Overall- Food was expensive and had no taste. I ordered Fried rice and what I got was pale looking rice without green Peas and carrots with hardly any sight of chicken in it.. It was a rip off especially when it cost me $21.. Even the pork hotplate which I also ordered costing $28.00 did not come with rice... I had to order a separate rice... Phewwww...This resrurant is highly not recommended especially if you are expecting real Chinese taste..

Bugs in the drinks probably in the food. Food tasted off. Staff is very unfriendly and slow.

Just came to have dinner with some friends, heard great things about the food, however, the branch in Damodar City should really change their servers as waiting for 30 minutes we encounter 2 separate angry customers who came earlier than us. One of them made a booking which was disregarded as they claimed their phone contact had not been working for 2 year, when the customer clearly had a conversation with the staff who had confirmed their booking prior that day. The second customer had been waiting for a takeaway order for hours when they were told it would be ready by 7pm ( they arrived half an hour prior to pickup). These were our first red flags, however, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited to be seated anyways, we were seated after few minutes (waited for 30 minutes) as the server was ignoring our request to book a table, we were finally served after 20 minutes. After encountering such a pathetic service, I believe the restaurant is getting negative feedback because of the awful servers, and they should really do something about it.

I went out for dinner and ordered wonton soup, while having the soup my friends noticed tiny bugs on the spoons and in the soup. It was literally tiny bugs with legs, upon telling the staff they said it was black pepper. Since when did black pepper have legs? We looked closely just to make sure, and without a doubt it was bugs. We canceled our food paid for the soup and went to another restaurant. Do not recommend staff are rude and restaurant isn’t clean.

The best service ever provided by the beautiful staffs , found peace and comfort while having our meal , thank you so much the shanghai seafood for the lovely satisfaction ❤️❤️ will definitely see you guys again 🫶😍

Dirty place, pathetic service, food not tasty and cutlery looks dirty. Long waiting time between first dish and next....puts you off. We told waiter to cancel our remaining dishes.

Went shopping at Damodar Suva City, wanted to try the food at the food court, but my cousin suggested coming to Shanghai as he said food was good. Overall, the food was okay, personally it was little lacking with flavor. Seafood fried rice was good, so was their Black Bean Chicken, Cashew Chicken & Mongolian Lamb was bland. I asked if they had any kind of hot sauce, staff said just soy sauce with red chillies. Suggest getting small plates if your party is between 3-5, with 3 of us the amount of dishes we got, there was plenty left over for the next day.😥 I was better off getting food from the food court, place did not impress me or the staffs attentiveness.

You can get delicious food and the service is fast. The staffs are really friendly and welcoming. Families and friends can also get birthday parties organized there.
