This corporation is becoming worse and worse. They raise prices and reduce services. It used to be if you paid for a trainer, (which is very expensive) you had access to everything. That is no longer the case. They expect you to not only pay for the trainer fees, but also higher membership fees. The kids club hours are a joke, and now also only available with the higher membership, even if you're paying the training fees. So rates were raised, services were reduced and there are constantly 3 or 4 people standing behind the counter doing nothing. What exactly am I paying for? The one and only reason we're still with this gym, paying everything we're paying, is because of our personal trainer. If he goes, we'll go. Also, they've made it so that you can't do anything over the phone. You can't even call the gym. If you need something, you literally have to go in, in person for assistance.

This use to be a great gym but now it's complete trash! They continue to raise rates and at the same time they take away benefits from us. You use to be able to tan for free with a $20 membership but now it cost $40. They took away the cardio theater and replaced it with a stretching room that only the trainers can use. Speaking of the trainers, they are weak and scrawny and look like they've never lifted a weight in their life, do you really want to take advice from someone whos not even lifting? Yet alone pay the outrageous fees. The place is filthy, before covid there were porters cleaning at all times and now I never see them on the floor but you'll sure see 5 or 6 people standing at the front desk doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. For anyone reading this save your money and go somewhere else and get more for your hard earned money.

Seems like when they open up their O’Fallon club fitness the cleanliness of the restrooms/showers have went downhill .I get there at the crack of dawn so I can work out before I go to work. I saw one of the Personal trainer they didn't even smile nor was welcoming n kept saying no instead of finding a solution,. She said I could work out till 830 till the manager showed up /three hours. . She did not even know a contact number or even try to find one .the gym is nice with new equipment with plenty to offer. Just needs better customer service n care. Instead of saying no to this or tht, proper customer service is "hey let me see what I can do" or "hey u know what, we can do this...". Especially with it being a new place, u want ur guests to come back n share with others good feedback...Just saying with 14 years of customer service experience.

Awesome location and plenty of room. One of the few gyms that made it thru covid-19 to reopen.

I moved out of state two months ago and I can't cancel my account. I've called and only get machines. I try to freeze account online and it won't submit my form. I try to contact online and it won't submit my form. I call and only get machines can't talk to anyone. Tells me to mail a letter like it's 1970 to cancel but how am I supposed to trust that to work if nothing else works. Also can't cancel in person on weekends how am I supposed to cancel?

I like Club Fitness. The inside is clean and up to date. There are plenty of machines and weights so you're rarely waiting to use equipment.

Scammed me...i was a member for years. Then i didnt renew my contract and i cancelled. I seen they were still charging me.... I called was told i had to go in in person to cancel even tho i had moved outta state. I went in twice was told it was done cancelled both times. The lasr time i thought all was ok cause charges stopped. Over a year later now they are trying to sue me turning me over to collections sayin once again i didbt cancel. This should be illegal people need to stand up to them

This place robbed me if $227 tried explaining I thought there was a deal, were impatient. Had to go to the better business bureau. Never stepped foot or used their machines because I literally just got it online. Just beware.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! They need to hire more female workers during the nighttime that's so they can go into the female restroom to clean it. Also, good luck getting ahold of anybody over the phone. There's been several times I've tried to call the facility and there's been no way to get through to a live person.

This particular club is always clean and has friendly folks there, both the people that work there and the people that work out! I'm glad it's my home club.

The staff is friendly, the facility is spacious and very clean including the locker rooms, and the equipment is varied, plentiful, and up-to-date. The selection of heavier kettlebells could be broader, but I can easily work with what they have. I signed up for One Year Platinum membership to get the most use of all the amenities and access to other locations, which cost $479 as of this review - more than reasonable for a gym of this quality. You can try it free for 3 days before committing. Just do it!

Fantastic GYM! Met with the Manager on Sunday and he made the wife and I feel very welcomed and showed us the gym and went over everything and answered all our questions. Then on Monday we met with our Personal Trainer and for me personally it was a great meeting. He was very knowledgeable and supportive of what I was wanting to accomplish. I’m 48 overweight and really never stepped into a GYM before. Huge shot out to Hunter for everything! If you’re looking for a GYM that has everything and Great Staffing, Club Fitness is the place!

A very clean and well kept gym. The staff is super friendly and easy going. I usually don't enjoy the vibes of a gym but I feel right at home here. So many great smoothies to choose from also!

Best gym I have ever been to. Everyone is very helpful, and they genuinely want to help you become the best you that you can be. Great service, great equipment, great people. Bryson really knows how to make a gym welcoming to all, regardless if you are a veteran or a rookie at the gym.

I go here 5 times a week to workout and have a positive experience each time. Has all the machines needed for my workout. Staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10 gym and recommended.

I have been here numerous times in debate on signing up after my car accident. When going in Endia assisted us. She was very honest. We recently was in a car accident so we are very limited on usage. She was very helpful in helping us determine what is best for us. Very knowledgeable and very honest!

Big 24 hour gym with many areas to workout and train. Tanning and massage bed available and free to Black Club members which is a plus. This gym is packed in the evenings when people get off work so be prepared.

Recently learned that they don’t value long term customers. They just downgrade our memberships, only giving you the option to upgrade to get existing perks back…. Time to look for a new gym

My New Gym!!! There is nothing I don’t love about going there! I’m on a mission to be more fit and active. I let a gym that didn’t have the trainers that know what they are doing. I love that Club Fitness is invested in my outcome. I work with a trainer; Blake; one day a week, attend a class one day a week, and I’m solo the other two days that I go. In the last few weeks I feel the change. I feel stronger and my endurance is building. My short term goal is to go to the gym 4days per week. Long term goal is to lose weight consistently until I reach my goal weight.

One of my favorite gyms in the WORLD. When I say this place is clean.....It is spotless! Joe, the general manager, is a wonderful guy! He is always very attentive to customer feedback, and you can tell he truly cares about people's wellbeing. The equipment is top of the line, and kept in good shape. Anytime I come back to the Saint Louis area I come HERE to work out!

There was an issue with my account but the General manager fixed it. What I like is seeing is the cleaning people clean! I left Gold's after 10 years because nothing was clean, nothing was updated. I see at least 2 people or more literally scrubbing machines, dusting, windexing, sweeping. I love that. I even saw corporate guys basically doing the glove test to machines. Many people have left Gold's do to it being filthy. So keep it up CF! I hope to see new equipment added, treadmills being balanced, and a sauna added to the new one in O'Fallon (add a pool, hot tub, and yoga and you'd shut Golds down.) Massage chairs are awesome too btwa Staff seems friendly enough.
