    Nando's Matsapha is a good food environment for outings with family. Their service is excellent and their food is inexpensive. I had no issues while I ate there. Wonderful restaurant.

    Actually watched the manager serve her 2 friends in front of me whilst I had actually just made the payment for my call to collect order, really wasn't visible and yet was standing there longer. very poor coz it's not the first time I experience such there disappointed I went back

    Went to this place yesterday and was assisted by Sphelile to place my order. She was so lovely and warm and really loved the service. Nosipho assisted with my order once it was ready. She was also great towards me. Came back today to be dazzled by the Manager Vincent. Haven't been going here but definitely will be doing that much as they really have excelled in service.

    Being from Jhb, I did not have a mask so I was not allowed to dine in. The service was great but not the food. The chicken was dry with little to no sauce and not to mention how dehydrated it looked. The garlic roll was not even toasted enough to let the butter melt. What a disappointment to the Nandos brand.

    Food was great but there was no salt or pepper or any sauces. And when I asked she said sorry there is no sauces. But the guy on the other end of the restaurant had a tray of sauces on his table. Other than that all good

    The meat was perfect. Just the customer service as I was made to wait for more than an HR for my order and the order was long finished I was just not called or I didn't hear them, I don't know. But great place. It was my first time on valentine's Day but will definitely come again
