We pulled up to the entrance barrier and could not figure out how to get in. All signage seemed to be saying that you could only enter if you'd pre-booked on their app (we hadn't). Thank goodness we didn't have a queue forming behind us. Actually had to press the help button to be told that where you put your ticket in also will dispense a ticket (which you can later pay for in the usual way) if you press the button that doesn't look like a button... Marvelous. Seriously, all it needed was a "press here if you haven't pre-booked" sign. Once inside, exit signs for both cars and pedestrians were either non-existent or unhelpful. All in all, not the best experience.

Fantastic location, easy to access and park. Lots of spaces at the time of my visit (11am on Monday) and fairly reasonably priced. Clean and tidy. Plenty of PlayStations and a booth. Two lanes to get in and out to reduce queueing times, although I didn’t have to queue during my visit. Will use again on my next visit.

Even though it says closes at 9pm you are able to leave the car park after that time.

Rolled in, got my ticket at the entrance from Orchard street. Drove out after 45 minutes and exited for a total of £1.85. I can't fault it. Just make a left when you exit after you put you ticket in the machine and flash with your card. Good service.

This car park was hard to park due being very busy, I also noticed there wasn't many disabled parking spaces, the parking bays are narrow so can be difficult to park if you have a larger vehicle but also very handy once you park as you can wander around town but this car park also has a booking system online so you can book a space before arriving

Get there before 9am and you can get the "early bird" deal which lets you stay until 9pm for just £4.50! I mean, that is just an unbeatable price. Get out of bed, you lazy so-and-so and make the saving. I also lost my ticket on day and the voice through the ticket machine was very helpful and I was out of the car park and on my way in about 5 minutes.

Relatively expensive for daily use, but there are always spaces and the car park appears fairly secure.

Big mistake if you use NCP car park no staff no security and smashed windows if you live bag in car or anything!!!

Parked the car then I found out you got to pay with only a card didn't see no sign out side saying card only

Plenty of space the day that I visited but I thought it to be rather expensive just over two hours cost me £6.95.
