I’m officially over stopping at this Chick-fil-A. Just about every time I’ve ordered here my food was not to my liking. I really despise those pre made wrapped earlier in the morning biscuits. Which is why I specifically ask for fresh soft buttered biscuits when I order. The hash browns are usually hard or skimpy in quantity. I had stopped ordering here but this morning I decided to stop in on my way to work. Wish I would’ve kept going. I really dislike not getting what I paid/asked for. The drive thru usually moves kind of fast.

Upset with how the manager replied back to me when I asked why my medium size mac & cheese was not filled like it normally is, filled to the brim. Manager said that is what they are serving tonight! They are ripping me off on the max and cheese! Very upsetting and low customer service skills shown!

My son has Sensory Processing Disorder and we have been coming there since he could chew real food…. He absolutely loves the breaded nuggets but recently they changed the breading and now he won’t eat them. You can tell a visible difference, they are nearly naked now. We have over 10,000 points and it’s because he eats there so much. If they cannot fix this issue sadly we will not return. I’m hoping this gets the right person’s attention and they realize that people do notice when you change something. I’m hoping this was a mistake in ordering or trying a new vendor but I’m telling you to please go back to the original way of doing it or we will not be customers any longer.

So disappointed with this chik filet. There is almost never any one at the side counter where deliver services go to pickup food from the chik filet employee. I literally stood inside of chik filet and saw an employee who was talking with another coworker then walked from the main counter and put his back toward me and not offer any assistance or asked if I needed assistance. The food here is good but the customer service is not.

What a great experience. This location hosted a “Daddy and Daughter” evening. Was a 1950’s theme. Staff were in character and awesome. After dinner and some small activities - a limo was included to end the evening. Drove around the area for a few minutes. We both had a great experience and will do it again next year. I highly recommend this event and Chick-Fil-A. Bonus special guest showed up - love the cows

I don’t remember the guy’s name next to the trainer on his badge but friendly and helpful. I don’t often order fast food but I had points to burn that were due tomorrow. Gave me all the information needed and the food came out promptly. Food was good for a fast food chain… grill chicken was warm and my ice cream was good :)

This is my local CFA location. I have never truly had any issues at this location. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I wanted to uplift the manager Nick for his accomplishments. He went above and beyond to explain the new guidelines CFA had during one of my orders. He was a great leader!the saddest part about some of the changes is not being able to get a larger size in ice cream. It’s either the kid cup or a milkshake. No ice dream cup or quartz any longer. Makes it extremely difficult to enjoy CFA’s ice cream. Anyways, thank you all for always working with my and my ice cream addition :)

We come here often because it’s close. Lately there has been problems with my orders. Today is the final straw. I asked for grilled nuggets and received fried. No side of pickles, sandwich had pepper jack instead of Colby jack, and not a single straw for 3 people. As busy as the line waiting is, now I got to check every single item in the bag or maybe they should pay attention better. My ticket on the bag is even wrong, I guess the woman taking my order needs a hearing aid. What happened to Chick-fil-A service and food being above the rest?

at 4:45pm Nov 30th, i ordered curb side. I waited around 10 mins which is fine because it seemed busy but the hispanic young lady with a headset of short stature with black hair basically threw my food at me once i confirmed my name and walked away. No signature “my pleasure” after i said thank you and by then she had already turned around. If Food service is too much for you, find another job. Hope this girl is retrained because she makes this establishment seem incompetent.

I was very satisfied from the time I pulled up until the time I took a bite. It was the best chick fil a sandwich I’ve ever had. It was so fresh and hot. I was very happy and the girl that took my order amazing job thanks

Stopped by for a quick bite after a doctor’s visit. Always pleasant as expected at Chick-fil-a, even in drive-through.

the manager , the name is kelly , half size she literally had an whole attitude when doing my order then i receive the food she THREW it and a fry literally slapped my face , please terminate but your employee kalyssa jones she was so nice and genuine such a sweetheart
