Wanna see Paldal lake view like these picture in front of your eyes? Just visit 팔달 전망대 9th floor. There is no cafetaria there but there is coffee vending machine. There is also VR experience for free but only available at certain hours. Nothing else to see. Just stayed here for 10 mins.

Very nice view of Han River as well as PalDang Dam. Also one can image the scene of DokBaikTan which area was painted by famous artist GyeomJae JeongSun.
