Any place that's good for health is good in my books. The staff are very helpful. The trainers very knowledgeable. The fees are a bit on the high side compared to other gyms, but you're guaranteed to find better equipment than the others. The only downside is at certain times, the place can be a bit full and getting a good momentum going with your workout will be difficult with 3 + people on the same station.

A great place for a quick workout or long planned sessions with ideal equipment to perform an array of different exercises and sets. Personal trainers are also present in the immediate location throughout the day to help one plan out a great workout routine. The fee for the gym is also set at an affordable price while being free for students and/or faculty members of the university. A great place to keep ones health in check while socializing and meeting new people. There is also a courtyard for team based activities and a pool for a quick cool dip or water based activities.

The USP Fitness Centre is a great place to workout with the latest gym equipment and helpful staff always ready to assist. The facilities and changing rooms are also spacious and accommodating. Besides this the price per entry is quite expensive so a membership maybe a more affordable option.

Friendly staff. Excellent environment. Some machines need maintenance and replacement. Better supervision of users is needed as some users come without towels or occupy machines by leaving their towels there while using another machine. Some users sit on the machines while chatting with other users or on their mobile phones

Expensive but still The best gym in suva ... but needs some maintenance and hours could be better ... especially during holidays , considering members pay a large sum to attend the gym . Music usually sucks here tho .

Every time I go most of the treadmills and the cross trainers are not working.

I love this gym, it's sweaty, lots of old equipment, and not the cleanest, but the staff and customers are friendly, it's a good price, has a really wide range of strength and aerobic machines, and opens amazingly early at 5 am. Closes at 2045 weekdays though so if you come after work, don't dally too long in the way.

Now has 5 squat racks. Really like the outdoor facilities. Missing kettlebells at 4 kg and 36 kg, & dumbells at 37.5 kg.
