It's easy to get an appointment - unfortunately it's been wrong 2/2 times I've visited the clinic. Would have rather waited and met someone more professional. The first time they realized that our son had childhood asthma and was prescribed an inhaler (without proper instructions how to use it - just a disaster). The doctor was very warm and nice but didn't have time. The chief doctor at Sachska laughed at the analysis (we had to go to the emergency room later), our son was at an age where you don't develop childhood asthma, so I don't know what they did - guessed? The second time our son had a big sore in his mouth. The doctor didn't even look without finding canker sores. Which is certainly common among children of that age, but requires that you as a doctor LOOK to draw the conclusion. Three days later we got an emergency appointment with a dentist who actually used his eyes and determined that it was an infected wound that required both antibacterial ointment and wound wash. If I could have demanded the money back, I would have. They squeeze in a lot of appointments in a short time - probably to squeeze money out of the region - but the quality will follow. Better to wait and see a doctor who has time to at least look at my child.

Var där med min dotter som haft feber i över en vecka, påpekade att hon umgåtts med barn som hade streptokocker. Läkaren försäkrade mig om att det inte var det och tog inga prover, det var bara ett virus att vänta ut. Återkom ett par dagar senare och får återigen samma svar. Efter ytterligare en vecka med feber tar vi dottern till en annan vårdcentral, de tar halsprov och konstaterar just streptokocker och hon får antibiotika. Om läkarna på Alva hade lyssnat in på det vi sa och tagit de prover som behövdes hade dottern sluppit en veckas feber. Nåväl alla kan göra misstag så jag kontaktar deras reception för att ge feedback på missen, blir då istället ifrågasatt av receptionisten som går i försvar istället för att bara framföra det till berörda läkare. Mycket dåligt hanterat av ett bolag som borde vara måna av feedback..

Have always liked Alva and recommended them to others and felt safe in being able to turn to them. Now with my second child, I unfortunately no longer have that view. Don't know if it might have something to do with Capio taking over. Such a shame in any case, I felt safe in having bvc and the clinic side by side and that you always got an appointment. Now you only get a referral to seek care elsewhere...

Har alltid haft stort förtroende för kliniken och blivit bra bemött förutom de två sista gångerna - under all kritik. Väldigt otrevlig och stressad sjuksköterska. Och nu även av en läkare som mina barn har gått länge hos. Vi känner oss inte välkomna där längre. Fruktansvärt oproffesionellt beteende.

I have never seen anyone take a blood test like this nurse. Absolutely fantastically educational and prepare! Now I don't remember her name, but was on duty today.

Experience that as a parent you are not listened to, by two different doctors I have had the feeling that they do not hear what I say, that they talk past me. Now we have been referred to another place as even our BVC nurse thought it strange that we did not get help despite clear symptoms and heredity.

Disaster site. Met a doctor with my child at a children's clinic who can't talk or handle children. I thought asking questions based on the children's abilities was a matter of course in such an environment. Very strange behavior.

A joke, first we have to travel a long way, find no parking and are met by a doctor who mocks and makes fun of us as first time parents when we are worried about our child who has been sick for a long time, Never again this clinic, sickly unprofessional

Very happy with the doctor who was clear and nice and gave us good help with our boys eczema. She took the time to answer our questions and was generally good.

Really horrible place, have been in contact with them several times, every time I am met by doctors who immediately call me stupid and do not listen when I, as a parent, try to explain. Nor do they work with planning or follow-up, but as a parent you are completely left to fend for yourself. I have probably never been treated so badly by a doctor on any other occasion.

Horribly bad treatment, recognize everything written in the previous reviews describing the pervasive attitude the clinic has, especially from the doctor and the operations manager. Doctors and managers do not have a grasp of routines, talk over one another, ignore parents when they talk, do not care about the child in the room, do not have a child's perspective and are also unpleasant and ignorant. A disastrous place for children where there is not an ounce of basic patient perspective. The bad attitude permeates the entire clinic and they miss important record keeping. Disaster. Tip! Record your conversations with the staff, otherwise they will negate your experience and diminish everything you say.
