A lovely place in the heart of Ezulwini. Most ammenities and fun is in house. Good happy place!

Great stay. The restaurant really disappointed me... I ask for chicken and dumplings and there wasn't any. Then I wanted sardines same story...the staff in the kitchen really need to up they game.

Iam looking forward to come again. I had my best stay, food was 5 points, service 5 points, location 5 points. I miss eswatini already

Well appointed ground floor room leading onto the 2nd pool in the 'new' wing. In spite of a bit of a hike to the restaurants and bar I'd recommend booking there. We live in Eswatini and had booked in so as to dine at the much hyped and newly re-branded 'Fine Dining' restaurant. In brief, don't bother. 8 menu items (only that I know of through enquiring or unsuccessfully ordering) unavailable. Warm white wine. Waiting staff charming and trying their best in spite of no help or information from the manager or the very slow kitchen. Mains overcooked with virtually raw veggies. We didn't bother with dessert.

Rooms they provided us were not upto the mark. Wifi was not working, Intercom was not functional. WHEN WE COMPLAINED THEY SAID SORRY.. NO ACTION TAKEN. Pools are well maintained, Staff at the restaurant are good. Good breakfast too.

supper not good at all,location is good that it very close to all tourists attractions but very far from the airport so driving from SA is a far better option

I visited this hotel in my childhood and the revisit brought back many fond memories. The hotel survived covid which is amazing and the revamp looks amazing.

I attended my uncles birthday celebration on 22 October 2022. The food was amazing from starters to sweets. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. Parking was sufficient and the staff was friendly. To the chef of the day woww the food was well balanced. Meat in bones was my highlights. I will definitely consider coming back to Eswatini for that meal.

The room I got was incredible. Leads out to the smaller pool. I enjoyed my stay. But the service sometimes lacked speed and correct info.

No water pressure, food was only edible, room smelled moldy, and someone cleaned most of the carpet with bleach. What happened that there was that much bleach poured all over the carpet?

I think their ribs are to die for personally enjoyed their pizza as well forgot the flavour and ambience and aesthetics are gorgeous especially the bar/ lounge area

The Hotel is located just in front of a shopping center, so it's no stress getting the few things you need without driving. Parking is safe ,there are security guards 24/7. Rooms vary by price ,very neatand are cleaned regularly, the environment is awesome! Staff is effective and efficient and professional. Food ohhhhh super!

Rooms not bad, breakfast ok at best service at restaurant shocking , most of menu they don't have stock last time I stayed there they didn't even have coke, which by the way costs R35 a tin. Employ more staff and make sure you can supply what you have on your menuand reviews will be positive
