My family and I had ordered a 5pc family box at the damodar city branch. The food order was not hot, I remember we ordered spicy but it was not and the drink we ordered was sprite however the drink tasted more like water than a sprite when we complained to the staff ... she replied that she didn't even add ice or additional water to it and that we are the knly ones that complained. She refilled infront of me ... but it still tasted the same. We didn't want to fuss anymore so we chose to change the drink ... thank God the other drink tasted okay. The staff was rude as well ....very poor customer service.

Food sucks. I ate here last night and was told that it would take 20 minutes. It took over half an hour to receive my order only to get it cold. I saw a tray sitting at the counter for a few minutes and I didn't realize that it was mine. Until this girl filled a drink and called out my number. Garlic bread is basic and the gravy is flat nothing special about this menu. Chicken is tough like you can tell that it went from the freezer straight into the oil. The meal was horrible. Fries were the worst. You can tell that they were made earlier in the day or something but those were not fries. I guess it's a hit and miss sometimes with your restaurant but overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. Complete waste of money

Food is good , the only reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because the staff are slow as snails and lack communication skills and it took 50 minutes for them to serve me with a regular size pizza and 8 pieces chicken and chips

If you're looking for mouth watering tasty fried chicken then Lunch Box (Damodar City Centre) is the place to go to. Tender juicy spicy/normal fried chicken with french fries and a large drink completes your day with a reasonable budget.

Honey chicken wings looked like they were poorly reheated from the fridge. Fries were burnt and the fried chicken and pizza were decent but not worth tolerating the poor service and lack of value in the meals. McDonald's down the road is a better option

We ordered a chicken wrap - the wrap was so thin with tiny pieces of chicken inside. The service was ok, but not worth the money.

Had the BBQ Chicken Nibbles, I'd say it's alright not that bad, I'd prefer the periperi nibbles though 🤷‍♂️

The chicken tender was absolutely horrible. The chicken was ok. The staff are not friendly. It seems like the staff's are under hostage.

Enjoy the chicken wraps. Decided to do a burger taste-off, with the double spicy chicken burger meal ($10.95) and a burger from Eat Out ($11 spicy chicken burger meal) which is next to it. Lunchbox quantity was much SMALLER, both the burger and the fries, fries were soft and the chicken patty had a slightly chemically fake taste. Not sure what exactly it was, but didnt taste quite right, not like chicken, unlike the other burger which had actual chicken, nice crispy fried chicken. Maybe my next edit on this post will be after a Wrap taste-off or fried chicken taste-off. BUT When it comes down to the chicken burger, you'll find better next door.

Worst customer service ever. The customer service guy told us to wait while he was counting money and took a good 15 minutes to do so and we had to order elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. This isn’t a fast food chain! Better call it a ‘slow food’ chain. The wait time was ridiculous! Food was disgusting 🤢! I bet they never change the oil that they use to fry things. This gave me a bad stomach ache after eating from here! Ridiculous! How is this still even operating as a business!
