We took the Silent Trollfjord cruise this morning and wanted to congratulate Brim Explorer for a fabulous experience. Despite overcast weather and snow, the trip was interesting and informative, the boat was extremely comfortable and the guide Giulia was first class. We saw sea eagles, heard stories of fishing and living in Lofoten, and were awed by the beauty of the fjord. Even got to taste dried cod! A fabulous experience all round.

I think this is a must do when you are visiting Lofoten islands. A bit pricey at about $100USD per person but if you can afford the experience it is worth it. Their ship “Brim” is modern and hi tech as it cruises very silently and you get the biggest windows on the second floor deck. We got there early (30 mins prior) are were able to get the front facing seats which we enjoyed the entire trip. Nice bar on the first level deck to get some beer and snacks. Staffs are all awesome and excited about their job, they did a side event of underwater drone which is interesting. The tour is about 3.5 hours to Trollfjord and we enjoyed every moment of it.

The best cruise experience by far in northern Norway. Cruise staff, wonderful boat, good soup and marvellous fjord.

We definitely recommend Brim Explorer for whale watching with silent catamaran in Tromsø. We went in November and our guides Christoph and Fred were great! They explained us about Norway specially the islands around while we were cruising and lots of information about different kind of whales and how they behave! You can easily their passion for what they do and on top of that, very funny and knowledgeable people! We loved it and saw plenty of orcas really close to our catamaran! Highly recommended!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the first sailing of the 2023 Silent Trollfjord Cruise aboard the MS Berg. The crew was fantastic, the ship was spectacular and the destination was majestic! An unforgettable experience and a definite must while in Svolvaer.

Excellent tour of Trollfjord! Silent electric boat, no engine noise or vibration, and no fuel stench. You just glide smoothly on the water. Very comfortable and very friendly crew. Highly recommended!

Amazing time, and the guide was very charming

Excellent experience on the silent Trollfjord boat tour. Boat was very comfortable, service was impeccable and facilities were very clean. Views from the boat were amazing and the staff were great at pointing out eagle sightings. Also, coffee and cinnamon buns were very reasonably priced.

The catamaran is nice and modern. The sweet potato and carrot soup they served was good. It was also good to see several white-tailed eagles. The weather, however, was poor and this kept the scenery from being fully appreciated. I would suggest waiting for good weather before you take this trip if you can.

Great boat and crew. Provided some educational insight to the ecosystems as well. A must do! And they allow dogs!

Excellent cruise tour around the island. Great explanations of everything and a very comfortable ride. The fjords are spectacular. A must do when visiting!

I really enjoyed the Silent Trollfjord Cruise with Brim Explorer. It was a great way to get to know the Lofoten. Interesting background was provided about the area and we even spotten several Sea Eagles. The real magic happened when we entered the Trollfjord and the Brim explorer switched to electric only power. Without the noise of running engine it was must easier to experience the beauty of the fjord.

Exceptional experience. We had a super day with a super crew and ship. Also the weather god was with us :-)
