Opens on time daily and also opens on holidays with clean environment, friendly staff and management. New and well kept equipment. Always upgrading. Lots of treadmills for cardio geeks 👌💪💪💪

Used to be the best gym in Fiji. But COVID did a number on them. Use to have hot water but no more, machine's are kept in running condition but some need to be upgraded, it is cluttered gets crowded easily, seriously need to expand as a business it might be the best move as more and more people are becoming health conscious. If you're someone who doesn't like the crowd then peak times are a no go but compared to the other gym's in Suva it's the best.

Really glad I changed gym! Love the atmosphere, everyone is so serious about their training which is very good, the equipments and machines are updated and I get to use it without waiting on anyone unless it's really busy but otherwise I love it here

This gym needs a manager. It is basically a couple rooms with equipment. No planning, organization or up keep. My suggestion, hire a competent manager and they’ll improve membership, unfortunately there isn’t much competition from professionally managed places.

Only tried it once and so far the equipment as well as hygeine protocols are good. Ample space. One treadmill was slipping which is a safety risk so you need to be proactive in this.

Very good, huge hall for conferences and meetings besides the gymnasium. Parking for 15-20 vehicles is there. Very close to Albert Park. Google maps' route is not correct although location is quite close.

Not very crowded before 5pm. Needs more music and mens changing room needs an upgrade. If you're looking for a gym that isn't jam packed and waiting times annoy you, this is he place to go. Parking is okay.

It’s definitely improving. Some of the broken equipment was previously dangerous.
