    This clinic is a waste of time. Staff clearly hate to work there. I entered the clinic to ask if they had appointment available but no one even looked at me. I said good morning, no one replied. There were three of them and they didn’t make the effort to look up and see me. I stood there for 10 minutes and it felt like I was invisible to them. Patients are clearly not welcome at this clinic. If you can, please avoid this clinic. And to the staff: if you hate your job and coming to work is a burden, please quit and leave the job to someone who needs and wants to be there. I would give zero stars if I could.

    Be prepared for over 1 hour wait time and rude doctor. Doctor Hans Wu was running between appointments and late for every patient. He did not show any sympathy or apologetic but kept saying I was rude, aggressive, and "the only one complaining"; and 1 to 2 hour wait was very normal and I should go to another clinic... While I understand people's lives are busy and appointment can get delayed, all I want is an understanding and polite doctor, who can put up a smile when showing up late, being honest and sympathetic; but not a demanding tone and accusing us "aggressive". Their booking system is apparently over crowded with appointments. My appointment was only booked for 5 min and he had to run for next late appointment. Overall, worst experience ever. Do not recommend at all.

    I don't understand why they expect us to wait for them sometimes for an hour past our appointment, yet if we're late once, the receptionists suddenly become organized and unforgiving. I needed to take my medicine, arrived 15 minutes late due to the crowd, and despite only one person waiting, the receptionist refused to let me see the doctor for my weekly dose. I'm sharing my experience because I'm certain everyone at this clinic faces similar issues with their rude demeanor and stern expressions, as if they're working there under duress.

    I recently visited Dr. Hans Wu and was thoroughly impressed by the care and consideration provided. Dr. Wu is not only highly knowledgeable in his field but also genuinely attentive to his patients' needs. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. His approach is compassionate and reassuring, making me feel valued and cared for.     It’s nearly impossible to get an appointment here. As a walk in clinic you can walk in, be ignored by reception and told to leave to have a phone appointment instead. Emailing for an appointment you don’t get any response. Calling the office merely gives you some options and 75% of the time you get a message that says they are closed. We had a phone appointment with a doctor who said to call reception in 10 minutes to get details on prescription pickup and we called 6 times with the phone message saying they were closed before eventually just walking there to get the answers and prescription we needed before the pharmacy closed too. Doctors are great but could be back to more in office treatment at this time. It’s hard to diagnose someone you cannot see. And our phone call the doctor asked why we hadn’t left photos so they could review and we had no idea that was even an option because reception did not advise that was possible.

    This clinic is a joke. Their website isn't updated for their hours of operation. I booked a phone call appointment online for noon on Victoria day, obviously I didn't get a call but received a notification to book another day as they were closed...how was I able to book the appointment in the first place. So I rescheduled the call for 3:30 the next day and I've been waiting for the call for over an hour? I just called their office to find out why I haven't received my call and it's closed even though their hours of operation are until 5pm? This is so frustrating. I've left messages in the past and it takes over a day to hear back from them. I've been trying to follow up on a referral and I can't get in touch with anyone. I send emails and it takes up to 48hrs to get a reply. If you can find another clinic go there instead but if your stuck with these guys you better have some patience!

    I've been trying to get in touch for 4 days. I've sent emails, called about 40 times. No answer. No response. I'd really like to see Dr. Tan again as he is a fantastic doctor but this clinic is run very poorly. 0.25 stars/5. I eventually heard back after threatening to report the clinic for their lack of professionalism. They are currently holding me in specialist limbo- won't call me to schedule an appointment, won't pass my referral to another specialist.

    Front desk ladies make mistakes quiet often. Even asked them to update information, and they said they update the new info, their system would not update! For example the pharmacy for prescriptions or phone number. So, I am not sure If they should update their information system or something else. Very hard to call in. They only picked up 1/20 the phone calls I called, even less! But actually there are three ladies working at the front. No matter how many calls in at a time, I would suggest please do not let the phone line blocked! Not all patients can walk in just for making an appointment. Main issue is Working inefficient. If have other choice, will not choose this clinic, just because of front desk ladies. Dr. Wu is patience. The appointment were on time.

    I became Dr. Wu’s patient about six months. I am so happy and feel secure as his patient. I had sinus for a long time and with his recommendation, I feel much better now. I also have been sent to get many tests done to make sure that I have not developed any bigger concerns. I feel much healthier after I meet Dr.Wu. Thank you so much Dr. Wu.

    Dr. Wu is the most caring family physician I've ever had. He's always on top of things and is willing to provide the best quality of health care to his patients. He is also very responsive and listens to all of his patients' concerns. The receptionists, however, are not so great. Everytime I call the clinic, they never pick up and they are constantly making mistakes in terms of scheduling appointments, entering patient data, etc.

    I went there for my elbow and sore back. Doctor took time to check everything out, told me the elbow will take a few days (it's been 3 weeks now that it's been hurting) and for my back they wanted to make me an appointment for a ct-scan. That was over 2 weeks ago. I never got a call. I tried following up by calling in but I've just been put on hold for 10+ minutes and then I got tired of it and hung up. I have to leave work early today to walk in so they can't put me on hold. But that's the last time I'll enter this clinic. Definitely never going there again. Can not recommend. Update : It's been 5 weeks now. Still haven't gotten a call back for my appointment ct scan for my back... Update September: I had my appointment with the hospital for the CT-scan. Did I get any notice from the clinic? No. The hospital called me 2 days in advance reminding me that I have an appointment. I called the clinic 4 times to ask if they already got the appointment they requested from the hospital and every time they insured me that they'd call me once they have an appointment. Now even over a month after I had the CT scan appointment and several phone calls to the clinic they still don't have the results for the scan they were supposed to have for at least 3 weeks. I constantly have to follow up because of the incredible unreliability. Yesterday I called and they told me to call the clinic for them, that would save them work. Are you serious? Of course the answer from the hospital was: only the clinic is able to request the results. I called the clinic again and they told me they'd call me the day after to inform me. Again, no call received. Still no results.

    I had a phone appointment booked for around 9am then I received a voicemail before my appointment stating that the doctor couldn't make the appointment time and will call at 1pm instead. Which was fine, so I waited. The call didn't come until after 3:30. Which is fine I guess if you don't work and have free time to wait all day. The worst part is they can't be reached by phone and I've had to email them with still no response to my question.

    Worst clinic ever! I needed a pap so decided to try this clinic because they had a female dr. Dr. Sumeet Dhillon Is the worst dr I’ve ever seen. She is mean and left me wide open while getting things prepared. Most painful pap I’ve ever had. There was hair on the bed when I came in and she didn’t care just told me to lay down on it. I just found out it was an invalid test and I have to go do another pap because she is didn’t do it right. Avoid this place!!!

    Made a phone appointment to refill a prescription - had to wait until the next day (which was fine). Doctor called and refilled but said I had to call the office to tell them where to fax it. I always fax to the same pharmacy but I thought fine I’ll call. Nobody at the office answered ALL DAY. Thought maybe they would just fax it anyway but no they didn’t, and then they were closed that day so I couldn’t try to get them to send it. Now I’ve been trying to call for two hours and nobody is answering. I booked another doctor call hoping it would speed up the process and he’s over an hour late calling. It’s now been 4 days since I’ve taken a very necessary medication because of the carelessness of this office and I won’t be returning once this is dealt with.

    Dr. Hans Wu is is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns, combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.

    That was the worst experience I've had with any type of clinic. Firstly the hours both on the website and on the door of the clinic say open from 7:30am on Saturdays. People were standing there waiting for an hour. The pharmacist (who was the on time!) said the clinic staff are always late! When clinic staff finally do show up the receptuinist acts all clueless like, "we don't know why it says 7:30am, we always come in at 8:30am". Another receptionist comes over and I ask her why they don't remove the sign saying they open at 7:30am and she looks at the other receptionist and asks, "what time did you come in?". In the end they removed the sign. I told them that will at least make them not look bad. Then I go in to see the doctor because I thought I had an ear infection. She looks at my ear and says, "it looks like you did but it's gone now so I'll just prescribe these ear drops for you". I asked her why do I need ear drops if there's no infection and what will the ear drops do, she got frustrated with me and said "you came in because you have a problem you need fix so here I'm fixing it!". Her attitude was completely rude and uncalled for. When I take the prescription to the pharmacist I ask her what's in the ear drops and what will it do. She said it's for if you have an ear infection. I said, "but the doctor said I don't have an ear infection". The pharmacist looked shocked, "why would she prescribe this when you don't have an ear infection? It has antibiotics for an infection!". I'm never going back there again. They need new staff. They looked like they might have all been related.

    Terrible, clueless staff, always behind schedule for appointments and doctors waste your time and refuse to help. Arrogant, impatient doctors, don't have any respect for other people's time. Plus 25 bucks for a lousy note that doesn't even explain what is going on? Cash only? No receipt provided? It just shows they have a systemic, general lack of respect for patients.

    If i could give 0 stars i would. The receptionist left my husband a message on our phone that was indecipherable. She talked and talked and finally said to call the office back. Get this, she tried to confirm an appointment never made by my husband with a dr. not working out of their clinic. What the what? Seriously ! Only great thing out of this walk-in is Dr Wu who has been my husbands GP. He is kind attentive and tries hard to help the patient, doesn't treat people like a number walking in and out. We have both had terrible experiences with the medical system, since our amazing GPs retired. Wishing dr. Wu would open his own GP office. I bet it would fill up real quick.

    Went in for a walk in and had to deal with this nonsense. The website boasts about how accessible their healthcare is and yet they completely block off the access to the automatic door button, and use the accessible counter as storage and promotion space. The counter is literally taller than me in my wheelchair. The receptionist could barely be bothered to lean over the desk to speak to me, she only talked to my fiancé and acted like I wasn't there. They won't take appointments over the phone, come in for a walk in, and they say they're full but can make me an appointment tomorrow, so you apparently can't make an appointment on the phone but can make it after I've spent $15 to get here? Now I've got to waste more money going back and forth from the clinic. Truly terrible service. Oh, and the auto door is either broken or turned off. The inner button can actually be reached, but does nothing. Apparently you're just not welcome if you're in a wheelchair.

    This place is the worst....avoid at all costs. Only attend if your in desperate need of medical attention and if that's the case. Go to the hospital because you will get better service there. The fact that this place is in a Walmart should give you a clue as to the quality of this place. The customer service is attrocious. If you call you will get a busy signal or a voicemail saying email them. Doesn't matter what time of day you call. They don't pick up the phone. Then you email...good luck with that. I have emailed 4 times and still no answer. When I actually went there the staff was annoyed that I even showed up for an appointment they scheduled me for but didn't have the foresight to tell me about. Luckily my boss let me duck out of work at the last minute. The. After my appointment they asked me for $10....honestly I thought it was a scam and I ensured they printed off a receipt. It wouldn't surprise me if they just pocketed the cash...... Please do yourself a favor and go to a real clinic. This is anything but.

    Amazing Doctor and staffs. They are always busy due to its excellent location with walk-in service and shortage of medical staff over the years. Dr. Hans Wu is very knowledgeable, efficient, caring and value every patient’s time hence appointments get delayed sometimes when patients needed more time. He noticed my parents are consuming long term medications which would develop dementia overtime, so he immediately notified us and prescribed another type for them to try. Overall, this clinic is one of the best I’ve been to and I will continue go back to Dr. Hans Wu and his team for his medical advices. Be patient and let the professionals do their work so we can all get well soon again.

    I have been to the Viva Care at Guildford in the past and I have also been to numerous clinics and seen multiple doctors/physicians, since moving to BC 7 years ago, I can proudly say that Dr. Hans Wu is the best by far. Unlike many doctors who dismiss their patients or have a condescending attitude, Dr. Wu is the opposite of that. He listens and has great bedside manners. He is polite, and caring and follows up with his patients. Most doctors at clinics don't bother, since they might never see you again but Dr. Wu ensures that he gets to the root of the issue. He gives you hope. For years I had an autoimmune condition and it was Dr Hu, who told me exactly which it was. Dr. Wu is not the typical doctor, he LISTENS, DOES NOT dismiss your concerns and finds a SOLUTION. I am not a fan of doctors because of my past experiences but Dr Hans Wu makes it easy to trust him with your health and also made me feel quite comfortable as well. He really did put my mind at ease. You can guarantee that you WILL get a diagnosis with Dr. Wu, no matter how long it takes because he WILL get to the bottom of the issue. He also never pushed prescription drugs on me. I was relieved that he didn't start writing prescriptions as soon as he saw me, instead, he listened to my symptoms and examined me. As a result, my health improved because he did not give up until we both knew what was going on. Continue being the amazing physician that you are, Dr. Hans Wu!

    Dr. Wu is awesome, thorough and comfortable to be around. I feel thankful ever since he joined the clinic and I hope he stays there for many years. One of the best doctors around. Some of the receptionists are nice however, they have messed up a couple times when it came to booking appointments. Although you have to understand it's a veryyy busy clinic and when you're handling that much volume, mistakes can happen with appointments. It's a pretty great clinic considering that.

    This is a complain about the reception only, I have seen two different doctors at this clinic and they were both excellent just for the record. I had few phone conversations with reception where I had to repeat myself multiple times to be understood, like they don't understand simple questions 😅 I went there to pick up biopsy results and receptionist printed bunch of pages, picked one out and hand it to me, I had quick look and noticed is ultrasound appointment notification. I told her that's not what I asked and she said that's all she has (holding my results in her hand...) I said I know you have it because I spoke with the doctor, she looked through and asked me if this is what I want🤯 I said what I want is the biopsy results, you supposed to know better than me which one is it no? It's always like this with them🤦🏼‍♀️ they clearly aren't qualified and should not be trusted. It scares me that they are in charge of making referral appointments.... unacceptable!

    I call walk in clinic at 120, no answer. I wanna see if it's a good time to come in. I call again I get an answer followed by a quick hang up. I decide to show up in person since phone " isn't working". 5 receptionists sitting at front looking at their nails. I see why they don't answer the phone. I ask if I can have a walk in appointment apparently 2 pm is way too late for this! They turn me away with a look of disgust, like I was crazy to ask such a question!

    I am confused by these negative reviews. I went in the afternoon on a Saturday and was helped by a polite helpful receptionist and put in a room within five minutes. I was shortly seen by a soft spoken and very caring Dr, who helped me with what I needed after a few simple questions.. with me leaving wanting to return for further care! Thank you :)

    I was scheduled to chat with a doctor which I did but since they are busy due to the virus issue, he suggested to call me back the next day. As the time pass by the 2nd appointment time, I wasn't able to received the call after 3 hours out of the scheduled time. I proceed to write them a letter and kindly asked the doctor to call me again. The person wrote the email back and let me know that I was book for sometime next Monday. Guess what, he never call. So my suggestion, I will never go there since they can't even keep their promised with in 30 mins of the appointment time for the both time.

    Dr Dhillon at the Guildford location has to be the worst doctor I have ever met. First, she never asked me any questions, and when she did ask a question, she addressed it to my husband; as if I am some feebleheaded woman who can't speak for themselves. She then prescribed a medication, without asking of any underlining issues I may have; which did play a huge factor in the side effects of this medication. When I asked to get a full blood panel requisition, she denied and told me I didn't need it, again, no additional question as to WHY I may want this. When I told her I was in active miscarriage, she ignored that fact, and requested no follow up questions. Then, she just walks out.. not only the worst doctor, but her bedside manor was atrocious. You could have been laying there with a broken leg, and felt like she would have spit at you and call you a liar. Reading other reviews, sounds like all the doctors really are terrible here. Pretty sure the reason they don't want to give blood work requisitions, is they are too lazy or incompetent to follow up.

    Dr. Wu has been very welcoming each time I have visited him. He really listened to my concerns and provided me with the best care I have received at a clinic. He wasn’t quick to rush me out of the clinic and listened to all of my concerns. He would even ask me if there was anything else I needed help with, ensuring that all my needs were met at the visit.

    Short wait times!! I walked right in and was in the doctor's office in less then 10 minutes. Also have an useful online wait time indicator so no surprises when you get there. The doctor only saw me for a total of less than 5 minutes, and I walked out with a prescription. Will have to see how effective her prescription before I can comment on their ability to diagnosis correctly, but in terms of respecting my time, this was definitely a 5 star experience.

    I've been going here for treatments and Dr.tan is great. However reception is poor. I've been trying to cancel my appointment for days (more than 50 times. No one answers. No call back. It's always a problem booking treatments which is a cost for my health.

    Their booking system is a joke. When I arrived, 1st they said my appointment was a different time of the day, then the receptionist checked the computer again and told me my appointment was cancelled because I was late for the appointment. I explained that because I had hard time find parking, also, there was another patient ahead of me talking to the receptionist, I was waiting by the clinic door. The receptionist just didn't care, she told me I can come back another day. Very bad attitude 😒 I will never go back to this place. And not recommend this clinic.

    The doctor who called me by phone was in a hurry that she did not even ask me more details of my medical concern and just issued a prescription. I wanted to say some more info about what kind of pain I am suffering and what parts of my body these pains are coming from but she seemed not to listen and was in so much hurry to end our consultation/conversation. Maybe she just talked to not even more than 3 minutes. Just wondering how can a good treatment be provided to the patient if the doctor is always in a hurry to end the session. So I won't be dealing with viva care anymore, especially with that doctor, as I don't feel confident that she dealt the issue appropriately and in a medically efficient manner. Now I have in doubt whether I should take that prescribed med she gave me or not at all as she did not get all the important facts of what my concerns are.

    I have been visiting this clinic for quiet awhile and I love coming to this clinic personally. Other than this is so close from my place, I can easily squeeze in to get an appointment for myself as walk in. Now that I am finally one of Dr. Wu's patient, I am so happy that he accepted me. I was waiting for a long time 'til he was accepting patients and this doctor is really knowledgeable and very patient with my concerns. I am quiet astonished with his manners as not all doctors have one and sad to say that's one of the good reason why I have to leave my previous family doctor. Dr. Wu has been an exceptional so far. I just do hope that he won't be exhausted as there are high volumes of patients coming in to this clinic. For the reception , everyone has been so nice so far and JAs is one of the person that I can always rely on. WE have to remember that we get treated on how we normally treat other people with respect .. 😊just sayin'.

    The site says they are open but when you get there there is sign on the door saying you have to call for an appointment. I tried to call while watching three MOAs sit behind the reception desk. No one answered but one finally waived me inside. I asked how to get in to see a doctor. She said I had to use the website booking form. Can't help but wonder if this kind of run-around, jump through the hoops, process is one of the main reasons reason emergency rooms are filled to overflowing right now.

    First time here and very bad experience.Try to ignore this clinic. I book appointment for 10:20 am and 1 hour passed and still waiting. Ask the receptionist how long she said 2 more patient front of me(very rudely said).I have to wait now but i will never come back here.

    They don’t even pick up our calls how they can help us to maintain a good health. Not the doctors, but the front desk staff is really very disappointed and need to be trained well. Thanks!!

    to say i'm absolutely livid would be a complete understatement i've seen dr. dy and went for an ultrasound about 3 months ago, after 3 months I needed to go for another, which happened at the beginning of october. I called to make a follow up and they said that the absolute soonest to discuss results was the 22nd at 4 pm. they booked my appointment at 4 pm KNOWING FULL WELL THAT THEY CLOSE AT 4 PM. absolutely useless staff, and needlessly rude and arrogant.

    One of the worst clinics Ive ever been to. The receptionist is slow, and all around un-friendly. I don't think she said hello to one person the entire time I was here, and had a scowl on her face the duration of my visit. They also charge $25 for a doctors note, but they wont tell you this until after your appointment. They only accept exact cash, no card, but again - they wont tell you this until last minute. Of course, there is no working atm any where, so I had to walk through the whole mall to find one. Just a terribly ran and thought out clinic. Find somewhere else if you can.

    One of the doctors I had an appointment with a couple times named Hans Wu will not fill out a Mental Health Condition form as part of the requirement I need to renew my security license. He made some unjustified excuse claiming he can't risk having his doctors license suspended or canceled due to the possible risk I may do after I get my newly updated Security License. All the other doctors I've seen in the past filled out the form without fearing they would risk their doctors license being suspended or canceled. I've been with the same Security company for the past 3 years, I've had no problems on the job and have a perfect record of being early on time for each of my shifts. This Hans Wu doctor is either too paranoid or is flat out discriminating against me for no good justified reason. I'll never go to this garbage medical clinic again.

    The only reason I come here is to see an amazing doctor. Aside from that this place is horrible. The customer service is zero to none. They ask you to phone the office to check in for your appointment while your standing outside the door. (Yes it’s covid I get it) But I’ve called them about 35 times today to make changes to my appointment as I work an 1 hour away from this place. I rushed to make it here only to be told that there is a delay! When I told the receptionist that I called this many times to change my appointment she had the audacity to tell me she cannot answer all the phone calls as it gets so busy. There was manager at the front desk on a personal phone call. She didn’t even take a moment to acknowledge the situation and the fact that I was so upset about this. But she just carried on with her personal phone call in Punjabi on her cellphone. The administrative team is a joke. Seems like they are just here for a paycheque not because they actually enjoy their job. The only good assistant they have here is Olivia. This is not how you run a medical clinic. If you are so sort staffed you hire more staff not make excuses to cover up why you can’t answer the phone. I run offices in the medical field as well. You don’t make excuses you resolve the problem and address people’s complaints head on.

    I saw Doctor Wu today for my persistent migraine with vision aura. I was concerned and was hoping to get it checked out by CT or MRI to be safe. He kind of looked at me funny the whole time and told me its just a migrane and he could refer me to neurologist but they might not be able to accept and etc. Overall felt uncomfortable seeing him. He also told me a lot of the things I researched off of Google. Not sure if it was worth the time.. Hopefully my migraine isn't anything serious. Booking is done by online and I didn't have much problem with that.

    Dr. Wu is amazing! I have seen him more than a year now. After the COVID, I was super sick and broke. Dr. Wu listened my symptoms and cared about me which didn't happen with other doctors. He tried to find the reasons why I have those symptoms. He wasn't hesitate to send me tests or specialist to make me healthier. Not just telling me take Advils. Honestly, that was the most common comments from other doctors. Now I am much healthier and great, thanks to Dr. Wu. Because I know if I didn't meet him, I am still in pain and don't know what I need to do. I highly recommend him.

    Why I gave it one star is because I feel like being fooled. I asked the doctor to provide a medical note based on my body condition. I wanted to confirm the note with him but he did not let me see the screen. He just covered the screen with his hand. After paying 30$, I found the medical note is like 'The patient states... and he prefers ...'. Then the HR manager of my company does not accept this note as she thinks it was not the doctor's advice. I wonder if he didn't want to provide any note with his opinion, why he did not just tell me. Then I don't need to pay and waste time communicating with my manager. Should not the medical note be like the doctor's opinion instead of the patient's wish? Should they refund? Another thing that annoys us is the doctor made a mistake when referring my child to another doctor and then my wife had to cancel the appointment.

    Had a phone appointment with Dr ibrahim took him two days to call. Kept following up with the receptionist and no response or loop back from them. Keep giving me false new time. Finally got to the doctor call who had a middle eastern accent and was unable to understand each other. Doctor was rude and should be moved to another area.

    Awesome doctor BUT Failed online booking system. I agree with the other reviews - DO NOT RELY ON THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM. If you book online, prepare to still wait for an hour or more. My appointment was scheduled "by phone" due to COVID. I booked for 11am and did not hear from the clinic until after 12:15pm. I had to call the clinic twice and was told the doctor I was booked with was still busy and another 1 hour waiting time was expected (which would be after 1pm). PLEASE tell me why you set up the online booking system when the waiting time is longer than you actually walk in and wait... I made it clear that I do not have to see that particular doctor, please assign any doctor that is available. Then finally I got the call back from Dr. Chen and she was so supportive, informative and patient! I would give 1 star before talking with the doctor; the booking experience is really dreadful... only give 4 stars because the doctor is AMAZING!

    The doctors who’re working in there are really good but the staff on front desk is very disappointed. My gf talked to doctor and has been told to collect her prescription medicine from walmart pharmacy just on the doorsteps of clinic. And when we were there to collect the medicine, they told us there’s no record for medicine. As there’s a pandemic going on, all the patients are being helped on phone calls. And we are calling them from last 2 hours they haven’t picked our call single time. A patient is drying here without the medicine and for staff there’s nothing. Or are we paid an ambulance fees by them? If in case we have to do if they don’t pick up our call 👎👎👎👎👎👎

    I previously google searched this clinic prior to going. I had doubts considering it was only a 1.6 review, now I see why. My first experience wasn't all bad. The Dr was fantastic, but the front desk staff could not be more miserable. I had been asked by the Dr there to be sent for an MRI. However, the front desk staff was suppose to send that to WCB for them to approve it, Which they failed to do, after lying to my face saying that they did. This only prolonged me getting my MRI and results. My next appointment they booked me in on a holiday, I asked twice to make sure they were open that day and they said yes. The day of my appointment that I had to reschedule my day around, they were closed.. They took it upon themselves to book me in for a day that I was not available. The doctor are great if you can get passed the horrible staff.

Second time, we were trying to book an appointment with the doctor, again very rude, but appointment were never made after we hung up. Apparently they “forgot”. This is ridiculous. Doctors are nice.     I would give this clinic ZERO star. The doctor that we saw was rude, obnoxious, and does not listen to what you have to say. He’ll ask you a question and will interrupt you when you’re still talking. The MOA at the desk was the rudest MOA i have ever encountered. This was our first time in this clinic and will never go back. Also, the chairs in the waiting room are soooo disgusting. I would go somewhere else to get a better service.

    Doctor was very unhelpful. Brought my child in and after describing the symptoms, she basically gave me a form with no explanation or instructions. Why do I have a lifelabs form? What are they testing for? Is this harmful? Contagious? How do I treat this? Is it going to get worst? What should I be doing in the meantime? "Bring this form to reception, they will tell you". I'm not even kidding. I ended up booking an online session for a second opinion on Babylon. In the meantime, the pharmacist at Shoppers has kindly provided guidance with an interim treatment while we figure out what to do between collecting samples for lifelabs. The online booking deserves the 1-star, at least.

    I have always been treated well by the people who work at this clinic. it is a walk in clinic so it can get pretty chaotic but the ladies at reception try to help everyone they can. The doctors I have seen have been very helpful and respectful and I now have one doctor who I trust and can count on. Overall very happy with this clinic.

    Avoid like the plague, even if you have the plague .Came on time for my appointment was told the doctors were running late come back in 40 minutes; so I did and was told come back in 20 more minutes. After that was told there was 3 patients ahead of me. Waited another 40 minutes saw 8 patients go in before me, by this time I had to leave to pick my child up from school.

    Dr. Colleen Dy was really nice. but there is no phone system service!!! I tried many times to call the number which Dr. Colleen gave to me, nobody answer my call, it automatically to the voicemail, then disconnected. Also I tried(many times again) to book online, I filled everything information they request, there are only two options: phone appointment or in person with Dr. Wu, I choose phone appointment, when I choose the dates, there is no dates available for Dr. Colleen!!! I really don't know how to contact the doctor.

    I have gone to this clinic a few times now. Both for myself and my daughter. Dr Dasanjh is very nice and he takes the time to explain and answer my questions. It is a very busy little office so sometimes you have to wait a while to get in. If you can’t make it to the office it is really nice now you have the doctor call you instead.

    They don't know the definition of appointment. 3 times I have made appointments and ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen. So FYI don't book a appointment and expect to be seen anywhere near your time. Had another phone appointment they were 9 hours late , we had to call 5 times to get a call then the Dr yelled at my wife in the phone super unprofessional.

    Worst experience ever Front Desk Receptionist are so impolite and rude. Both Receptionist have no patience and are not willing to provide basic customer service. Don’t even reply when you greet them.Worst experience at front desk. Doctors are great but front desk sucks. They never answer phones. Every time I had to drive to confirm over small things. Everyone complains about the reception. We have to file a complaint about them with Head Office .

    Booked a telephone appointment a week ago. Never got a confirmation email or notification. On day of telephone appointment I tired to call them but they only took emails where they quickly replied to confirm my appointment time was for 10am. I waited until 12 noon. I eventually gave up and went in for walkin but they were not taking walkins anymore at that time (1pm) and when I asked what happened to my telephone appointment the receptionist said they apparently told me I had to come in person which no one ever told me.
