생긴지 얼마안되서 깨끗해요. 직원들도 친절하고요. 수영장이 있어서 수원근교 다른 메리어트브랜드보다 선호도가 높을듯요. 17층에 있고 실외오픈되어있어서 좋았어요. 수영장은 현재는 하루종일 이용할 수는 없고 1박기준 한타임(1시간50분)만 이용할 수 있어요. 좀 아쉬운 부분. 주방비슷한 곳이 있어 암때나 이용가능합니다. 인계동에 있어서 여러방향에서 접근성이 좋을듯합니다.

오픈한지 오래되지 않아 시설이 깨끗하고 행사 진행하는데 불편함이 없이 지원을 잘 해주어 깔끔하게 끝낼수 있었다 끝난후 행사요원들과 카페에서 여유있게 인스타용 수영장을 앞에 두고 티타임 아주 좋았어요 회의실, 인스타용 수영장, 식사는 코스요리 메리어트계열이라니 최고의 시설이 완비된듯 주차장 시설도 지하, 1층 후면에 여유가 있다

Very very VERY disappointing hotel. Extremely tiny room for 2 person. No space to put your luggages or even clothes. We booked for 7nights, stayed one night and checked out the next morning at 10am. Do not trust their photos. They are fake. They charged us for 2nights even though we stayed one night and complained few times. What a service and rip off. Do not go here!!

Had a great stay at the Four Points Sheraton Suwon. The hotel is quite new and location is on the quiet side but still very close to the subway and accessible to a lot of restaurants nearby. Their suites are very spacious and clean and we had breakfast at the Eatery which had a ton of choices (both Western and Korean). No lounge as others have said but being a Four Points, I wouldn’t have expected one. Amenities were decent: A gym at the top floor, outdoor pool which opens during summer months and a meeting room. Laundry is also available which was so convenient! Great service at the front desk and at the Eatery - it was our first time in Suwon and would stay here again if we come back :)

새로 생긴 곳이라 외부 내부 모두 깨끗합니다. 업그레이드로 파크뷰 해 주셨지만 파크뷰 느낌은 살짝 아니네요 ㅎㅎ 그래도 모든 시설이 깔끔해서 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다

객실이 깨끗하고 위치도 인계동 외곽쪽으로 있어 조용한 편입니다. 다만 객실 어메니티 및 시설 사용에 제약이 많아 다른 호텔에 비해서 상대적으로 가성비가 떨어져 보입니다

Good location for visiting Samsung, new hotel, my only complaint would be that if you leave air conditioning on while you sleep it operates intermittently so can disturb you

Excellent hotel super recommended there's many shopping to do around the hotel. Many eat shops too

신축 호텔이라 시설은 전반적으로 양호했고 인계동 식당가 근처에, 길 건너는 큰 공원이 있어서 위치도 좋았네요. 특히 체크 아웃 하는 날 비가 좀 내려 택시 잡기가 힘들었는데 Andy Hwang 객실팀장께서 직접 호텔 차량으로 근처 지하철역까지 태워다 주셔서 감동했네요

수원시청근처 핫플에 있는 호텔로 대체적으로 만족함. 풀장도 있음!! 서비스는 대만족이고 완전 쾌적하다. 딱 한가지는 휘트니스센터가 너무.... 협소하고 기구 별로 없음. ㅋㅋ 조식은 초강추!!! 가성비 짱임.

Nice hotel in Suwon. Good location near restaurants. Rooms are nice although the layout is weird. Nice views. Can’t find the toilet initially. Beware the elevators are very very slow. Have to wait 5-10 minutes just to go up and down. No iron in the room for a business hotel. Have to ask front desk. Also the lobby has a steep drop off on the left that is safety hazard for kids.

Room is very small, doesn’t have room for a desk for your laptop. The front desk and restaurant service were excellent, not so much for the managers there. I was wrongly communicate during checked in for the laundry service with my stay package. Was charge extra for that and the manager refused to waive it. Wouldn’t come back.

Not much parking, but otherwise a great stay. Pool is allotted a time slot, and I had it all to myself during the week. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Probably the worst Westin I have stayed in. I enjoyed the stay a d the staff, but there is a God awful sewage smell in the hallways. Maybe it's temporary, but it was there for a full week while I stayed.
