If
I
can
rate
this
place,
I
would
rate
this
place
a
10/10
for
many
reasons.
I
have
been
coming
to
this
place
since
2013
and
had
no
complaints
at
all.
The
classes
are
very
professional,
well
taught
and
organized.
The
environment
is
very
clean/friendly,
and
I
would
recommend
any
age
group
wanting
to
try
martial
arts,
even
with
little
to
no
experience
at
all
to
come
here.
Personally,
I
started
with
zero
experience
which
was
quite
nerve-racking
since
I
didn’t
know
a
single
thing
about
martial
arts,
and
was
quite
shy
as
a
child
too.
The
instructors
were
very
friendly
and
understood
that
I
needed
to
start
from
the
very
basic
and
at
times
needed
extra
help
too.
I
was
also
able
to
increase
my
social
skills,
which
enabled
me
to
showcase
my
skills
without
fear
of
judgement.
Once
I
learnt
the
basics
of
the
sport
I
gained
much
love
for
the
sport
too.
The
classes
weren’t
only
about
learning
how
to
do
boxing
and
fighting,
but
more
focused
about
understanding
how
being
discipline
is
important
and
understanding
the
values
of
the
skills
being
taught/when
its
appropriate
to
use
them.
At
times
in
class
there
were
situations
where
I
was
afraid
to
present
my
skills
in
front
of
the
class.
Now
looking
back
at
those
times
they
were
some
of
my
best
memories/experiences
I
have
ever
had.
I
learned
how
to
show
my
skills
with
confidence,
which
now
helps
me
because
I’m
not
shy/scared
to
talk
in
a
large
group.
The
sport
itself
kept
me
quite
fit
because
the
classes
were
quite
focused
on
fitness/skills.
The
instructors
made
sure
everyone
was
trying
their
best
and
communicated
with
the
students
about
progress
pushing
them
harder.
This
is
a
place
I’d
recommend
if
your
trying
to
get
fit/
losing
weight
because
this
a
very
goal
oriented
place
and
personally
I’ve
seen
many
lifestyles
changing
here,
including
my
own.
