The store engages in price gouging amid the high cost of living. In fact, the extent of the price gouging is extreme. For example, Heinz’s sauce at Costco in Australia costs $11.89, which includes a reasonable profit margin. However, Cost U Less in Fiji sells it for a staggering $52.95. Now, some may argue that the weaker purchasing power of the Fijian dollar accounts for the price difference, but this is not the case. Fijian $52.95 is equivalent to about AUD $36.18. Yet, the same product is not sold in Australia for AUD $36.18. This results in an exorbitant 204% markup for Fijian consumers. Of course, freight and import taxes should also be considered, which might add 10 to 20 percent to the Australian shelf price of $11.89. But there are countless other items on their shelves that are similarly overpriced. The Consumer Council of Fiji has remained silent on the matter and has taken no action to protect Fijian consumers from such practices. Consumers should avoid stores that are exploiting Fijians with these inflated prices!

Has a great variety of items and goods with good prices especially if you buy in large amounts.

They recently relaunched their store, with a ton of advertised bargains. That said, the items we were interested in viewing we couldn't find, and a lot of the deals we would previously see here are no longer on offer, with generally high prices across the board. It's a good shop, but I feel like they are slipping out of affordability, and the relaunch hasn't made a noticeable difference in the shopping experience.

Warehouse shopping following the Costco concept without the membership. A lot of varieties. Used to be the best place to shop but has rundown alittle. Not a bad place shop. Sports city, USP and McDonald’s is nearby

This place has the only mayonnaise I eat, Hellmans! Lots of American products, from hygienic to food to electronics. It’s like the Sam’s club or Costco version out here in Fiji. I must say it is pricey though. They do accept cards and haven’t used Mpaisa but I believe they use that as a form of payment as well. The place is well stocked and kept clean. Good place to feed and stock up for a big family. They also sell toys, fishing rods and kitchen appliances.

We are from the U.S. and sorely missed Costco. This place is the Fiji version of that. Some great deals and bulk items you won't see elsewhere in Fiji, but there are some items that are NOT "less". Definitely worth a trip, and have a look at Damodar City shipping center just next door.

Love this place... Closest thing to a COSCO you can get, bulk buy everything. Also a big shopping centre right beside it.
