This hotel is like a holiday resort with superbly designed villas The interior of these villas are 5 star The restuarant is of high standard and can be compared to any restuarant in Europe and SA A swim in the pool at night is delightful and refreshing The bar is well stocked with a wide variety The sundowners is a must A place to stay for a holiday many sight to visit and the Kings Castle is walking distance from hotel The gardens are well looked after with beautiful fountains !

There are certain small things which if attended to would move this place from good to great

It's an excellent place to be, especially for private visits for families self catering accommodation it's optional, pool bar and restaurant and adjustable meeting/wedding auditoriums further very beautiful gardens for outdoor events

The hotel comprises of several individual villas. Each villa has a common dininy room and living room. There are different types of rooms in a villa. Very quiet place and we get great views of mountains. Staff are very polite and helpful. Nice restaurant and bar. There is also a pool for members and guests. There is a shoppings mall nearby..in around 10mins drive.

This place was very strange they didn’t notify the guests staying in my villa that they would be sharing the villa or home with other guests. The front desk gave me keys without assisting me to my room and I walked in on the other guests staying at the villa. It was very awkward. They also tried to charge me 800 for a taxi to the old airport when I called local taxis the price was only 350 they also have a currency exchange rate that is far from fair and not even close to the market rate. They treat their guests like walking dollar signs.

What a place. Great food, great choice of food and great people serving it. Pool is awesome too

A cozy place in a great and tranquil location the friendly staff are always ready to assist... however a huge improvement is needed in welcoming the guests and helping them with their luggages The property also need to improve by putting more signs Boards it’s a bit hectic to find

I enjoy the atmosphere at the Villas. Villa 5 sleeps 8, has a pool and is very private. The food is outstanding. Weekend breakfasts are very nice.

The hotel was nice and clean however the staff kept coming in and out in the evening which was very weird and uncomfortable, to say the least. Then the house we were staying at had about 4 bedrooms and we booked two. In the morning we noticed that there are other people staying in the other two bedrooms! imagine! The WiFi didn't work at all for the whole weekend! Very disappointed. It was a bad stay and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Booked a banqueting hall for my mom's birthday. Banqueting co-ordinator was helpful with information, sales and marketing manager was not friendly at all and insisted on providing information not asked when inquiring about certain things. We requested our food to be served at 2 pm but it was served an hour earlier thus when we eventually ate it was cold. When making the booking we were told we can have the hall until 11 pm only to be chased out at 5 pm and bathrooms locked immediately after 5 pm. Overall the customer standard was very poor. Please improve especially for the local customers.

Went here for a weekend away recently and was surprised at how spacious the King Suite was. We got it at a good price online and looks like prices go up in March. Well worth the money. It’s very roomy. Our villa had a private pool and we could use the dining room and lounge. Breakfast was a small selection, service was average. Would stay here again and book out a whole villa.

Excellent service and value for money. Friendly staff who go out of their way to assist. Food top class, even when menu gets limited as a consequence of the pandemic. Is my standard destination when in Eswatini.

Older hotel with villa style setup. Rooms comfy and clean. Fairly spacious. Restaurant was decent with a good meal had.

The accommodation was nice and clean, but the service at the hotel's restaurant was very slow, over an hour wait, and most meals I ordered during my stay were not available.

A little expensive for the quality of service offered..

The food in the restaurant is great.
