The dogsledding was only a very small part of the four hour or so experience. Maybe the sledding lasted 30 or 40 minutes, the rest was spent picking out big warm clothes, travelling by car to and from the location and sitting around the fire drinking chocolate after the dogsledding. And for the sledding I sat behind other people who had the big warm clothes with hoods up so couldn't really see much. We did three changes of positions but since there was four people, it should have been four changes so everyone got the chance to sit in the front. Also since we didn't go back straight after sledding but had to sit at a fire the restaurants in Kiruna were closed when we got back. On the good side, the staff was very friendly and professional. It is extremely expensive for the experience. I wouldn't do it again even if was for free.

We had the most amazing morning with everyone at HuskyHome. The most beautiful dogs who are clearly well loved and cared for. The ride around the lake with our 6 dogs was just magical. Real bucket list stuff!! After our very long sled ride we got back to the kennels and gave the dogs a lovely massage! We were then treated to a lovely lunch and talked all about the work they do with the dogs and educating people about caring for them. Absolutely 100% recommended a visit here!!

A fantastic experience with caring and considerate hosts. Ylva and Linda looked after us and gave us a through briefing before setting out driving our own dog sled teams. Going through beautiful scenery powered by 6 lovely husky’s was amazing. At the end of the trip we were shown how to massage the dogs and then did this to each dog in our team - a wonderful way of bonding with these lovely animals. We were treated to a tasty lunch and then taken back to our lodge. We discovered later that one of our party had lost their iPhone on the trail. Using FindMyPhone we sent a pic of where the phone was and Ylva went out in the dark on her snowmobile and amazingly found the phone in the snow and then arranged to drop it off back to our lodge. Truly fabulous service ! We cannot recommend this company more !

Ylva and her husband were the nicest hosts one can imagine! We went on a tour when it was dark, the sky was clear and the stars looked down upon us! Super cozy and beautiful. Definitely worth the money.

Absolutely loved the experience! My husband and I didn’t plan on doing dog sledding initially and only decided to go for it last minute and so glad we did. Definitely not to miss, we booked the morning tour with Husky Home and the guides were lovely - they explained everything carefully, after the experience welcomed us in their home for a lovely lunch and last but not least, you can tell that they really care about the dogs and take care of them properly.

Beautiful place, great time with the team. You feel and see how well the dogs are taken care of, they are eager to run but in good conditions. The owner truly loves what she does and her dogs are healthy happy runners who will take you anywhere! And just so you know, the “dog massage” is NOT for you but for them and they DO deserve it! Special mention to the beautiful Samoyed 🥰🥰
