There must be procedures etc., I also understand & understand this matter. But I don't understand how worried a mother is!!!! If you get treatment here you can be cured, why ask for a referral? Many times, if you get sick here, you don't get better, you end up going to the hospital. I can also afford to pay at the hospital but why do I not use it every month when I pay BPJS. So, if you want to get a reference, you have to be in a condition where you might actually be dying. Sorry, that's a bit harsh. A reference letter is our right and it's very difficult to take our rights
