This
corporation
is
becoming
worse
and
worse.
They
raise
prices
and
reduce
services.
It
used
to
be
if
you
paid
for
a
trainer,
(which
is
very
expensive)
you
had
access
to
everything.
That
is
no
longer
the
case.
They
expect
you
to
not
only
pay
for
the
trainer
fees,
but
also
higher
membership
fees.
The
kids
club
hours
are
a
joke,
and
now
also
only
available
with
the
higher
membership,
even
if
you're
paying
the
training
fees.
So
rates
were
raised,
services
were
reduced
and
there
are
constantly
3
or
4
people
standing
behind
the
counter
doing
nothing.
What
exactly
am
I
paying
for?
The
one
and
only
reason
we're
still
with
this
gym,
paying
everything
we're
paying,
is
because
of
our
personal
trainer.
If
he
goes,
we'll
go.
Also,
they've
made
it
so
that
you
can't
do
anything
over
the
phone.
You
can't
even
call
the
gym.
If
you
need
something,
you
literally
have
to
go
in,
in
person
for
assistance.
