My dad and I visited this place and the receptionist staff were very rude and unprofessional, We were told to come by Wednesday but when we showed up, she said that our Doctor wasn’t there even though they told us to come, we rescheduled and came back the day after that. We talked to the lady with gray hair who was shouting and mentioned they were under staffed, and she said that we didn’t have any schedule for that day and some minutes after that she said that we were scheduled twice. After we talked to the doctor my dad had put a doctor’s form on their counter and the lady said “don’t put that in front of my face” and pushed the paper away. My dad laughed nervously and she said “it’s not funny sir it’s annoying” with her voice loud. I understand that they were under staffed but they shouldn’t treat their patients this way. I’m so disappointed with their lack of professionalism.

I can’t believe how incompetent the receptionist are. Racism is abundantly clear. My father trying to see a doctor in the community was denied. He isn't able to get around far, his English isn’t good. Please find new staff, in a medical setting people are vulnerable and do not deserve to be treated like this. She literal told me to ask the doctors myself why my father can’t be seen? HOW!?

Went in early on a Saturday to avoid the rush, definitely wasn't the only person with that idea. 3 people ahead of me and within minutes 3 people behind me, phones ringing constantly and one receptionist handling it all the best she could. If you treat people with patience, understanding and respect you will most likely get that in return. Receptionist was very pleasing to deal with, I didn't get her name but she has short grey/white hair. I read previous reviews that she was nasty or difficult to deal with. Not my experience. But some people don't know how to be courteous so if you give attitude expect to get it back. She's one person, I arrived at 7am, and was told I'd see the doctor by 7:45am. I ended up seeing the doctor at 7:20am. She was great. Super nice lady with short light coloured hair.... I'm terrible with names which is a shame for this review(edit Dr.Muncie) . All in all if you ever read reviews about clinics they all seem to be extremely negative based. Patience goes a long way and most people needing to see a doctor may not make the most pleasant people to deal with. This was my first visit to this clinic. Hopefully it's the last time for injury concerns, but would not hesitate to choose this clinic again.

Be prepared to explain what your ailment is to the receptionist in a room full of strangers. I sat in the waiting room waiting for my appointment and I could hear what every other patient was here to see the doctor for. The receptionist was also asking a patient for a urine sample for back pain. Your privacy is out in the open for all to hear. I'm pretty sure this falls under patient/doctor privilege. No one needs to know why you are seeing your doctor. I came in first thing on a Saturday.

It saddens me to see these kind of facilities being operational in Canada. Very unprofessional staff. Wait times are ridiculously long. Had to make an appointment for my son as he was having high fever for over 2 days. We gave him Tylenol in the meanwhile. It is probably an infection. They refused to treat him until we provide the Covid test result. The child is vaccinated. We were told this is the protocol and the doctor will not see the child unless we produce the Covid test result. It’s very frustrating that the medical facilities don’t care no matter how bad your condition is. The stupid government keeps on bringing refugees and it doesn’t care about Improving the health facilities for Canadians.

I was glad that I was able to locate a clinic that takes walk-ins and is open on the weekends. But whoever was the receptionist, who opened the clinic door at 8:30AM on Sunday, September 11, 2022 was so rude. I came in to register as a new patient and explained my reason for visiting and she just started arguing with me. It was a humiliating experience, especially with a long line up of other patients waiting in line to check in. I have been to several other clinics and this one has to be the worst for me. As the face and voice of this clinic, this receptionist represents it poorly and negatively, and gives the impression that the rest of the staff are just like her. I would only attempt to come back if this clinic is the last option for me. I would not recommend it to others but to those who plan on visiting, good luck because your experience may be different—or not. As noted by another reviewer, there are customer service workshops that this company can provide to their staff.

Seriously what is your problem? The filipino girl at the front desk is VERY rude. I mean, you don't have the right to look down on others? Speaks with an attitude and looks as if she wants to go home. Oh is that the case? then why don't you just quit the job. Will not be coming back because of her.

There is something seriously wrong about this place, which needs to be taken to authorities asap, this older indian woman reception at this place is super rude and judgmental, she was literally FIGHTING with a patient and was judging their culture, everyone in the waiting hall could hear her yelling at them. This cant be right, and the way she talk to everyone is extremely rude. Someone that rude can not be a receptionist at a care place where they have to be nice and helpful to people who come there with pain, to see a doctor. Absolutely disgusted by her attitude towards everyone. I read some of the reviews and there is countless complaints about her behavior and rudeness to patients

Dr. Reynaldo Villalon is about the worst person I've encountered in my life. He is beyond demeaning and makes immediate rude remarks/gestures to instill fear in patients. Personally, I think the quality of care at walk-in clinics in Surrey is generally poor, maybe a 2/10 rating, but I'd rate my experience at Care Place Fleetwood -100000/10 (Note: I was requesting a simple note for a missed day at school; nothing involving extensive consideration).

This clinic has terrible patient service . The receptionist Suzie ( older Caucasian woman, I can’t say lady bc she is definitely not ) is extremely rude and condescending. She is not helpful and constantly giving patient’s attitude when they check in. She tell s off everyone who checks in and scolds them as though they’re her children. She’s very cranky and shouldn’t be a receptionist if she hates her job so much . I m really not sure why she’s still allowed to work in healthcare being that she is so horrible to human beings . People are sick and need compassionate care and support . The medical assistants are not friendly at all but the physicians are good. Otherwise I only recommend this clinic if you’re dying . I would give 0 star if there was an option .

The absolute rudest most unprofessional receptionists I have ever had the unfortunate time dealing with. Plain and simple. The hostility is not worth it when there are plenty of other clinics that have much more friendly, approachable and professional receptionists. I do not reccomend this clinic to anyone.

They do not deserve not even one start at all. The receptionists are not a professional and the DR. Villalon is so rude. He cut the conversation whenever we try to speak. Based on other reviews, it looks like he does all the time. They just collecting the patients for money. Come on! You need to at least listen to the patient. I do not expect the nice and warm welcome doctors. Made an appointment 7:30am but they called on the same day very early in the morning saying the appointment is conflicted with another one. What a joke. My advice you all, if you are not urgent, I strongly recommend to go other clinics. Take my advice, you wont regret!

Worst experience ever!! Don’t make appointments here it is a waste of time they treat you like a walk in if you need to see a dr about something go to a different clinic that is much more organized never have I made an appointment somewhere before wait 30 mins just to be told I should rebook my appointment on a work day when you have an appointment don’t let walk in’s come in ahead this place should never be taking appointments this place should only be a walk in clinic they treat it like that anyways even with appointments. No wonder it’s only rated 2 stars.

Very rude receptionist, my sister in law wanted to get her registered to see a doctor. That white lady( don't wanna sound racist as I don't know her name)refused to register and told us to come back. I don't know since when they have changed their rules for not getting yourself registered unless you are actually very sick! I have my whole family registered without being sick. I have seen her quite a few times refusing people, not to register. I wish I could talk to the owner regarding this. She needs to understand that if people don't have family doctors that's why they visit walkin clinics to get helped!!!

Extremely rude. Over the phone we were directed to come in person to book an appointment for the following week and when we came we were met with the exact opposite, being told that only same day appointments were possible. Receptionist was incredibly rude throughout, not an ounce of kindness in her voice. If you’re going to work customer service have some decency and know what you say before you waste time. Horrible reception.

This place is an absolute joke the Indian receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I stood there in front of her and she refused to acknowledge me even after I said hello she looked at me and picked up the phone to put it on hold and then carry on a conversation with someone else that works there’s. When she finally acknowledged me she was very rude and made me feel stupid.

If you really need to see someone, come when they first open. There was only 1 other person there for walk in and it went by quickly. If you come after 10am, you'll be waiting up to 2 hours for the doc to see you for 5 mins. Never get the male docs, they're bad. Especially dr. Villan something. He made the most disgusting face when I showed him my eczema and told me that a dermatologist will call me. Well guess what? That was 2014 and I still never got one. He gave me meds and left. The other dr was older, caucasian and told me I had a very very bad cold even though I was sick for a month. Waited 2 hours just to see him for 2 mins and no meds. Thanks doc... Dr. Muncey on the other hand, wow she is the best. She listens and knows what tests you need. Also Dr. Blackshaw. She was amazing as well. I met Dr. Blackbeard once just to sign my form, but she seemed pretty nice as well. So get the female doctors, never the male ones. Also depending who you get on the phone. If you get the young Filipino lady, she isn't as nice and will tell you to call the next day or to come hours later. Wait and call a couple mins later and I usually get the older caucasian lady (you can tell by the voice) and she'll book you in (if it's serious). Sometimes 1 hour later or even if you come in the next few minutes. I keep going here because it's within driving distance. I've been misdiagnosed 3 times at my family doctors and I have to wait 1 month to book. With the female doctors here, they found out right away what was wrong with me. This place has both bad doctors and bad staff, but once you come here enough you'll know who the good ones are :)

I guess I only keep coming here because I dont have a family dr and they have the longest records for me since I was 23. Im now 33. If it wasn’t for the doctors here, I would not come! This medical clinic is unorganized, seems to change their opening hours constantly without properly notifying the public. The receptionist has an unwelcoming unprofessional tone and its always been this way.

The questions that the secretaries ask at this location are truly insulting and invasive. There is a thing called Dr. patient confidentiality, the only thing that these secretaries need to know is the weather it’s WCB related or not. The fact that they ask specific questions related to your visit is a clear violation of the trust that you put between a doctor and yourself. If I knew the specifics of why I would need to be coming in, do you think I would need a doctor to tell me what it was? I do not feel that WELL Medical has your best interest at heart, I would suggest going else where.

My husband visited this clinic for the first time today. He is a health care professional too. This is the first-hand impression he has seen. The EAST INDIAN receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, with an unwelcoming unprofessional tone. It's sad when health care receptionists are this rude and uncaring for their patients. These receptionists have so many negative comments and are still allowed to treat patients this way. I don't understand why they are not warned by the management.

I've had nothing but great experiences with the doctors in this clinic Dr.Muncey is always very understanding, helpful and prompt.. my issue is that the receptionists are incredibly rude, they will ask you very personal questions infront of the whole waiting room, they have absolutely no sympathy for patients and will probably hang up on you if you phone the clinic, have no idea where they find these people because they are so unprofessional and rude. I continue to go to this clinic when my GP isn't available because I like Dr.Muncey, otherwise I wouldn't return.

Needed a referral for my daughter to see a pediatrician. Saw Dr Villalon and the guy was rude and condescending towards myself infront of my daughter throughout the entire ordeal. After two minutes I was told at some point I would receive a call; though reading some of these other reviews I doubt that will actually happen.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Called in told them we needed to see a female doctor, asked when the next female doctor is available. Receptionist told us Monday morning 7am. So we get up early before work to get ready and make time to come by only for: 1. The door to be locked at 7am, 2. Being yelled at by this EXTREMELY rude secretary for knocking on the door because she didn't unlock it (do your job and maybe we won't have to knock??? ) and to top it off we get told the earliest appointment available is 12:50. Could have just told us over the phone that there would be no availability when I called. If you can, avoid this place like the plague.

I went to see Dr. Muncey a couple times a few years ago and she was so super nice and helped me through my issues. I wanted to take my niece to her because I thought she would be able to help since our family doctor was no use. I even called the day before asking if it was okay to bring her and was told yes. I woke up super early so I wouldn't have to be told that it's full. I went and there was only one person in the waiting room and the receptionist said what is this for and I told her and she told me go to your family doctor. And I said I did and he didn't help. Then she said we are full and there is a doctor shortage this morning. I said even for walk ins and she said yes. From what I remember there is always two doctors in the mornings sometimes only dr. Muncey use to be in and I would get in fine. It almost seemed like she was just making excuses after I told her the reason why I brought my niece. First of all if the doctor told me she couldn't see me regarding this issue I can understand but why is she telling me I can't see her. She was so rude and then she said u can come back at 1:15. I just grabbed the care card and left. The front desk use to be so nice and not rude all. It's almost like they are making up their own rules as to who can see the doctors and who can't. Never going back there again even though Dr. Muncey is awesome.

We got 11.30AM appointment for my 2 year old, and the reception lady made us take covid test after 30 min test and result she put us in a room and we waited 25 min inside it but no one came. As my daughter getting fuzzy I just got out for 5 min and asked the reception lady, if it's going to take more time?? She started shouting at me, who asked you to come outside, after you gotout doctor saw 3 patients etc... I was so shocked and embarrassed I asked her to cancel my appointment . She was so rude and now I am afraid to book there.

The only redeemable thing about this place is that the doctor is actually very professional and friendly. The receptionists are completely useless and are perfectly ok with you waiting there all day unless you confront them multiple times about it, in which case they roll their eyes and snap back at you "five minutes".

The only 2 good thing about this clinic was that it was in a good location and Dr. Munchey. She was kind and care doctor. Is she ever retires or leaves, the clinic will surely go downhill,if it isn't already on it's way. The staff is unkind and rude. People come to the clinic because they are sick and should be treated with kindness and sensitivity not ignored and scolded at.

I recently visited here several times with my 3-year-old son, and I must say, the experience was truly outstanding. The doctor and nurse went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable during the checkup. Despite my little one's uneasiness, they displayed incredible patience and understanding, which is not always the case in other clinics. This made a significant difference in the overall experience. My husband and I are appreciated this, they understand how scared to see a doctor for a little one. Unlike some other clinics where healthcare professionals can seem rushed or indifferent, the staff here were not only professional but also warm and compassionate. They took the time to address our concerns and thoroughly explain each step of the process. What stood out the most was the genuine care they showed. Even when my son was not cooperating with the examination, the doctor handled the situation with grace and reassurance, creating a positive atmosphere for both parents and children. I highly recommend WELL Health.

I called them and told them about my situation of pregnancy, the woman with whom I spoke was so rude, I don't understand if they don't like their job why are they even working and ruining patients life . They need to be trained atleast in terms of the way they speak. They think as if they are doing some favor.

We could not get in to see our GP today and my daughter was not well. I phoned first thing this morning and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When we came up for the appointment we did have to wait a bit but when I approached the front desk to ask for assistance as my daughter was feeling faint the staff were really kind. The doctor we saw was apologetic for the delay, very thorough and also kind. She spoke to my daughter respectfully and made sure she listened to any concerns we had. Thank you for the care we received! This was the Fleetwood location

Doctors are great at this location, reason for the 1 star rating is due to the reception staff lacking in professional. One older lady in particular with short blonde shoulder length hair who is extremely rude consistently and rolls her eyes at patients. Appalled by such behavior and disrespect towards patients from staff at this clinic!

I went there twice with my son. The first time we were asked to wait in car for 20 minutes, then come back. I feel very safe during the pandemic, it really reduces the risk of getting COVID. Dr. Muncey is very patient. She asked the hospital to send the results to her, then she could know better. After she got results, she called me to discuss. The second time, Dr. Muncey examined very carefully as well, very professional!

Dr. Muncey is the very definition of a good, knowledgeable, and caring doctor! My daughter has several medical issues that requires prompt treatment, lab works, and referrals and I'm really impressed with how well and efficient she was in handling each condition. Albeit my daughter is a minor, she took time to patiently explain to her what each condition is and the treatment she plans to implement for each condition. Her including my daughter in the discussion helps allay the fears of the unknown. Rashni and Suzy had also been nice, friendly, and accommodating to us...both on the phone and in person. Kudos to all, I do strongly appreciate the kindness shown!

I have been a patient of Dr. Muncey for the past 25 years. She is wonderful, and I'm sorry to hear she's leaving. Her receptionist is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in this office. She feels she has so much power and has at times denied medical attention to me. It's too bad that Dr. Muncey didn't get rid of her earlier. I saw Dr. Jhameel today because I couldn't get in with Dr. Muncey, and I'm not impressed at all. I went in because my blood pressure is really high and he didn't even bother to check it while I was there. How can patients get the right treatment this way? I asked if he wanted to check it and he said it wasn't necessary. I went to another walk in clinic a few weeks ago to get meds while I waited to see my doctor, and I couldn't see her. This other Dr. didn't care about helping me create a treatment plan for my BP. I walked out feeling extremely deflated and like I wasn't worth their time. After 25 years, I will not be going back to this clinic. Thank you Dr. Muncey for being so good to me and treating my son from birth to 24 years of age. I hope you enjoy the next stage of your life.

I am beyond disappointed, they gave me an appointment for 5:00 PM, it’s 6:15 and I’m still waiting the doctor is taking literally more then 20 minutes with each patient. They are laughing joking and she just doesn’t care. I have to pick up my daughter from daycare and pay extra fees cause I’m late. If you ladies are doing a Pap test please go somewhere else. This clinic is so unprofessional.

Horrible experience with Dr.Villalon.I went there round about 3:30pm today October 18th 2021.Reception was very nice and pleasant.Dr Villalon walked into the consulting room and asked me what he could do for me.I told him the clinic called and said the doctor wanted to see me.He looked into my medical records and then said I needed to do extensive blood work since the last time I did one was a year ago.He then checked my blood pressure and printed out the lab requisition.I then told him about my trigger finger and asked if he could give me a follow up referral to the Doctor who had been seeing me for this problem. He said I should do the blood work first, but then I told him if he could do the referral at the same time.He then walked out of the consulting room very angry and just when I stepped out of the consulting room on to the hallway infront of the consulting room he said to me "you know what" and then snatched the lab requisition he had written for me from my hand and walked away.If you have cameras you can take a look.Irrespective of the situation I don't see how a Doctor should go to that extent. This happened in the hallway not even in the office.I think he needs to be reminded that he is in a very noble and respectful profession and needs to adhere with the basic rules and regulations of the profession.I have been to this clinic a number of times and met other female doctors who are just wonderful.Dr. Villalon deserves ZERO stars but the system won't let me do that. All the other Doctors and staff I have encountred so far deserve 5 stars. The 1 star is for Dr. Villalon only and not for the entire clinic. A Doctor is the hope of the patient and therefore a Doctor must be patient, caring and understanding and is supposed to know better. The clinic is not a boxing ring and a place for fisticuffs.Be wise Villalon and grow up,you are quite an elderly man and therefore behave as such.It is teenagers who behave this way.Anyways I still love this clinic because of the other Doctors and staff.

I never had an opportunity to even make it to the clinic. I called as soon as the clinic opened, was in a call queue. 4 callers before me. After being on hold for 1 hour and 16 min, I just hung up. I understand how busy they are, especially at this time of year, cold and flu season, but 1 hour and 16 min is ridiculous.

We are very fortunate and satisfied with Doc Villalon’s patient care. He has been our family doctor for the past 10 years. He is very thorough with his diagnosis and knowledgeable in his field. He is very compassionate and displays a great deal of empathy. I can’t imagine having another doctor to look after my family. We know we are in good hands. Kudos to Doc V. Thanks for making us feel safe and cared for always.

This clinic walk in has a very limited taking walk in patient. So be prepare you might be decline on wait list. No sign posting how limited they take walk in. This is a reason I only gave them 4 stars. They just needed a better systems for that.. lucky I was the last person. But still, guess I will have to roll my dice for my next visit. Nothing much changed with wait list to see a doctor since pass 12 years. Only part I think changed mostly is limited take in per day. Dr. Villalobos, is a great doctor. He empathize my situation and do listen my concern with my sore throat rather treated like if I had cov.. it is not first time I had throat infested. I am glad he treated me and gave me something to help before I lose my voice any further. Cause I know this time it is getting serious or worst by days. Receptionist is also professional, handle every question or answer with care. It is a small clinic.. and only one person to handle register and phone call is tough. As a patient I empathize them.. and great graditutde for their service.

Believe me I have left my fair share of angry harsh reviews on medical clinics. I am also noticing the negative reviews that have previously been posted and I think maybe they are making changes and noticing them. I have been going to this clinic for a few weeks now for multiple issues and I'm surprised that this practise is as patient friendly as it is. Honestly I wish all practices were like this. My comment might look like one that someone could pay me to write but it is not.. I have seen Dr. joy Muncey and she has been a delight of a doctor to get treated by and trust me I have been to a lot of doctors around the area. I am a medical student myself and it has been worrying to see some doctors in action as what they do makes me second guess what i am actively learning but Dr. Muncey makes me want to actually learn from her. Her bedside manner is amazing. If this clinic wasn't good before and is better now other clinics should be taking them as an example. Front desk is also soooo much better than most clinics. These ladies do their job and talk to patients properly while some other clinics have receptionists behaving as if they are paying for our Healthcare. Why one less star? Their appointments are only available in person for that day but then I guess it makes sense that it is fair for the people who actually come there. So I'm not really complaining about that and also nothing can be perfect right. I pray that this continues to be a practise people can go for help always even when they don't have access to their own family doctor. Like me!

Doctor seems unprofessional, came with my partner and was told to go to the ER to see a specialist to get checked for blood clots and was told we HAD to go to the ER and there’s no other way to get this test done. Was told at the ER to get a requisition form instead of walking in to the ER. Called in again to get a requisition form which never came. We ended up walking in to the ER where they told us we could have just gone to a lifelabs to get this checked out, unfortunately still need to get a requisition form. Definitely won’t be coming back, doesn’t strike trust in me when the doctor can’t provide the right advice about where we need to go or what we need to do to get help. Really unfortunate because I’ve had only good experiences at other well clinics.

if it wasn’t for the doctors here, i’m sure this business would fail. This medical clinic lacks structure, opens everyday at a new time without updating their hours on the phone or online. The receptionists are rude and are horribly judgmental. If you think about coming here, try your best to find a different clinic because this one probably won’t be open! I’ve been coming here since i was 4 now 19 and i’ve definitely seen how downhill it’s gone over the years. Should be closed down. Absolutely unprofessional.

Went in for a knee issue and I was told x rays will take about 2-3 days to come in once I get them completed. Now I phone back after 3 business days and am being told it will take up to 2 weeks. I would of been better off going to a hospital and getting everything done at once. Receptionist was very confused when I asked if my x-rays came in and thought I was trying to book an x ray appointment then asked if I had recieved the x rays myself.

Dr.Villalon has been my GP for over 10 years now. He took care of me and my children with all of our my medical concerns. A few times, I had very good conversations with Dr.V regarding my family crisis that affected my health. Dr.V was empathetic and compassionate. Sometimes the doctor appeared grumpy, which I don't take personally. I just assume that he had a very busy/demanding day. Doctors are humans and not robots. Regarding the front desk personnel, they should learn to show respect if they want to be respected as well.

Twice in a row I made an appointment and when I got there was told that there was no record of one. Both times they were friendly about it, but that didn't help the fact that I had taken a day off work for it.

Came in for a scheduled appointment for a pap with dr muncey. I waited 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or even mentioning how much longer I would have to wait. I got a phone call from work and had to leave immediately. Five mins later dr munceys receptionist called my phone TWICE to scold me for leaving without telling her. How rude!!! She didn’t have the time of day for me whilst I was there but could call me two times just to scold me for leaving. Terrible customer service always at this clinic and yes I’m a tax paying customer, my misfortunate visits to your clinic pays all yours bills. Needless to say I finally found a new clinic with friendlier receptionists.

I have been going to this clinic for many years, since I was young. I have never had any issues with the service. I usually show up first thing when they open and have had no problems. Yes they can be late on their appointment times if you manage to get one, yes the staff can be a little short with you.... but my overall experience is that they are just very over worked and are doing their best to see all the patients they can. Dr. Munsey is one of the nicest doctors I have dealt with. She takes the time to actually speak with you and ask questions about your health. A reminder our health care system is flawed, we are short on doctors and its not the clinics fault for doing their best to fit everyone in.

I am writing this feedback after my 3rd visit to this clinic in the last 2 months. I am getting treatment from Dr Muncey for skin infections. Her expertise and dedication in diagnosing it properly cured my skin infection completely. Moreover, the Doctor and other staff member's friendly and empathetic demeanor created a supportive and comfortable environment. Thank You very much!!

I really dont understand where the negative reviews would come from. But Ive been to this clinic twice this month, and both times reception as well as the doctors have been very friendly and courteous. In addition, Ive noticed reception has been more than accommodating to the many people walking in that dont know a word of English. Overall, exceptional!

Dr is fine. It's the office staff who was rude, condescending, unprofessional, and accusatory toward patients, yelling to not waste doctor's time (then don't make the appointment available to book online. Nowhere on the website, it specified that I couldn't make a phone appointment for the issues I had) and accusing the patient of wanting narcotic. I never even mentioned any narcotic during the appointment, nor did I want any as I am very well aware that I do not need narcotic for acute gastritis flareup. And don't tell patient like the doctor's doing a favor for a service clearly listed under the "services provided" for the doctor on the booking page even when the doctor herself didn't say that.

These clinics are shame for Canada, they are working for taking money from government msp. They don’t listen to patients problems clearly. If u have fever and cold u have to book two appointments. One for fever and one for cold this is how they work. Very unprofessional staffs. I don’t recommend this place if u have to really get out of your illness

Summary: had an efficient experience and got the prescription I needed. _____________________________________ Went in this morning for a walk in since can't do it over the phone the first time. I was first in and the receptionist took my information without problem. Once checked in I got a text showing my expected appointment time (7:45). So that's typical of walk in where you wait around until you're called. I saw Dr. Muncy and explained my symptoms to her. She took time to check my breath sounds, throat, etc. I felt like I was heard during the appointment. She even asked if I needed a Dr.'s note for work just in case my work needed one. Overall I was in and out in about an hour which is pretty good. I've had longer wait times at other places. Would recommend coming in again if needed.

Front desk lady was arguing and was trying to deflect my visit. She made me feel un welcomed in front of all the patients. Don’t government pay them for these services which comes out of our taxes. Maybe this clinic needs to re evaluate the front desk to see is they really are fit for reception job.

I’ve been coming here for for a few years and Dr. Muncey has been a life saver. She got me in touch with an allergist and this clinic stores my medicine and I go every week for my shots. I’ve never felt better, my severe allergies are gone thanks to them. The staff has been very accommodating and friendly to me. I see a lot of complaints here but it always seems to be people who complain about walking in and wait times but you can call to book an appointment and do phone or virtual appointments instead of physically meeting with the doctor. Stop taking out your frustrations out on the front desk staff.

I took my son for an appointment during morning hours. Being my first time at the clinic, I was a bit concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. We didn’t had to wait long, for the doctor. The receptionists were very professional and caring. The doctor was great and knew what he was doing. I will recommend this place to family and friends and will sure prefer it over other walk-ins in future.

Had a virtual phone call with a doc there sometime late may. I get a call on june 8 from the clinic and she is telling me my msp is invalid. After researching, i had entered my msp right but they never copy pasted it into their system. So they never needed to call me. Then i laughed and the lady said i was demeaning. I told her it was funny so she got rude. So for her incompetence, a customer got told he was being rude and i never said a word. That lady needs to find a new job working with non humans as she lacks customer service.

Staff was ok but Dr. R Villalon was too busy to help. Barely answered my questions and just in a hurry to shove me out the door. Check his web ratings. He even misdiagnoses people. Terrible.

This place is awesome. All of the receptionists have always been super accommodating and nice. I have always gotten in to see the doctor and there is sometimes a wait but that's because the doctors always take time with their patients and don't rush them. I highly recommend this place!

Just walked in and asked to see Dr. Muncey if possible because I trust her diagnosis completely. It was my lucky day. The reception inquired about my concerns and then fitted me in. I returned at the allotted time, waited a very few minutes and was able to see Dr. Muncey who met all expectations. Friendly, considerate staff and so lucky to have this walk-in clinic in my neighbourhood.

I called the clinic in the morning and got an appointment for 9:15 am. Got to see Dr. Muncy at 9:45 am. She is one of the best Doctors I've met. She takes her time with each patient and is very professional and caring. The receptionists Suzy & Rajni were both very helpful, accommodating and professional. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I will definitely be using this medical clinic for my future needs.

What an incredible clinic! I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience with a walk in clinic doctor in my entire life. Dr. Joy made me feel miles better just by her demeanor alone. I visited here because they open earlier than any other clinic around me, and I will be making the extra long drive in the future to return!

This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful to patients. On a recent visit, the lone staff member, a South Asian female who declined to identify her name, refused to register me as a walk-in patient. When I told her that I had a cough, she said that I would need to come back with a negative Covid test. I expressed disappointment since I had been waiting before the clinic opened and this rule was not advertised by the clinic, but I agreed to do so. She initially agreed to register me for a walk-in appointment with the doctor for later in the same morning if I came back with a negative Covid test. She then refused to even register me at all by claiming I had an “attitude,” which was completely false. I did not engage in any disrespectful behaviour other than to express general disappointment in a professional manner. When I asked her what the “attitude” was, she said I shrugged my shoulders and moved my care card toward her, which absolutely made no sense. She said that she was doing me a “favour” anyways by initially agreeing to register me and she didn’t need to do so. She loudly and rudely demanded that I leave the clinic in front of other waiting patients. She kept saying that I ruined her day and a bunch of other nonsense. She said that Wellhealth is a private clinic and can choose to serve whatever patient it would like. When I asked her name so I could file a complaint about her conduct, she refused to identify herself and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. For what crime, I don’t know. To de-escalate the situation and as she maintained her refusal to register me, I left the clinic. Clearly, this was a very angry and bitter person in her own personal life and was taking it out on a patient, which is completely unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such obnoxiously rude behaviour. She has no business working in a public facing role in a clinic that serves vulnerable patients. Although it never personally happened to me before, I have directly witnessed, on numerous occasions, this staff member and the other staff repeatedly engage in extremely rude, disrespectful, racist, and harmful behaviour towards patients. Shame on Wellhealth for allowing such staff members to continue abuse patients, despite the numerous negative reviews, and use the limited power they have to harm and deny essential medical services to patients. Unreasonably refusing medical services at a time when healthcare is so hard to obtain is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated by Wellhealth operated clinics. I intend to ensure that this staff member is held accountable for her behaviour by pursuing all complaint avenues.
