Hi guys, I came in for some light pain in my lower back. My experience was about as fantastic as this sort of thing goes. To start the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin really knows what to look for and is thorough in his work. Kelsie was running the front desk and is an absolute gem. The decor in the office is also really well executed I felt comfortable and warm. Unlike many other offices where I feel sterile and cold. That’s all, Thanks.

I took my freshman daughter to AlphaMed for two sprain ankles.. she rolled both of them while practicing volleyball with her team.. she also runs xcountry. My first impression of AlphaMed was that it was clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Receptionist was professional and friendly. Tyler the PA was friendly and reassuring. My daughter was seeing by Dr. Ezekias Zink. He took his time examining her and advised x-rays to be able to see more into her injury. He was thorough and complete with regard to every detail; not superficial and rushing us out the door. I felt like we got the 5 star treatment. Dr. Zink was amazing! Thank you AlphaMed for a pleasant visit.

Very friendly receptionist, and great nurses and doctors here. Check-in was fast and easy, and the doctor took his time seeing me, asking questions and performing tests to figure out what was going on with my body. I have had lots of experience with doctors, but I really appreciated how thorough this doctor was in making sure he understood how I was feeling and what was wrong. Everyone here was very friendly, nice and genuine. Highly recommend.

So glad this place is up and coming! I was a little worried that an urgent care may not be properly equipped for the issue I had but I saved a lot of money avoiding the ER and the PA was excellent. The facility is clean and bright. Cash pay price was lower than expected. 11/10 would recommend!

This urgent care is a game changer, the lobby is very comforting, well lit, and vibrant. The front desk staff, Adam, was super nice, and helpful. Their check-in/paperwork was a seamless process. All the staff were super nice, I cannot recommend Troy Passmore enough, as I've seen him before, at my current PCP's office. He's got a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. The office is also very clean as well. The wait was not too bad either compared to others I've been too. I will definitely be going back for my medical needs. Don't change AlphaMeD, thank you.:) <3

Very nice place. It is clean and the service was great. The waiting room is clean, well appointed decor and incredibly comfortable chairs. The PA that saw me, Danielle Booth was very thorough and professional. She gave me some pointers and took her time to explain everything to me. I typically go to Nextcare for any after hours visit but this place is much better. They accept my insurance, United Healthcare, most insurance plans and also offer their own insurance plan for anyone that doesn’t have coverage. Fully recommend this place.

Wonderful experience! Troy is awesome. I really felt his genuine concern for my health and well being. I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and Troy asked multiple questions to really get to the root of my issues in order to assist me the best way possible and help avoid unnecessary cost. Staff was awesome as well. Kind, personable, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

Love this place! I made an appointment online. Office is clean and welcoming. The staff was amazing. Loren was thorough and the entire team showed patience and professionalism with my daughter and made her comfortable throughout the visit. Happy to have this office close to home!

My husband and I had a great experience with AlphaMed. Maddie scheduled our appointment and worked with us to complete the paperwork online which made our experience much better when we came in. My husband saw Dr Cantwell and he was great and explained what he needed to do with his foot. Everyone was so efficient and nice to work with. The entire staff was extremely caring. I would refer all my friends and family to them.

Wait time was good. Saw an unsupervised PA. No physician was present on the premises during a weekday. The PA dismissed my concerns as allergies as he walked in the door. He then performed an incomplete physical exam, and an inadequate history taking. I had to point out several concerning findings to him during the brief visit. He then proceeded to order the wrong lab test code. The office did not follow up and did not call back the lab after multiple attempts. I was left to resolve the issue on my own for what should have been a simple lab request.

This was my first visit to this Urgent Care and by far it was the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. Provider was excellent and thorough. He answered all my questions I didn’t feel rushed, they even called to check up on me the next Day. I definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.

I was pleasantly greeted by Kevin. Had a bit of a wait both in waiting room and doctor's office. Was taken care of by nurse with vitals and the doctor came in later. He was very thorough and offered some exercises that may even help with my pain. All in all, it was a successful and pleasant experience; will go to them again if needed, especially since they're in my neighborhood.

Such an amazing experience! From walking in and from walking out. Provider was amazing and very detailed and educational in regards to what to do for my treatment. I have gone to urgent care where it makes you feel like they just want to get you in and out and provide no education on how to treat your symptoms/ diagnosis. This experience was so amazing here!

Amazing care for my son! We are from out of town and needed to be seen for a sports injury. From the front desk to the doctor—all around wonderful treatment. We even got a follow up call the next day. Thank you!!!

Went in for deep puncture wound bottom of foot. This location has great clean office and the Dr. on call was great. He took care of my wound and even gave me an updated tetanus shot. Because I went in here I feel like my foot will heal well and no infection will occur. Definitely recommend this urgent care.

Amazing service and even better care these guys really are the best walk in medical care you can get they’re clean and helpful.

I was visiting in Glendale and needed some care. Called and made an appointment. Paperwork was handled online before arriving. No wait when I arrived and had a caring physician address my issue. Meds were faxed to a nearby pharmacy. It took a total of 2 hours from start to finish. I highly recommend this office. Office staff was professional.

Very clean and super friendly staff! They took us to the room at our scheduled time; the staff and doctor saw my son right away and diagnosed strep within 10 minutes. The doctor even gave my son some throat lozenges from her own stash. I highly recommend this location!

So happy this was put in our neighborhood! I had made a online new patient app and was able to fill all my new patient paperwork online too. My app was @ 9:15 I arrived there ten minutes earlier as requested when I made the app and I was out of AlphaMeD by 9:30. My visit did include a swab test. The staff is super friendly and informative. The facility itself is so clean and modern. I will be coming back here if needed!

I’m usually anxious when I go and see a new provider but walking into the front office I was greeted by a warm and friendly welcome from the young man named Cameron sitting at the front desk. He got me checked in right away and was so pleasant and kind. Everyone that I had a chance to interact with at this office was so welcoming. The MA was Efficient and kind, the provider Kevin was so caring and I felt like he was really listening and really understood and actually cared. I’ll be back for sure!

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. They are very attentive. I was able to book a same day appointment and I love that they do X-rays on site. I knew immediately that I had pneumonia and was treated promptly. This is how healthcare should work. PA Troy thank you. Great job!

You won’t find a better urgent care in this state. They also specialize in orthopedics and can X-ray, cast, and splint as needed. I’ve seen three different providers at 3 separate locations and all were amazing. I also work with athletes and refer them to AlphaMeD when needed for sports injuries. Clean, welcoming, and outstanding care. Walk-in or schedule a same-day appointment so there’s never a wait. All paperwork is done online before you even get there so check-in is quick and simple. They keep your information on file so you don’t have to do the paperwork on your next visit.

I’ve never had such an easy, pleasurable experience at a urgent care! The space is clean and the providers and staff are so kind and efficient! I booked online and was in and out in 30 minutes. Very impressed and considering making this my primary care office.

I called for an appointment. Got an appointment scheduled in under 2 hours and when I showed up. I got my x ray my Temporary split and a great recommendation for a sports Ortho. this is a very well put together place. I recommend going here for your next urgent care.

This care facility was amazing. I was treated promptly and my health plan was discussed thoroughly. This is absolutely the best walk-in healthcare facility I have ever gone to and, if the need ever arises again, will only use this facility!

I had another fantastic experience at alphamed. All of the front desk staff and healthcare providers are courteous, attentive, and professional. I needed to make a last minute change to where I had my prescription filled and Cameron went the extra mile to ensure I got my prescription filled this evening. I am so pleased with the quality of care that I have received over the past several years that I have decided to make alphamed my primary care provider. I love coming here - which says a lot because I typically only come here when I’m not feeling well, but I always feel so much better after my visits. Definitely a 10!! :) I just can't say it enough but I have been to your office twice for myself and another time when I brought a friend from out of town.. every one of the staff has been so friendly and welcoming.. I felt like everyone of you really cared about your patients.. I have had bad experiences at other urgent cares and ED's but never here and this is the only place I will go to for my urgent needs.. wish I could have you as my primary caregiver! Anyway keep up with whatever you all do to be uplifting to your patients as we all appreciate it😀

We came in this morning for an ankle injury. The service was friendly and prompt at the front, the doctors and MAs were kind and we loved our doctor! We was very knowledgeable and took time explain healing, follow up care, etc.. Excellent experience overall!
