Multiple items don't have tags and offers on it. You know when you bill then go back and take other item. Also for 10 minutes shopping you need to wait for 30 minutes for bill.

So much stinking from inside and they never run AC, its always so much claustrophobic and sweaty inside very pathetically managed. Worst store of vishal mega mart in NCR 👎👎👎 couldn't give negative stars 👎

Shopping and price wise it's good but staff behaviour and atmosphere is very bad. No proper AC and fan. They have both but they are doing power saving..

Worst billing service. I was made to shuttle from one que to another for cash payment of bill. Finally I got fed up and left store without making any purchase. There is no playcard for que accepting cash or card payment. You are informed when your turn for payment comes, by this time a lot of customer's time is wasted and causes irritation/anger among customer.

On first wash the colour of dress got spread all over the dress. The store staff was of no help and asked me to approach customer care for quality issues. Even small shops take guarantee for first wash and Vishal still being a big brand is just focussed on selling any garbage. It has been 3 days and still waiting for a solution from vishal customer care. Edit: I had sent a mail with pics to customer care on 24th June with complaint no. #00590444 and it has been 8 days but since than no reply has been received.
