This was my first time zip lining. The staff made me feel comfortable and safe. Extremely friendly and always willing to take photos of the experience for you. The meal they provided was amazi g. Make sure to take water and a sense of adventure

We had such an amazing zip lining experience here! Everything with this place ran smoothly - the booking, pick up and the activity. The actual zip lining itself was so much fun, going through beautiful jungle with great views all around - and it was a bonus to see the massive cave at the top! However the highlight of the experience was the incredible attitude of the guides. The guides were energetic and positive and put in so much effort to ensure everyone was having a great time, they took so many pictures/ videos of us and coached those who were nervous. I cannot recommend zip lining with this company more, it was such a great day out!

The views are surreal, the guides are the BEST IN THE WORLD!!! We had Rupi, Ben, Mike, Cody, & Chris and let me tell you they made this the MOST PHENOMENAL excursion EVER! They were helpful with our slower & more fearful guests & never made them feel rushed or worried. They kept us entertained on our walks to the next zip lines & always had us smiling & made sure we had tons off incredible pictures to take home & share!!! 16 zip lines, one ex-cannibal cave + a fun engaging team of Fijians to take you through... just do it! There are some steep sections of steps to navigate to get ever higher, but it’s definitely worth the effort for the amazing views and ‘flights’ in/over the forest canopy... you can trust your camera to the Fijian team to capture great action shots of you in motion... pick a fine day, afternoon session might be best for photos, wear comfy clothing.

Heaps of fun, very convenient, and friendly staff, would certainly recommend if you're in the area with a couple of hours to kill or just looking for a good time

A really great experience out here, especially the decent from the top when returning Couldn't have asked for better tour Guides/Instructors who were very knowledgeable of the terrain and trek, a big Vinaka vakalevu to Mike and Chris for making our hike up and time one the lines a truly memorable one, full of laughter and jokes On the other hand it was a good history short story of the "Hoho" cave (now named Na Lotu) Very much appreciated the refreshments and for the photos that they took

Absolutely amazing! We were the only two people on the tour. Ben and Harry were hilarious and very professional. They carried our phones to take some awesome photos and videos. They would actually take videos ziplining right behind us. Then they fed us! Incredible experience. I would give them a 10/5. Above and beyond what we expected. Probably our favorite thing we did in Fiji. Oh and you have to repel (abscend) into the caves! So cool.

The staff was helpful. The area is beautiful and the equipment was quality. Felt very safe and had a blast.

The guides look really look after you. They would help you take pictures and carry your water bottles. Safety and having fun are their top priorities. The lunch they provided is amazing.

Terrible. On the 15th of January I went to the Zip line park in Fiji with my two sons. We went to the office to inquire about a zip line but they were very busy. We decided to go and have a look at the waterfall instead. On return from the waterfall we stopped at the zip line cafe/office to have a late lunch. During lunch the manager announced that we owed him Fiji $150 for visiting the waterfall. I asked to see a sign or anything else indicating a fee. He pointed to a sign that said ‘zip line inquires’ and an arrow. There were no fees noted anywhere including in the office to indicate that a fee was involved. I refused to pay and told him to call the police if he wished or I can give him my details to discuss the matter a later stage. We had our lunch and waited an hour. They blocked the only exit from the park with a motor vehicle. I was unwilling to risk physical violence to my sons. i have reversed the credit card transaction with my bank. i have notified the tour desk of the Sheraton Hotel where i was staying. The tour desk staff were very concerned and indicated that they would notify there manager. I will leave another review on trip adviser. i invite you to read some of the other one star reviews, this is not the first time this has happened.

Just to visit they charge me $10 Person and was told by staff NOT to touch water my kids went on to do zip line we paid FOR then we came back

Really fun. Guides were great. The guides took awesome videos and photos on the lines, so we didn't need to worry about our phones. Would highly recommend.

We had an awesome time zip lining with Zip Fiji! 16 zip lines (from memory) and a cave tour with some interesting history at an incredible price. Our guides were all super lovely and fun, making us laugh the whole way through. Would definitely recommend wearing enclosed shoes, a T-shirt that covers your whole back or shorts that sit high on your waist (so the harness doesn't rub too much) and make sure you bring water (guide carries it for you) and insect repellent! Beautiful views at the launch area of most zip lines so if you can bring your phone/camera with you that's a bonus. Thanks for an awesome day!

Went with a tour and got kitted up straight away. Very enjoyable and we were well looked after. About 14 different zip lines on the course. A lot of steps to climb on the way up but we were rewarded with great views. Part of the course included a cave tour but it was not possible because of safety concerns after too much rain

Awesome day with the boys at Zip Fiji!! they kept it fun and made sure all the people were able to capture footage of their adventure. They were exceptional in regards to your safety and enjoyment. The boys gave us an included tour of an old cannibal cave and gave history in regards to it. and best of all made sure you were very well fed afterwards! 😊

Our trip to zip Fiji was a highlight of our holiday, the zip lining was incredibly fun flying through the jungle and mountains and taking in the views of surrounding Fiji was pretty spectacular. A big shout out to all the guides for being incredibly hospitable! Particular shout out to Ben who was funny, joyful and extremely welcoming. The cave tour portion of the trip was an added bonus with one of the guides explaining the history of the caves and the surrounding villages was incredibly interesting. I highly recommend Zip Fiji me and my family had a blast! Great value for money, the guides are amazing the zip lining is so much fun, the whole experience is excellent 10/10

Great zip line. There are 16 lines, 6 up and 10 down. There are some stairs on the way up and you need to be at least 18 years old. The staff is great and help you out so along the way. They also take pictures and videos of you with your camera on the lines. There is also a cave at the top which you can hike into a bit. It was used for Fijian ceremonies back in the day. It's a very fun thing to do of you are near Nadi. You'll enjoy it if you do.

Wow! As a family of five it’s hard to find activities that we all enjoy but this was a standout! The boys, 11, 9 and 7 LOVED it - they’re already talking about going back and we just got back to the hotel! The team was amazing, Jack took the best care of our kids with my middle one quite apprehensive at the beginning. The first six zip lines are a nice walk, in Fiji time, up the mountain - you will definitely get your step count completed at this adventure! On a scale of 1 to 10 my fitness sits at about a 3 or 4 so while I know I’m going to be sore tomorrow, it was so worth it today! ...Oh yeah, and they also took the best photos of each of us, and some of themselves, lol! Lunch was delicious, the restrooms were clean and the kids are overjoyed, what more could you ask for?! Thanks again guys!!

Tiring yet a wonderful adventure. Hiking and zipping was just great with cave tours and stories of the ancestral people. Friendly staff and great location With clean restroom facilities. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves adventures.

It began with a bit of fear and ended with a smile - We had a great time zipping over mountain tops and rainforest canopies with Zip Fiji. Ben, John and the whole Zip Fiji Team were great - helpful, friendly, funny and energetic. From the 16 zip lines you have amazing views out towards Momi Bay and the Mamanutha Islands while traveling over local flora and fauna. Bula!!! Helpful Hint: I would bring a baseball cap or bandana to wear under the helmet. I would also wear clothes that dry quickly for inclement weather.

Zip Fiji was absolutely wonderful. So much more action than we were expecting. Mike and John were fantastic, funny and really enhanced the experience. Our 11 and 13 year old daughters loved it. It was the last thing we did before heading to the airport and are glad we made it. Hot and sweaty and a lot of fun.

A must do! A bit of a climb, but the vistas and the fun are worth it. The guides are hilarious, helpful, and professional—and always offer to take your pics! 16 lines, some short and some long, and a great way to chill. Lunch was simple chicken stew, but hearty. There was an initial mix-up in the pick-up service, as the driver didn’t seem to know how many people he was picking up per hotel, but a minor hiccup for me. Highly recommended.

Just amazing.. we just had so much fun recommend to everyone, please go see these guys you won't regret it. There are 6 zip lines you do, and the walk to the water fall was great, nice fresh cooling mountain water to swim in at the water fall. Apparently the record for most times the course was completed is 16, we did 3... fail :-) see if you can set a new record. Enjoy :-)

My partner and I went to the zip line it was $50 for just the zip line but we wanted to see the waterfall as well so we had to pay $100 per person to do 2 zip lines and a water fall trip, so we payed the $100 each we loved the zip line it was a really good and fun experience the staff are very friendly and professional however the water fall we had to walk for 20 minutes and got attacked by bugs and bitten really badly when we go to the water fall we were really disappointed as it was a really small water fall and u can only swim in one tiny area we payed $50 each to see a tiny water fall that nature made so how can someone be making money off this? The water full is not worth seeing we felt very ripped off I would not recommend doing the water fall.

In this deep forest, you would feel comfortable and so chill out. But there is not so much stuffs there are just road and nature, sometimes cat. So if you don’t like nature or forest, I don’t recommend strongly. But if you like quiet place like here and wanna enjoy the nature, here is best place for you.

My husband and I took my mom to Fiji on holiday. This was a stop we were all excited to make in Nadi. My mom and I are both deathly afraid of heights and neither of us batted an eye at these courses. Mind you, they are high and some a little long but we felt safe from the time our guides helped secure our harnesses through the second round of lines. It was the first time any of us have tried zip lines and the instruction was easy to understand and our guides were funny and helpful. We did complete our day with a walk to and swim in the falls. A perfect way to end our little trip. Definitely a must on your stay in Nadi.

Great for family and friends

Other than it not being owned by Fijian's, there's nothing I can critique. Return transfer was hassle free. I've never felt so safe doing such an adventurous activity. My sister and cousin both have severe anxiety and had some mishaps on the zip line at the start which discouraged them both from continuing, but instead of asking them to stand down, the instructors did everything in their power to make them both comfortable. They got an extra instructor to assist them with pair zip lining so that they could enjoy the experience all the way through to the end in the safety of their arms. The waterfall was a little hard to get to in the heat and if you're unfit but our guide was so supportive of us, ensured we got regular breaks and encouraged us to keep persevering. The scenery was definitely worth the walk. Food wasn't 5 star but it was light and refreshing.

Took my 9 year old and 5 year old there for a day. They just love it so much. The staff are really helpful and nice. There always staff with you through the whole day, make sure you are safe. Great fun, must go!

This was my first time ziplining and I'm glad it was with Sleeping Giant Zipline! The staff are very friendly, welcoming, informative, helpful, and a joy to be around. Huge shout out to Swastika, who communicated with me & answered all of my questions with timely responses. I'd recommend doing your ziplining with them, you won't regret it!

We had an awesome experience at Zip Fiji. The staff were lovely and ensured our safety at all times. They gave us a tour of one of the caves and the history behind it which was fascinating. Our guides took amazing photos for us and the stunning scenery. We were also provided with an amazing lunch with a vegetarian option for my friend. I highly recommend this experience! Vinaka !

Very good location. 16 zips are enough to fulfill anyone's desire for zipping. The view is awesome from the top, although you have to hike alot. Get ready for endless steps. But the property is poorly managed. Paths are not cleaned, sipder webs everywhere. Biggest concern the zipping gloves are torn and can hurt the person. Also most of zipping landing station don't have proper safeguard. Cushion was missing at most of the landing zone. My wife actually hurt her leg twice while approaching the end.

First of all pick up from the hotel with amazing driver , the people over at zip line are awesome 💯 are super cool so friendly and like to talk to you they will make you laugh for sure . Zip line are 16 lines، 6 you go upstairs then the rest going down , the longest 250 meters. Plus there is a cave to see ( OHO cave) Which means too many lived in this cave People back then used to live and hide in this cave away from cannibals ( humans eaters) now no more Fijian people are so friendly and funny. Once we finished they offered us free lunch and soft drink . I highly recommend zipline Fiji Big Johnny , Nat, Roben , Scotty those guys are the best Thanks a lot for such a wonderful experience

We enjoyed our experience doing the ziplines with this company. The transfer vehicle was comfortable. The men who did the ziplines were incredibly fun and nice. The women who cooked did a great job (meal portion was enough and tasty, but the meal was simple: chicken, potato, and rice). I really appreciated the workers taking my camera and capturing MANY photos for our family. They took pictures with different filters, a variety of videos, and they allowed me to enjoy the experience without trying to capture the memories myself. Bring mosquito repellant!

Best experience of 16 zip lines, I am glad we had booked this. Keep insect repellent if you plan to visit the caves. Carry enough water, it can get hot and humid. They have great guides who will be with you throughout the adventure. Very nice people, it makes the overall experience even better.

What a great experience we had doing the zipline in Fiji. You have a great time and the guys will treat you really well. They are a lot of fun and enjoy their jobs. A little warning, the climb to the top can be quite arduous.

Extremely fun day with Zip Fiji. Our family of 5 had a great time. Our 12, 9, and 4 year old were all able to zip line, the youngest was treated like a princess the whole time and we all had the best time. Cody and Revi specifically made the day fun for us all. A great outing for our family.

Really fun, just be ready to climb because in order to go down a mountain, you first must go up. Takes about 10-15 minutes to get everybody in gear and have the instructor tell you how the day will go. You will also get to go inside a cave once you reach the top and get some history. The instructors are very friendly and encouraging for those who are scared or struggling physically. Would highly recommend to everyone.

We had a great morning with John, Ben and the boys. My daughter was very nervous to begin with so much so I thought we wouldn’t be able to go but John was so good with her and helped her the whole way and gave her the confidence she needed to do it her self. The cave and absailing was good fun but the zip lining was the highlight

This was one of our absolutely favorite activities we did during our stay! I would highly recommend doing the abseiling (rappelling) in addition to the zipline. No worries about experience level, they take care of everything. The videos and pictures they took were amazing. We felt safe the whole time, and they even carried our water bottles for us. After the zipline they had lunch and drinks waiting for us. There were also some women who had a table set up with items to buy, so if you need a souvenir you can shop here as well.

Every part of this experience was incredible!!! The staff are friendly and very accommodating and make what would be a tough hike to the top fun and interesting! The zip lines were incredibly safe and secure and the small break in the cave on the mountain was beautiful just be careful of the bats! After the zip lining was done, they served us delicious food and drinks and had a fun souvenir shop to browse! Overall this has been the best part of my trip to Fiji so far!! Thank you zip Fiji staff!!!
