The hotel is located next to the haven and we had a room with views to the town place and haven. The staff itself is very friendly & helpful. The room was clean, the bed was cozy. I only would complain about the shower glas. After the shower the bathroom is under water - literally😂 The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. There was a big buffet with everything one needs.

Unbeatable location and nice rooms. However the cleaning left alot to the imagination. On check in I had to ask the cleaner to do the floor as there were crisps and hairs on it. Otherwise magnificent hotel with stunning breakfast and views with lovely reception team.

Good hotel for a one night stay! We got in pretty late and the staff were kind. Breakfast had a good selection. Only difficult part was parking as it’s a bit tight but if you’re from a major city this shouldn’t be an issue.

Beautiful view from my room in 9th floor. Room was fine and bed comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with a lot of tastefull options. They got one pub downstairs which is great. Not like a typical hotel bar, more like a local pub. Recommended!

Great hotel with excellent service and excellent restaurant right in the building. Center of the town and Great access to stores. Very spacious room! They even provide robes and slippers! The breakfast is extremely goooooood! Definitely worth a second visit in the future!

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff who looked after us for our visit. Bedrooms arefirst class, greattv, coffee and tea facilities. First class and in sparkling condition. Wifi was a little weak, we wers on an upper floor, so hardly a problem. Mini bar was expensive so beware. Buffet breakfast was ace, so too was dinner. A greatstay.

Great location. The parking lot was full both nights so I had to street meter park with the app easy app. Recommend to reserve parking the day of your check in. Comfortable and clean bed. Amazing breakfast!

Another fantastic stay with the Thon hotels. Extraordinary breakfast spread, very cozy rooms with a beautiful view from the windows. Very welcoming staff. Anyone who is complaining must be crazy because this is the second Thon hotel I've stayed at and both times have been a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I normally prefer Clarion, however this one is excellent. Enjoy breakfast from 8.30 after the masses have finished and if you're up for a special secret spot where you could even enjoy a cigarette, check out the roof at 10. Floor. You can go by elevator or use the outside staircase.

Wonderful hotel! Spectacular views from the 8th floor and decorated really well. Staff were very polite and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast had a great selection. Perfect location to explore the Lofoten islands.

A good hotel near the sea. Some rooms have good views of the harbor and the sea. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the it was quite clean. The rooms were decently sized with ample moving space. The TVs had many local and foreign channels to suit the guests preference. The breakfast provided was diverse and there were many dishes and food to choose from. The dishes were also served warm and there was even live piano music during breakfast time. The food was good and there were local delicacies for the guests to pick.

Let's start with Brigitte! She showed us how to make lattes and gave us great advice about our upcoming stay in Bergen. So personable! Made a great impression on us---and everything about breakfast was fabulous! Shower was hot and room was well-appointed. Our one suggestion is to reorganize your basement parking. We struggled to get in and had to move linens carts to get out---and were still squeezed against a pole.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. The room was comfortable. We had one evening meal here. We were part of a group and were not sure what to expect. We were not disappointed. All 3 courses were delicious and well presented. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. So much choice.

Booked a 3-night refundable stay and then requested it to be shortened to 1-night months before the reservation. No follow up and charged me for 3-nights as a no show. Have followed up with the hotel multiple times and was told they are going to refund me the 2 nights, but it's been over two months with no progress. Very poor customer service and follow up. Update 10/27/2022 - After emailing yet again I received a response from the hotel and two days later a credit for the two nights. I appreciate them finally making this right but frustration how much of my time and effort it took. Updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

One start for breakfast only, the rest was horrible. I got room 338 and I had to climb 2 sets of stairs with my luggage after getting to 3 floor! No help was offered. I booked a double bed and got a twin, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The guy at the reception wasn't nice or helpful. When I asked if I could park in front of the hotel entrance (I didn't want to pay 20 dollars for 1 night of the hotel parking obviously) he told me "I don't know, look at the sign". Seriously? Also the room wasn't clean enough, dirty carpets. No way it's a 4 star hotel and it's worth the price.
