The customer service from this store is excellent. I had a question about the lining of a wellington boot. The rep sent me a photograph of the lining to help me decide about my purchase. How many stores would do that for you? It resulted in a purchase.

I checked online and found that they were offering the Barbour jacket I wanted 20% off the price showing instore. That discounted price included postage - or you could buy it click and collect. Unsurprisingly I was given the online price. I assume that if I hadn't asked the question that I would have been charged full price. If that is right then I don't think that is fair on the non savvy. Mind you, it was just my good luck that I spotted it as I was in fact looking at prices being charged by other sellers. And a £58 saving is a lot!

Poor website listing and intransigent customer service. I ordered some Brabantia bin bags from them on-line. The title of the listing was misleading as to the number of bags I would receive. When I emailed customer service they would not admit that the website was misleading nor that it could be improved. It was as though they didn't see anything wrong with the wording. I could have easily bought the same bin bags cheaper from high street stores such as John Lewis.

I had been looking for some Barbour leather boots which I found on the Philip Morris & Son website at a very good price. I ordered them on the Friday afternoon and they arrived early Saturday morning. I’m very happy. Thank you
