These guys cage dogs . This should be brought to the attention of the world.
The university’s Moodle platform has been unreliable lately, frequently going down when students need it the most. On top of that, the lab rooms have had non-functional air conditioning since last year, despite the extremely high temperatures. Expecting over 30 students to sit in a cramped room for two hours with PCs and monitors generating even more heat is beyond unreasonable. To make matters worse, many programs are packed with unnecessary and unrelated units that do nothing but waste students' time and money. Instead of focusing on quality education, it feels like the university is just trying to squeeze as much as they can from students. If you’re considering your options, just go to FNU.🙄
A wonderful university with great learning environment
The lower campus is much smaller compared to the main campus, but it is much more quieter and for one who loves to study in a quiet surrounding, this campus is suitable. Being located near the sea, there is always fresh air and its great to have lunch at the bure with the sea breeze. I also prefer this campus because of the GIS computer labs and for those taking Marine Studies they have easy access to the sea.
Loved my time here since 2019 up till now. An excellent representation of Oceania and the importance of pacific consciousness. Hope to visit Laucala Campus for my MA next year. Tagio tumas..... (Edit: Here I am for my MA... Requested and finally delivered!)
First time ever there. Love the facility, the landscape, the breeze and it's location in relation to the view if the sea, and how it accommodates, from what I notice, the physically challenged in its design. And with the new excess road, traffic at the entrance will surely flow. Classrooms and lecture theaters are awesome too!
This is the biggest university in Fiji but may be quite small if compared to some of the well-known universities in the world. It has around 20,000 students enrolled each semester counting those from its other 11 campuses in the South Pacific
Great place for studies...even though USP teaches mainly theories but the labs and assignments are really helpful towards its application aspects. I did CS/IS here and this programme worked out.
