Averaging 20-30k steps per day is exhausting and taxing on the body so we decided to get a massage near our hotel in Myeongdong. We found this place on Google and read all the recent reviews and decided to try for a walk in appointment since they had the best prices. It’s a no frills, straight to business kind of place. They were able to take us right away and we went with the 90 min whole body+lower body+foot care package for 65,000 Won. A GREAT price for the amount of time received. This package requires you to stay clothed and oil is only used on the lower half of the body. The massage focuses on using acupressure techniques and some chiropractic techniques as well. If you’re looking for a more soothing, full body oil experience, get the whole body aroma oil package. The masseuse I had did a fantastic job at immediately finding my problem areas and relieving my tired and tense body. I got stretched and cracked and massaged extremely thoroughly and felt like a whole new person after! He recommended next time we come to make a reservation online as it’ll be guaranteed availability. Fantastic experience overall- highly recommend for weary and tired travelers. They speak some English and also a some Chinese and Japanese.

Great experience. 10/10 would recommend this myeong dong massage. Very professional and skilled. They have couples rooms so we went together. They are polite and ask how much pressure you need and will adjust during if need be. Came out feeling refreshed and limber. The tension and tightness I walked in with is gone. We will definitely be back.

I came in because I had a stiff neck and was in a lot of pain. I informed the masseur about it and we agreed for a 30 mins massage. I wasn't aware of the speciality of Korean acupuncture massage and was very surprised at first, because I was asked to keep my clothes on. The whole experience was very interesting haha and very painful, BUT it helped my pain very effectively. Can recommend!!

BEST SPA IN MYEONGDONG. I came here on a Saturday night and did the foot spa, upper body, and lower body package worth 48,000 KRW for 60min. I had been having body aches for a few days, and the massage really helped a lot. Miss Changhee(?) went beyond my expectations. It was an intense massage but it's because she said my shoulders and buttocks are misaligned so she worked on them. I felt better afterwards I couldn't thank her enough. They also ask if you prefer a man or woman to do it which I appreciate. Highly recommended!

Very lovely people , they made it very easy for me to book in through the messaging service and managed to fit both me and my boyfriend in within an hour of asking. They provide clothes to wear and the massage I got did not require me to take off my clothes which I appreciated and didn't use oil ( only on my lower legs ) I would describe the massage as more of a recovery and stretching massage , the pressure was very hard which is wonderful if you want a good deep massage. The man who was looking after me was a gentleman and very polite and did a wonderful job - especially with the head massage . I would highly recommend!

Mr Pak is a no nonsense, aggressive, high handed, unsympathetic, rough sports massage therapist. If you can't handle pain or rough handling , find someone else or at least don't take the sports acu pressure massage. I am booking him again next week. My back pain miraculously disappeared after the session. Thank you Mr Pak.
