and hash brown and pancakes breakfast...the 2 eggs were cooked in oil😕.... hash browns look like they came from McDonald's but slightly larger😞....and 2 sausage patties 👍 the service was friendly..... very disappointed for a Biltmore restaurant at the Adobe.... I've had better breakfast at Denny's.. I would suggest you look elsewhere for breakfast

Tyler, Stephen and Dusty are the reason I keep coming back to this Golf Course. The greens, fairways and recently their prices are not the best ...but these guys make it fun to be there....and that is simply awesome!

One of the worst golf experences. The club is under construction and they offer no practice Facilities (driving range or even putting green) but charge like it's in perfect condition. The Club house staff were rude and did not instruct us where to find the 1st tee on the Links course (which was a quarter mile away from club house.) The course was in poor condition and the layout was horrible. Play either TPC or Troon North before wasting your time at this course.

Complete goat track at $120 a round. If you’re coming from out of town in the next couple weeks do yourself a favor and play somewhere else. Awful Course conditions. I understand it’s between seasons and their better 18 is closed for overseed but don’t go play what they have open right now.

Great place to play golf. Gotta say just seeing the homes around the course was amazing. I grew up in that area and the views of Piestewa Peak, Camelback Mountain and the city bring back great memories. Friendly and pleasant personnel as well!! Nice to see people smiling!!!

Link's course is always a challenge! Decent shape at this time, haven't started over seed yet. Put the two courses on your to play list!

Most dynamic looks in a Phoenix Metro course I've seen in awhile. I've play over 100 courses in the valley, great price, definitely will be back soon again!!!

I love the Adobe Course. A wide open golf course that is perfect for a beginner or a serious golfer. The front tees give a beginner a sense of accomplishment and wide open fairways. From the tips there are some very testy holes with evil trees looming around the greens. The course is well maintained and the greens roll consistently.

This was my first time playing the Biltmore golf course and have no ties to the staff. The check in was fast and friendly and the staff was helpful directing me around the facility. There was one employee (Keith) who noticed I was not familiar to the club and took it upon himself to ask me if I needed some direction to the range or the first tee. This may not seem like a big deal but good customer service from people like Keith is a dying breed.

Here is a breakdown of the Pros and Cons: Pros: - Helpful and friendly staff - Nice location (beautiful homes around course) Cons: - Besides the million-dollar homes, the course is basically a city or municipal one. - Flat, open course (Adobe) This could be a good or bad thing depending on what you want. - Construction is happening as of May 12th. It will be noticeable on holes 5,6,9. - I paid $75 for riding 9, it's worth more like $55. Overall, I had a good time today but I'd like the price to come down in order to play there again.

Different Now I have been visiting the Az Biltmore for 40 years. My favorite until now. I was given a room so small I couldn’t believe it. Room was size of king bed with minimal room for anything other than the bathroom. It was warm and stuffy and old a/c with no thermostat, so temp stayed warm. Cockroach crawled across carpet. After being on hold forever I walked to lobby and complained. Was given the room I initially booked and had view of construction site. Didn’t mind til workers woke us up in morning. No one called to check on us or even offer something for our inconvenience. Finally settled in to at 5:00pm. Hot and exhausted. I will say front desk was apologetic and tried to accommodate. Not much they could do. So I don’t blame them. Oh I forgot, Hilton app didn’t work. Frustrating. Although adult pool is very nice, pool service is non existent by a server who had a beard and didn’t seem to want to do his job. Was flagged over twice and we were ignored. I am watching 2 other guests get up to get their own drinks right now. I guess he ignores our side of pool. Bartender, female, was great. Accolades to Dante who is a pool attendant and never stopped refreshing water, providing fresh towels as soon as a guest would leave chaise lounge. Takes pride in his work. I hope he is acknowledged for his hard work. I feel different about the Biltmore now .

Drive across the country with my friends to play golf out west, played 36 holes and enjoyed it very much. Pricey but great service and had a great time.

Very straightforward old school course lined with old school mansions. Fun and simple course. Watch out for balls as almost all fairways are next to each other. Not desert golf at all. But beautiful views for sure.

Great price for what you get... The views on the back nine of the links course were great. Bartender at both the inside bar and hotdog bar were the reason I increased the rating to two star... They were both good. However the course was in med to poor shape... Still not bad. The service from the cart guys was downright poor... (and that is giving tge benefit of doubt as it was hot). When I finished my round they didn't even acknowledge my presence or come over.. I generally tip fairly well because I know how tough that can be. Never mind the flat out haughty, elitiest, attitude. Used to be my favorite course... Definitely not again.

Played 3/19 mid morning. Thought the course was very playable and in good condition. We played the Adobe 18. For the money it was very pedestrian, meaning wide open, fairly flat, not much to contend with, very basic. However, it was still a fun course and greens/fairways were in good shape. Money paid I would have expected to be blown away by it, but again it's just a nice resort course. Front desk staff, cart lady were great, very friendly and accomodating for our large group. Would play here again.

I bought a summer pass like I have for the past 3 years. The management has changed the rules so you can’t book until a week in advance but the members can book much farther in advance. You will be lucky to get a tee time before 10am a be playing in the heat. They need to sell these summer passes to keep the coarse from going under but then treat the people who buy them 2nd class. Me and my friends will not be wasting our money again. There are many other golf courses that are in better shape that offer the same kind of deals the don’t treat you like garbage.

Played the Links course just prior to (re-seeding) closure end September. Club house was also in process of rebuilding ( expected completion February). Greens and Tee boxes in poor condition. Course is a nice layout though and played well. Not long but lots of thinking involved - dog-legs, height differences etc. Enjoyed it.

Played here today at 845. Was charged 160 bucks as a single to play 18 holes. This was my first time playing here, the course was nice layout but definitely not worth 150 bucks. This is like a 60 to 70 dollar golf course. The tee boxes are junk, fairways are decent but there is alot of dirt patches. The golf cart I had caused such so play. I took pictures of 6 different occasions when I was driving on concrete cart path and app of a sudden the cart locked up and said that I was driving in a forbidden area, not sure how the concrete cart path is forbidden but this was super annoying. Plus it's under construction and they don't give any price break for that. All the water jugs on course were empty, only saw the drink girl one time during entire 18. 2 Cans of beer was 16 dollars. All in all not worth the value by a long shot. There are many city courses with much better value and even in better shape than this

A friend lives near this course and kept wanting me to play it. We went and played yesterday and were having a good time... Until our golf cart died on us at hole 14 and we were stuck pushing it up a hill. We called the pro shop, they answered and we told them our cart died on hole 14. He said okay one second, put us on hold and then HUNG UP on us... we then thought okay lets start walking to the next hole and they can pick us up there. Played the next hole, waited 20 minutes and then decided to call again. When we called they had no idea we were even out there waiting for a new cart... We said we are going to hole 16 and asked if someone could come get us, the guy said yes and we said okay thanks. Played hole 16, waited another 20 minutes and still no one... I told my friend no one was coming to get us and at this point it was already 7:15pm and we just want to get back to the parking so we can leave. As we are walking back to the pro shop we find a guy that is collecting the flags. He asked why we were out walking the course at that time... we told him the story and he had no idea we were even stuck out there. Long story short, they basically abandoned us and said someone was coming to get us after our cart died. They lied, no one came. Luckily we are younger guys and we can walk and carry our bags but I would expect someone older to have a problem with this. I will not be returning.
