Service is terrible! The place is always unable to host I'm even not sure if they are still in business or what. I ve tried 3 different times to book,unsuccessful then I went physically, I could nt get inside, either no response and you will wait outside till you leave

Room ok to sleep but not to do some work

Took my money for two nights and even asked for a 50 percent deposit even tho I paid online . Been trying to get a refund. Found other suitable places ! Couldn’t even call their number and they don’t have WhatsApp which is Norma for local businesses! Odd!

Respectful staff members,clean,comfortable beds,white & clean towels, the shower is to die for

Lovely people and the staff. The place is absolutely clean. Swaziland people very friendly surely I would visit next time.

Stayed here last year for some work I was doing in eswatini and I arrived during lunch time with a booking done prior and ready to prepare for my day ahead. I wanted to check in and they told me they didnt have that information so they went and verified my booking, so they had to call the owner who i then had to re-verify myself just because they didnt believe me and then when they did eventually see my booking they made me wait outside the premises until they were done cleaning and preparing - Horrible Experience honestly
