I had the pleasure of embarking on an exciting boat trip with Lofoten Explorer and I must say, it was simply breathtaking! We zoomed across the waters, relishing in the thrill and speed. Rune skillfully navigated the boat, ensuring our safety at all times. Thanks to Rune's precise navigation, we were always able to orient ourselves and track our position. It was a fantastic way to explore the surroundings and ensure we never got lost. During our journey, we were fortunate to spot numerous sea eagles. Observing these majestic birds in their natural habitat was an awe-inspiring experience. With the help of Rune, we could identify their habitats and navigate to the best observation areas. My experience with Lofoten Explorer was good. I did the Eagles safari and Trollfjord. The best moment was to see Eagles in wild state. Trollfjord is OK but it was not amazing for me. The views during route on the speed boat were wonderful all time. The clothes, which they borrow you, is very good for cold and wind. I suggest to wear thermal socks and good shoes for cold and wind. The staff was friendly, but I could not listen very good the explanations of guide during activity because of noise. The total time is 2,5h. The speed boat stops in different places to see eagles. The speed boat is safety. I recommend to do this activity if you want to see Eagles catching fishes and beautiful views. I will not repeat this activity because one time is enough to me and it is cost too much money.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. It was fast and fun, but also safe. We watched the eagles feed and visited the Trollfjord. I would highly recommend this trip.

WARNING: SCAM! DONT GO HERE. RIB-LOFOTEN is 15% cheaper for same tour. We booked a tour here months in advance, and planned our trip accordingly. When it was time to go, the captain/owner refused to take us on board, there were not enough people to make it worth his time. He pressed us to go next day, which we couldn't. He then, complaining loudly, sent us to RIB-LOFOTEN, which had some people waiting and would set sail. The captain of RIB-LOFOTEN was great, but the tour was later and 15% cheaper (quite considerably!) So not only did lofoten-explorer wasted our time, he also earned money from not taking us onboard. Upon contacting the owner he simply refused to pay us back the money and ignored us. Lofoten-explorer was an absolute waste of time and money. Unreliable company, it came close to us not going on a tour at all simply because the captain didn't feel like it. Luckily the captain of RIB-LOFOTEN was great. Go there instead, get yourself the same tour with reliable people for less money!

Must do safari in Svolvaer. It was amazing trip filled with thrill. The guides have good knowledge about the wildlife around the islands and the fjords

We highly recommend this company as we had a perfect experience from start to finish: simple booking system, great welcome at arrival, very good equipment and very knowledgeable and engaging guide. To top it all the eagles are amazing and came really close and so is Trollfjord. As we visited in winter we had it all to ourselves !!

A little steep ($100 American) but the guides are excellent and knowledgeable and we were lucky that the Eagles paid us a close visit.

Great experience! We saw so many sea eagles! The place was well equipped with waterproof suits, gloves and goggles, so you are warm during the trip. The guides were engaging. Highly recommended!

The trollfjord and sea eagle safari tour is highly recommended if you are visiting svolvær/lofoten. When you first get dressed in the suit and glasses it feels funny and very hot but as soon as the boat starts moving then the outfit makes all the sense in the world. It was so cool coming close to the sea eagles and seeing all the beautiful landscape of the trollfjord and of svolvær.

We enjoyed the Trollfjord sea Eagle safari and it was amazing even through the weather was not the best, undortunately the fog came to visit us. We're travelling with a six year old girl and the capitan was taking care of her during the navigation. As well as he explain us a lot of interesting details about the eaglesand the sorroudings
