    My daughter needed an ultrasound. She followed the instructions to drink the water and so was uncomfortable while she waited for her appointment. She had an email saying her appointment was at 1pm. We figured traffics would be bad so we left a bit early and arrived shortly after 12pm. She asked the horribly unhelpful and heartless beings at the front desk if there was any chance of getting in sooner. They said no and she couldn’t wait there for her appointment so they turned her away to sit in the car outside. When she went back in for her appointment time she waited while other people who came in after her went straight in and she was left waiting her turn still. Finally the technician (who was nice) took her in and said “It’s too bad you left. I could have taken you at 12:30!” Bottom line is, the people working the front desk here hate their job and they clearly hate you for coming to the clinic to make them work. They need a change of staff on the front desk because those people are horrible. The technician my daughter had was nice, if you can get in. I would not go back here.

    I was very pleased even though they were so busy all the chairs were full and few people standing as well, but still, the receptionist, one female and also one gentleman, handled everyone calmly and very professionally. I have to thank Mr. Ed, he was nice and friendly. I also have to mention there is free parking in the back, but good luck finding one ، If you're heading that way, leave early because lots of construction and road work going on around that area, especially on Scott Road.

    I warn all mothers to be...RUN AWAY from this imaging center. Go to MedRay imaging. It was my first obstetric ultrasound and West Coast made me wait really long. With a full bladder ready to explode, I was experiencing severe pain and felt as if I would pass out. I had requested the receptionist twice to rush me into the room for ultrasound. Let alone cater me in time they made me wait much longer than my scheduled appointment. Instead of being apologetic about the delay they caused they were complaining that I had too much water, whereas I just followed their written instructions. They also charge for the ultrasound picture they provide of the baby. I later learned that no other imaging center charges money for these pictures. They play with the emotions of people. They know that anyone would pay them to get pictures of their baby. This center is unprofessional and shrewd. Also, because of Covid they do not allow accompanying family members to wait in the lobby. Respecting this, my husband waited outside while I was struggling in the lobby to hold myself together. However, there were many others who just didn't follow this instruction and were crowding the lobby. The staff made no attempts to monitor this. I felt unsafe standing in the lobby.

    I know giving lowest possible review isn’t gonna make any difference to this place because people do not have any other choice to go to. The white lady with short curly hair sitting at the reception has worst customer service ever I have experienced. She was so rude with every patient walking inside the door. I was there for my 5 month ultrasound and brought my husband with me. She kicked my husband out saying that there is no room to sit, even though there is a designated area in the waiting room for a partner or a family member to wait. My husband couldn’t even make it to the last past of ultrasound where they call the partner because he had to wait in the car and the clinic was already running behind. They should better make this clear while confirming appointment that leave your partners home if they are gonna kick them out and waste more than an hour of their time. Then this lady charged me $5 for blurred baby pictures which are given for free. I asked her to show the policy where it says that the pictures are charged for, she just rudely brushed it off. This lady needs some compassion and some serious training on how to deal with patients. Beside this lady, everyone else was really friendly. The ultrasound lady is really nice and a guy with the turban in the front is really nice too.

    My experience was great. I had an appointment in advance. I showed up half an hour earlier and got checked in pretty quickly. I waited for less than 5 minutes and got called in. The doctor was nice and he used warm gel for ultrasound which was really comfortable comparing with cold gel I had to bear at other branches. The process was quick and intuitive, and we finished even before my scheduled appointment time slot.

    The front desk East Indian guy was friendly. The office was not busy that afternoon. I could see many techs were not busy. My tech another East Indian guy was not friendly. He had no name badge . He didn't even explained the procedure and was not gentle during US examination. He kept asking me the reason for ultrasound, isn't it supposed to be confidential. He seemed to be rushing all the way. I wouldn't go there again for bad experience. They should get better in service and need professional attitude when assisting patients.

    Came in earlier today to get X-rays done and I was not let in because I did not have a mask. I asked the receptionist kindly 3 times if she had any extras she could give out, but she would not respond to me and stared at me dead in the eyes like I was wall. Meanwhile she was giving extras to others???. I came back with with a mask but she would not allow me inside and said that I have to wait outside. Which I do not think is fair at all considering the heatwave going on outside. This place has a 1.7 rating and now I understand why. I would travel a thousand miles, go half way across the country to get a scan done then come to this place. I want to give a 0 rating but it won’t allow me to do so.

    They don’t even deserve one star. This was my third time I went there to get my Last ultrasound done.I had one ultrasound done from Langley and the staff was super nice and polite.I couldn’t go there everytime because it was far and inconvenient for me due to a complicacy.I thought surrey is the closest one .There might be different technician who would be nice but None of the technicians and receptionists are kind at all.I asked for baby’s picture and they gave me one blurred photo for $5 and when I asked the receptionist that I couldn’t even see what’s in the picture it was that unclear .Upon asking she took the photo from me and threw it in the garbage.This location shouldn’t be operating if the staff doesn’t want to work and treat patients in a good way. I hope someone take an urgent action to fix this issue because especially expecting ladies should stay away from this imaging centre. Worst experience ever have .!!!!!!!!

    I did my first ultrasound here. The technician was not so happy with their job. I was not even even showed baby properly, Neither they let me hear the heartbeat. But off course they charged $5 for blurred baby pictures. Technician need have more emotions as this field demands emotion support. Zero star for them.

    I have read so many negative reviews but with my experience, everything went perfect. Lady on reception, I would say she was neither nice nor bad. Now comes the best part. An Asian guy name Max made my day. He was cheerful and a person who put smile on everyone’s face. Hey Max if you are reading this, may God bless you. You are a very kind person. We need people like you in this World. 5 Stars are only for him!!

    Worst service ever ! I had my 20th week Ultrasound done there. The lady spent 1 hour to check the baby and refused to tell us anything before checking with the doctor. They called me 1 week after and told me it is a boy. At 5 months , the ultrasound is accurate by 95% and it is even more rare to mistaken a girl for a boy since 80% of the mistakes are about confusing a boy with a girl so how unprofessional you can be to make such a mistake!! We spent 3 months preparing for a boy and when I had my 32 week ultrasound they told me it is 100% a girl. Although we like girls but now we have to re-set our minds and return all of the stuff that we have bought. And the worst they don’t pick up and you cannot even file a complaint!!

    My first ultrasound.. the “Karen” at the front wouldn’t let me husband come in and was rude to him. The second time I went for the dating ultrasound, I was told my husband could come in, but we couldn’t get anyone to watch our 3 year old so neither of them Were able to come in. Then the ultrasound tech couldn’t even see what gender my baby is and tried to rebook me for another few weeks out.. HELLLLLL NO! Worst ultrasound experiences ever! I never had this issues with brook radiology. I get we are in pandemic times but c’mon! Plus I barely got to see my own baby on the ultrasound screen! STAY AWAY EXPECTING MOMS!

    Had a ultrasound appointment booked. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Ladies at the front checked me in without a fuss. Within 5 minutes of my arrival, the Technician came to get me. No wait, No rudeness, just an over all good experience. Don't let these negative reviews hold you back.

    Unfortunate one is the lowest rating. Need diagnostic imaging done as my usual spot is doing renovations. Dr. Office sent off referral. I received a phone call re booking appointment at Scott Road location of West Coast Imaging to book appointment. However I missed the call but they left a number to call to book. This is when the unpleasant adventure started. Tried calling back several times to no avail. As a retired senior on a fixed income decided to drive over to the office to book. Additional gas costs not to mention time. Got appointment booked. In the meantime I received another booking at preferred location. So back on the phone to cancel but directed to the website to cancel which I did on the 20th of November. Received a confirmation email back on the cancellation. On the 29th I received a text message reminding me of my appointment and a $75.00 charge would be applied to no show. Back on the phone to cancel only to not get through. So once again drove over (move gas and time) to cancel the appointment which they told me had not been cancelled. I had cancellation confirmation in hand from website. What a pathetic place this is and not sure how they are allowed to operate. No phone service. Worst ever experience in medical like I say a one rating is way to high. Will never accept a referral here again.

    If Google should give an option for less than 1 star for this place. The older brown lady at the counter was so rude to us for no reason. She was annoyed that we came here to ask for an Xray. All I did was say hi and she looked at me like insulted her whole family. I understand that they are one of the few facilities where you can get an Xray done in Surrey and they will not loose a lot of business because of the lack of choices. Still hiring someone who is not this miserable just because she has to do their job shouldn't be hard.

    Walked in at 7 pm. And was told by a male and female receptionist that they were closed. They close at 730pm. Don't say you're closed when your hours of operation clearly say close at 730pm. You must stay open till then and serve your customers. Lock the door after 730, finish with the remainder customers and let them out. ( like what normal places do!!)What is happening with this business!!! Make up your own open and close times!? Unacceptable. No wonder they have such a bad rating.

    My experience was great. I had an appointment . I waited for less than 3 minutes and got called in. Prabhjot kaur she is very humble and lend a helping hand towards me .she gives me positive vibrations and doctor was nice and he used warm gel for ultrasound which was really comfortable comparing with cold The process was quick and very comfortable.. special thanks to prabhjot and God bless you dear

    Xray technician was very nice to us. Front desk staff continually rude to multiple patients while waiting. Technician, had us wait after the Xray to rush the report for my 10 yr old. Staff would not give us the report before we left same day, even though it was completed while we waited. No report at our Doctors office, we went and checked. Week after week, my doctors office requested the report via Fax as they requested. No response, no fax, no report. Phone calls each week (IF we were able to get through) same thing. "We will send it over in 30 mins check with your doctors office". No report. Nothing sent. Mail would have been faster! Finally went in person to request paper copy. They blame the "new system" toss paper copy to me. I hand delivered it to our Doctors office. My child is still in pain and limping! Otherwise I would not have bothered and assumed items were not broken. When in fact, it is just that they are not sending the reports to Doctors! I would wait and obtain copies in person or plan to go back the next day for the reports to prevent delays to your follow up care. I am sure it is a difficult job to be in. But people are in pain and it is very sad to be treated so poorly when trying to obtain care for your loved ones. Very frustrating dealing with this office and staff. Do not recommend.

    On 30 Dec, i had my ultrasound of shoulder. I went there, but I think there not even one person have manners that how to deal with patients and how to speak with them. The guy who took the ultrasound like I was feeling scared from him and I was no nervous. I had never seen this kind of situation anywhere else before. He was so rude and I don’t think so he have any knowledge or study about his profession. I will never ever go back there. And I want to tell you guys don’t go there because this is not the right place for ultrasound. I wish I can give them 0 star but there is no option. Very worst experience.

    Terrible experience, do not make an appointment at this place. On the afternoon before the day of my appointment they called me changing my time from 9:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon. MY husband had already asked for the day off to go find out the sex of our baby. I asked my doctor several times and he told me that they would tell me right away since in the order he indicated that they told me the sex of my baby. It was difficult for me to get there due to road work and traffic so I arrived less than 10 minutes late. To which the person who treated me told me that maybe I wouldn't have enough time since my 20-week ultrasound takes an hour. After 30 minutes he told me that we were ready and he refused to let my husband in and he didn't want to tell me the sex of my baby either. It was a very very disappointing treatment and he even told me don't worry, I'll give you the images and he only gave me 2 images in which the baby is practically not visible. I am very disappointed in the Mals who care for pregnant women in this country. Especially in this location.

    Parked, checked in, waited, had my X-Ray, left and departed the parking lot all within 30 minutes. I call that a win in my book. If you haven't been here before, parking is in the alley round back and the first hour is free. Don't bother driving to the front unless someone is dropping you off which is by far the best way to get here.

    If I could give anything lower than one star I would. A big family came in after me, she said” we only allow the patient and one family member here, we don’t need so many of you guys here.” Her exact words. Then the grandson was sending the requisition form to their email address, the receptionist said” you have to print the form next time, that’s why they sent it to you right? Otherwise we will be doing your job for you.” Wow.

    Poor customer service. The turban guy at the receptionist is super rude . He needs to learn how to talk to customers and how to do better customer service. We came for our first baby’s first ultrasound . He did not allow my husband to see my baby s ultrasound as we are five minutes late . They ruined our special moment . Valley imaging is way better than west coast . Specially this turban guy needs to learn customer service .

    The ladies at the reception desk were extremely rude, especially the one shoving masks in peoples faces and then not wearing hers the whole time. and none of them having any sort of customer service skills. the one receptionist lady then proceeded come up to me in front of all the other patients to say “are you pregnant is that why you are here” I was not impressed with her asking that, as i am 100% not and all my info as to why i was there was on my sheet. The lab tech also had no idea how to speak with patients. it was an awful experience. and i do not recommend them at all.

    I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel really sad for my friend who came here with her first time pregnancy. Putting aside the troubles we had booking an appointment as the lady on the phone kept being short with her information and cut convo early on us. There is No customer care/service here what so ever. My friend did not feel cared for or treated as person even. Very technical, fast, no information on the process she didn’t know what was going on which added stress to the whole thing. Please do better with showing care for the people that come in.
