The that good from this hotel is only people in resto, They all very friendly. On my 2nd day, I have problem with my room and I ask to receptionist to get confirmation and I surprised with their reaction, I just inform something wrong with my room but their response try to blame on me, ridiculous. I dont wanna complain with their bad, but they forced me to do that. In future you should open for every information from customer, how can you be better if you arr so defensive with all information (please, this only information not criticism, I cant imagine how selfish you are when you get criticism). But i love the food in resto

The hotel looks okay for 5stars hotel. The room is spacious, neat and clean. No bathtub. There is living room and work desk which is good to have a working area. The pillow looks so old, but still comfy. However, the pillow case is not maintained and cannot be a standard for 5 stars hotel. The rooms were location in a building without a sound proof, so you can hear someone going out from their room even in the different floors. There are lots of attractions and activity grounds inside the hotel. Overall, its good as 4stars hotel instead of 5stars one.

Amazing Hotel! As an avid traveler I stay quite often in various hotels, so I can definitely say the K-Gallery Hotel is a top choice. The hotel, rooms and facilities are all very clean and new. Super spacious rooms with great utensils. The view from the restaurant with the „activity garden“ is also superb. I was traveling for business, but for families there’s plenty of stuff to explore even within the hotel facilities. And big shoutout to the restaurant and staff. Very friendly waiters and the food is really delicious. Overall a very good experience and definitely worth the money!

Great place and very near to Surabaya… Room is spacious and cozy, with big bed as well. A lot of games for children, but you need to spend at least 50k for every game (a bit pricey🤭) The pool is jot that big as well, so do not expect you could actually swim here. It is more suited for children… But overall the hotel is great with wonderful scenery. Supposed it still keeps expanding the area… One more thing, pls keep up the foods ya. It is less favored last time we visited… 😉

I got the room on the 1st floor. The room was spacious. The view was great. It also has a great yard for kids to play n run.

I think this hotel should be the greates hotel in Pasuruan. They had completely good facilities and services as well as beautiful views. I love being here with my kid since they had rabbit house, horses, fish pools, swimming pool and many more. It was very entertaining. And fortunately the visitors have an access to come to their entertainment facilities without checking in the hotel. Just come and enjoy your adventure with the kiddos. It’s free for entrance, unless you want to interact with the animals.

Room is so spacious, neat and clean. Love it. Good for children and family friendly. For a group meeting purpose, please make sure you have enough data cos the internet connection was limited. Access to meeting room was also limited until 20.00.

A beautiful, elegant, modern minimalist hotel with a very large play area. Lucky to be allowed to enter the private area which is full of stables keeping various animals and plants, as well as black swans, ponies, mares, etc.

Not too far from surabaya so going here as daytrip is very possible. Good healing option for surabaya' people. Love its italian restaurant. They serve good pizzas and agli olio. Many activities for kids (archery, horse riding, ATV, animals feeding).

Just pass by this place for a cup of coffee. The location is pretty far from a crowd with excellent air and good for a quick refreshment. Food menu is worth it. Service is excellent. The Most favorable to me is the view and atmosphere which is suitable for such an introvert person like me. Quite, calm, fresh air and affordable.

ICC activities quite fun for kids. Pony riding, horse riding, molly is offspring of bolly and ully =) .. there are stables, fishing for kids, the restaurant prego is delicious. The activities ends at 4PM so better arrive early.

The hotel is leafy, comfortable, the view towards Mount Penanggungan is truly amazing. the rooms are spacious and clean. Keep it up!

Im going with my fams and booked 5 room for each, rooms are good same as the detail of bed, bathroom etc. The food seems to be okay, the facility are variable. BUT, THERES ONE ASPECT THAT MAKES THIS HOTELS AT RISK, THE CONDITIONER, SHAMPOO, SOAP ARE TOTALLY BAD, PLEASE DO CHANGE YOUR VENDOR.

The hotel seems really different with the outside. But, unexpectably, the hotel has beautiful side of architecture. With humble service and great following activities, many people can bring their children without worrying them feel boring. Many people come here and just do many nice facilitation they have.

all I have is praise for this hotel. from the security staff that warmly welcomed us in the main gate, Mas Ferry the receptionist and the concierge that assist us from check in until check out (too bad I didn’t see his name tag ☹️) buat Mas-masnya dan Bapak security terima kasih banyak. the room is spacious, like super spacious 😂 everything is clean. even the refrigerator is clean and cold too. and one thing that I love the most is the bathroom! 1/3 of the room is the bathroom. for mother with toddler that afraid with narrow bathroom this is definitely a plus! even they have a double bathroom sink so it’s easy to clean baby milk bottle. I came when it just rained and the next morning the sun came up. rainy and sunny day's stay at this hotel are both beautiful in their own way and for a hotel that surrounded by trees there are no mosquito in our room. there are so many review about activities for kids so I will skipped it but if you have time you should tried the foods. from indonesian, italian and korean everything is delicious (seafood pizza is 🫰🏻)

It was so adorable for staying here. The ambience was lovely, staffs were helpful and humble. I love the concept of tge building, its bring a factory style with the greeneries around. Love it. Also the facilities such as playground for kids, swimming pool, the lake are awesome. Soooo great.

It's a 5 star hotel (according to Google and they are hanging a certificate) Room: Very spacious, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom equally divided and huge. No bathtub tho. Bed itself is huge can fit 4 people supposedly. They combine 2 twin bed as 1 king size bed. AC centralised, if you don't feel cold enough you can ask front desk to adjust it for you. TV is just meh, usual channel with not so good image quality. Breakfast: Extremely poorly made. Variant are not so much. If you compare with 2 or 3 star Hotel, they maybe may have better offering. But you get free tea time and ice cream in the afternoon after you check in. But seriously this need a lot of improvement. Activities: Yup they provide a lot of activities here. So after doing breakfast you could join (and pay) for it. Archery, horse riding, pain ball shoot, rabbit feeding, ATV riding, swan boat, Thai boxing. The price is not cheap but yeah for your child happiness it's worth paying for.

Owned by Korean. Good for kids, they can have a lot of experiences to try here. There are horse, rabbit, fish and swan feeding, horse riding, fishing, harvesting, crafting and many more. Parking lot a bit packed during weekend and public holiday. Would like to return soon and try to stay at the hotel.
