Great place for fun and an excellent way to exercise! The toddler session is great and an absolute must to go to with your toddlers.

I recently took the kids to Base Jump Trampoline Park, and we had an absolute blast! The park offers loads of fun activities to keep the little ones entertained, and I must admit, I couldn't resist joining in on the action myself. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. It's great to find a place where the kids can burn off some energy while having a fantastic time. If you're looking for a fun day out with the family, I'd highly recommend giving Base Jump a visit. The kids will love it, and you might just find yourself bouncing around with a big grin on your face too. Top-notch fun!

We had been for a birthday party today and the place was fun. Kids will love it. The staff members were friendly. There is a place to view the area where kids are playing and also a small area for younger kids to be occupied. There is a cafe where we can get food and drinks for reasonable prices. There are toilets facilities inside the building & ample parking spaces. Overall, a good place for kids to spend around 1 hour on the trampolines & related activities.

My son absolutely loves it here, we always go during the week (toddler session) it's not too busy so he gets to jump freely without the worry of crashing Into others. Very well priced for the time you get to stay.

Great size car park, easy to find. The staff throughout were amazing. My 2 children loved it. The briefing before jumping wasn't too long. The cafe is reasonably priced. Toilets were clean and baby changing in the ladies. Seating upstairs and downstairs. Lockers are free to use, a member of staff kindly helped me to sort one out. Looking forward to coming again soon.

We’ve just returned from the most incredible visit. We haven’t been since the change in name but myself and my boys (5&2) had the best visit. The staff were amazing (see photos) one was teaching my eldest to jump against the wall while the other built towers with my littlest. It was nice and quiet and instead of the staff standing around doing nothing, they joined in and ensured the kids had a great visit. We used the cafe too for an ice cream and a drink and the staff were just as lovely and chatty. We can’t wait for our next visit very soon.

I took my little one for his 2nd birthday and he loved it. The staff were absolutely amazing and made his birthday really special. They wished him a happy birthday and really interacted with him which was lovely too. The food was really good too. We can’t wait to go again.

First time at Oxygen, We didnt book as we turned up on Wednesday at 9.10am and we got straight in. We were supprised how big the area is. All areas are clean and tidy, staff are very friendly. Big fans inside keep the areas cool. Our 3 year old loves the ball pit and the trampolines We ordered food here, a double chicken burger with chips, side of chips, loaded fries, churros 2 cold drinks and a slushy and its all come to £34.50 very pleased. Well done to the team !

Cannot fault the staff from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave, nothing is too much. All of them are friendly, helpful, willing to play with the children and have a chat with them. The food is good, the drinks are good and everything is clean and tidy. 100% would recommend Oxygen Rayleigh for any day and would definitely recommend the parties, always a great experience. 10/10!!

Took all four of my children ages 10 - 4 and they all absolutely loved it. Loads of variety of activities to do and sessions run long enough to get value for money. Staff are all kind and helpful and site is very clean.

First of all great fun for the kids highly recommended. Bad side is parking is bad as to many cars but thats bound to happen as its a busy place. My grip is that my kids were booked for 12.30 but were not allowed in until nearly 12.40 and then they were finished at 13.30. It was meant to be an hour. We did orientation online so they would get full hour. Disappointed

First visit and no one explained what to do or where to go. The kids loved the place which is monitored really well. The facilities are great. Toilets are filthy and the staff on the cafe need training as we waited over 20 minutes for a latte and ice latte which they were really struggling with and there wasn't a big queue. Maybe once staffing is sorted out this place will be amazing x

The place itself is great, my boy loved all the jumping at his friends birthday party. The staff hosting the party were great and the staff around the floor were generally great. My gripe that has dropped this from a 5star to 3 star review is the cafe. My boy wanted a drink so rather than just buy a cold drink for him, I decided to have a cappuccino @ £3.25 To my shock after paying for said cappuccino, the server then went on to start making me an instant coffee. When I questioned that I have paid for a cappuccino and surely she can't be making instant, she simply referred to the coffee machine and said its broke nonchalantly. If this is the company policy, then I am shocked!!!

I had the best time. I booked in to the toddler sensory with my twin girls, all the staff made it so easy for me. I even could relax while 2 of the lovely staff went in the soft play and the trampolines with my girls so I could have a cuppa. Staff were very knowledgeable about safety which made me relax. My daughters absolutely loved it and were exhausted after visiting. Had a lovely chat with the lady in the cafe while I grabbed my cuppa too! I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff made it the best day for me! 🥰

I would recommend Oxygen to anybody. Every staff member was friendly, polite and courteous from the main desk until the very end. The staff around the jumping areas were extremely pleasant and answered all questions in a professional and friendly manner. The jumping areas are safe and well maintained with plenty of variety and choice of things to do (the Ninja Warrior ramp was amazing!). There was always somebody around making sure everyone was safe and could answer questions or give advice. The cafè staff were exceptional with a special mention to Simon who was, without a doubt, the most friendly and polite member of the Service Industry I have ever encountered. Above and beyond does not cover it. Impeccable service and he made sure we were happy and had everything we needed during the course of our meal. The food and drinks were very fairly priced and came out hot and fresh. A great menu and the meal deal for kids (although we didn't have one) is really great value for money. It was our very first visit and it certainly will not be our last. A relaxed, welcoming environment with safety being as paramount as fun. Great for kids and grown ups. Parking is ample and convenient, too, which is always an added bonus. Thank you to everyone at Oxygen for such an amazing experience.

I attended a toddler session with my son on a Tuesday morning who had the time of his life. The centre was fairly quiet, so had plenty of space to enjoy the various sections in comfort unlike other trampoline venues we have been to in the past. The staff we encountered were all really helpful and friendly and my little boy really enjoyed the games set up for him. Would highly recommend to anyone with active children as it is great to tire them out and great value for money.

Oxygen is one of my kids favourite place to go. We had a birthday party on the weekend for my son and it was one of the best experience. from the start to the end, including the play ,the safeguarding of children, from the food to cutting cake distributing cake, everything was just so organised and on time and was very easy. I did not have to worry about anything. staff is amazing and very responsible !the ambience and the vibe is great and very relaxed yet very organised and welcoming. I love the interior and colours and how it is beautifully done. It's hygienic and I highly recommend it. Oxygen is offering much more variation in play , it accommodates almost all ages Whoever goes there can have fun.

I took my twin boys to oxygen at the weekend, they had a great time. So much to do and the cafe is much improved since it was base jump. More to choose from and good prices

100% recommend the toddler sensory sessions! We went for the first time for my sons 2nd birthday and it was amazing - free range of the facility with only other little ones there - my son and his friends had the best time, and his friends siblings (and dads!) are now begging to go too.

Loved it. Toddler session was perfecr for my little boy. Stuff for him to do, variety incl the soft play and stuff for adults too aka the ninja section!

Hasn't changed much in 5 years, but that's not a particularly bad thing. The instructions are clear, and the staff do their best but as you can imagine, it's a bit like organised chaos. There's no Vegan food available, unless you want plain nachos. There are some crisps available, but that's it. Book early, and if it's going to be a regular thing, keep the socks!

This place is amazing! I’m a carer for a 5 year old autistic boy. We come every Friday and the staff are amazing. Special thank to Caitlin and Ellie, who have been amazing with me and the little boy I look after, there isn’t anything they wouldn’t do for us! Definitely coming back !!

The staff within the toddler session are fantastic! I didnt get both their names but one is called Kaitlyn and I couldn't thank the 2 of them more! My daughter had the best day there.

OK where do I start ? On arrival absolute shambles getting the kids sorted before party ... the staff were friendly but didn't have a clue.. the lift wasn't working so I had to sit downstairs and miss watching the kids play ... promised a free drink never got it ... absolute organised chaos ... party was awful no atmosphere no music and the host was as miserable looking as I felt .. don't recommend.. not worth the 220 pounds

We couldn't buy a drink as cafe shuts whilst trampolining still going. No vending machine or water fountain....had a load of hot, thirsty children. I suggest you take a water bottle. Would have liked something to eat and drink. Staff doing a good job though.

Must say, I wasn't impressed by the staff at the entrance. Found them rather rude and unfriendly. This is ment too be exciting for kids and families. I didn't want to put a downer on them so we went in. But under another circumstances I would have walked out. Don't know if I will ever go there again 😕 and I'm finding it really bad that if you want to go and look after you child/children that are under the age of 6. You have to pay £16 or more for socks, just to look after your child.

Well organised fun for many age groups, food leaves a lot to be desired and drinks could be cheaper. Nothing near by to pop out and buy anything else and they know it, bring your own food and drinks for a better value day. All in all a good day for the kids.

Great place for kids to run off some energy. Has free parking, but limited spaces. Has rock climbing wall, and foam put, as well as obstacle course and the trampolines. There is a separate area for under 5s, which is a soft play for them, which keeps them safe. The staff are helpful, and the food is good.

My son loved his Base Jump birthday party! The staff could not have been more lovely & accommodating! They really outdid themselves making sure we had everything we needed and were amazing at supervising and dealing with a group of rowdy 11 year old boys. Big shout out to Lili & Jessica, who were above & beyond outstanding. We always love Base Jump, it’s clean, friendly, & fun, and we highly recommend their parties. Will definitely be back!

Took my 3 year old to the toddler session and she had such a great time. It was quiet which meant that she had loads of room to explore. The staff were really friendly and the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend and we'll certainly be back!

Kids thoroughly enjoyed two hours of bouncing, jumping and diving off of platforms. There is plenty to do for those jumping with a reasonable on site cafe for those watching (was only taking cash payments). Generally good value.

Kids love it, adults love it, take grippy socks or some available to buy. Definitely book and sign waver before hand, shaves some time. Arrive 15 mins before to see the video about death and how not to have fun! But take notice as its health and safety after all.

  • 1/5 Laura S. 2 years ago on Google
Not sen friendly at all, the safety video tells all the children that everything they do wrong in there will lead to broken bones, dislocated bones or sudden death. There was a kids party and they were all screaming from the video then got told off by staff. The staff did not know how to smile the atmosphere was really bad, so dirty, none of the tables were cleaned, rubbish all over floor, spilt drinks that people kept stepping in with just socks. My daughter was top scared to go on anything as all she kept thinking about was death and due to being autistic spent the whole time having bad thoughts because of the safety video. It could be done better like other trampoline parks. Toilets so dirty, no staff supervising at foam pit and gladiator game. A total free for all don't waste your money and hope of having an enjoyable time

It was our first time at base jump few weeks ago and I have to say the lady at the reception point was really lovely and patient (explained everything to me step by step ) which I was really happy about, but once we went inside it was very hot (regardless the side door was opened ) to the point that my boys couldn't enjoy themselves for longer than 30 minutes ,with breaks for water .I would recommend this place for colder days like in autumn or winter definitely. Apart of that it's very nice place to go with kids .
