Pathetic and just slow. Waste of time and money. Don't even bother coming here. Say you have an appointment at 12 ,by the time you reach ,your appointment is delayed and moved to 4. But then when you reach again you end up waiting till like it's almost 5 for this bs. Imagine wasting taxi fare coming back and fourth for this. Unbelievable.

I recently visited Nasese Medical and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had requested that my son's blood test results be emailed to us due to a busy schedule, but despite multiple follow-ups, I received no communication. Additionally, my attempts to reach both the lab and reception teams via phone were met with no response. Given that the medical team had our contact information, a simple courtesy call would have made a significant difference. The lack of communication and responsiveness was quite disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I had expected. This experience has made me reconsider using their services in the future. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, timely communication is essential in healthcare, and I hope Nasese Medical addresses these issues moving forward.

The worst receptionist i’ve ever met in my entire life. Treat patients differently according to their looks and origins, no matter how sick you are, or your baby is, you need to wait as she decides who should get to see the doctors first, though some people arrive after you, they get ahead of you, as you might be from another country but you don’t have the same service, definitely not a smile. Loathful experiences in this clinic

Very helpful reception staff. Medical care, pre & post by Dr Jay & Dr Rose are commendable. I'd highly recommend Nasese Private Hospital because of my personal experiences both as out patient and inpatient

Very awful service ..this is something that can be managed if they consider reviews and work on it. Doctors act as if they can waste our time... supposed to start appointment at 12..but arrive late! paitents asked to come in morning to sign in😳 before coming back at 12 for clinic. It's a paid service but culture of a public hospital..where it's understandable if delays happen.thes is degrading every day . No respect for time. Too much running around.pathetic really 👎

Highly recommend Dr. De Asa. He has been my doctor since I was a kid when he was based at Gordon St, Suva. Exceptional Doctor.

I was seen by a male doctor for a women’s issue, and he didn’t even listen when I described the symptoms. Because he didn’t listen he prescribed me something that didn’t help me, and I continued to suffer with the issue. I went back two days later and saw a female GP, she was a bit more understanding, but she prescribed me something else based on my symptoms, without running any pathology tests. Neither doctor ran any pathology tests to actually confirm what I had. It just seems careless and negligent to me. And I paid $40 for each consult (I don’t have insurance) so I’ve paid $80 which doesn’t even include the medications they prescribed me and that I bought, which didn’t even help. I can’t speak for the other departments at this hospital but I would NOT recommend the GPs here.

Fabulous efficient reception service - in spite of the large number of patients waiting every day, they ensure that we sign in and are seen in proper order. I recommend Dr Virgilio De Asa Junior (Dr Jay) very highly. His consultations are never rushed, he always ensures that I understand his diagnosis and his patient care is unrivaled.

Excellent and fast service. This place also has a pharmacy so you don't have to some other place to get your prescription. The doctors are also very friendly.

Excellent to have a good standard of health care in Fiji as an alternative to Amy St. In particular the specialist doctors are very good and the place is always clean. I feel very comfortable being treated there, however I have only used it as a doctor visit, I haven't been admitted myself.
